The Hair Shop

I received extensions with a complete blunt cut! Equivalent to trash, after contacting their customer service and requesting a replacement I was told. They have no sellable merchandise they could send me (Meaning they were scamming customers online) Below is the interaction of them stating that.

Do yourself a favor and don't buy from here all hair is damaged! Oh did I mention if you open the product they won't let you return it? As stated by their manager all merchandise is damaged
