I ordered pants in size medium but they were so huge I think they could have been XXL. I returned it to the address they gave me but never got my refund. They say it's free returns but you either have to ship it yourself or use the label they send you and they deduct $ from the refund. I chose to ship it myself as it was much cheaper, but now when I asked where my refund was I was told I should have used their label. I think this is a scam.
I ordered 3 things off their site after being bombarded with tiktok ads for months- I figured if they have enough ads and enough people saying positive things it would be worth a shot since I needed some new leggings. One of the pairs fits well but the other one was like pulling on a pair of tights. Both leggings were in the same size, and the smaller fitting pair was such a weird thick material that just did not feel good. I requested a return for that pair the next day and gave all the info they asked for only to be asked for my reason for returning again... I already told you they didn't fit well. After that I was told I would receive store credit instead of returning the item to "Avoid dealing with shipping delays". I responded that it was NOT ok as I wanted to buy something elsewhere. I already tried the brand and it's very so-so, and didn't care to buy anything else from them. My email bounced back due to their inbox being full and then I was told I could return them but I'd have to pay for return shipping as it's a "small startup company" and they cannot provide the shipping label. For a small startup company they sure sell a lot of products and sure have a lot of money to spend on advertising. I don't normally have a negative review for shopping sites but I would avoid Halara if you can. They sell clothing pieces you can buy off other sites for much cheaper, and they aren't anything super impressive that you just HAVE to have them.

I have returned my order and on the site it shows that they have received and processed the refund but I didn't receive it. I reached out to customer service a few times to let them know that the refund hasn't been processed but they don't answer back. They actually will accept your returns but will not processed your refund. I'm reading some reviews from other people that had the same issue.

I placed an order on 4/6 and STILL have not received my order on 4/23. When I reached out to CS I get your order is delayed and the tracking has not been updated in 5 days. Their website says if the tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, contact them, but they can only be contacted my email, then you wait 1-3 days for a response. I have no idea about the product itself because I haven't received it and have no information on when it will actually arrive. Their 7-10 day shipping is a joke. Very disappointing, and incredibly discouraging considering you can't actually talk to someone. I will not ever purchase from this company again even if the products are amazing. I get it is coming from China, however I ordered a specialty item from another company shipping from china as well for Father's Day assuming it would take a while and I already received that item and it was a CUSTOM order. Do not purchase from here unless you have months to wait.

I recieved 2 pair of casual baggie pants. One was a lot heavier material than I expected, and the other was thin, like parachute pants. That was ok, but the thicker ones would only make good pajama pants, as the crotch area is very baggy. The other pants would be ok for hot months, but I ordered a small (I am 5'6"/135 lbs.) and they are both WAY too long! They must think everyone is 5'10"? The return policy is that YOU pay for return shipping to CHINA and NO EXCHANGES. Not happy.

I received the wrong item in the correct color, at first I got an immediate reply asking for pictures (which I had already sent) this is frustrating with the long Shipping time and I needed these to wear for pictures. The other item I ordered came in and they fit okay, a but tight but I'm not going through the ridiculous return dance to get a better sizing.

I ordered Mid Rise Drawstring Side Pocket Color Block Pants and Mid Rise Drawstring Side Pocket 2-in-1 Casual Cargo Joggers. There was a 2 inch size variance (waist, leg, and length) between the 2 which they deemed NOT a quality issue therefore I would need to PAY for a return or exchange. Then their customer service was rude to me. They have not published my review of each item to their page.

After meeting with an error in the online portal to request a return and not being able to proceed that way, I opted to return via email, which is explicitly listed as an allowable method for requesting a return.
Rita, the contact who responded to me, just linked me to the portal for submitting an online return rather than processing my return request.
It's pretty simple - don't have a policy on your website you aren't willing to have your customer support fulfil.
I will not be shopping from Halara again.

I placed an order and got an order confirmation on April 17,2022. The confirmation said that typical processing time for shipment is 3 business days but then they also asked for patience as they are having high volume of orders. Then, on April 25,2022 I received an email that said my order has been restocked and that it would ship within 3 days. On April 29,2022, I had not received an update on shipping. I contacted them again and asked about a shipping update. I was frustrated and said that I would like a refund, if the items had not shipped. They did give me a refund but offered no explanation of why my items didn't ship after two different emails saying they would ship in 3 business days. If their volume is more than can be handle, then maybe they should slow down on the TikTok Ads... frustrating!

I purchased over 600 worth of clothing, knowing some might not fit or look right. When I go to return the clothing, they offer me to opt out of return shipping costs and keep the clothing instead and receive a giftcard with clothing credit. Now, a week of back and forth later. They are saying they can't do a giftcard and I must return the clothing and pay for the shipping out of my own pocket. Not only that but had to spend over an hour of my time taking picture of their clothing tags to send to them... unreal.

Their return policy is completely ridiculous and inefficient for both parties. You have to email back and forth several times over a weeks time to get all these "approvals" to get a return. I'm sure they do it so someone forgets, emails get lost or sent to junk or people just get fed up and don't want to waste their time. I would never order from them again.

I ordered a pair of leggings on 2/11/22 and it's now 3/3/22 and I still have not received my order. I received a few emails letting me know my package was delayed but that it was finally shipped out and would arrive in 3-5 business days. It has now been 2 weeks since I've received that email and I still have Not received my package.

I bought XL and you should not even offer that size if your clothes aren't made for mid sized people. The bra can not support my D cup, nor can the built in bra - which is nothing more that a piece of elastic in the dress.
I've been trying to contact customer service via email to begin a return for over a week. Your policy states the return must be approved and I can't reach anyone. SO INFURIATING! No phone number, no way to start this until the company makes time to return my contact.

Poor timely response for return. Returns you pay your own shipping. So gave "credit". So be sure you want to spend the money or it will cost you to get some of it back.
Never got a reply the first time I sent in. Then heard a response the second and it is always a day turn around as they are over seas. So took extremely long to get a resolution.

They both look disgusting and I pull of everything
There's a line on the cargo pant leggings that automatically gives you an upper thigh roll
The other pants seams don't even line up along the side of my leg and I'm hot curvy so they should look good. This platform is a e-commerce money making platform it's not someone whose invented these pants to make women feel better about themselves

All right so I fell victim to all the TikTok ads about Halara and decided to give it a go. I bought a dress off of their website but immediately felt buyer's remorse I started reading reviews saying that it's really cheap quality and everything so I went back to the site and I noticed that they had a cancel order button. I canceled the order. Actually I tried to cancel the order, three times. I hit the button so many times nothing ever happened so I then reached out via email and said I did not wish to continue with the purchase please cancel the order because the cancel button wasn't working. They never answered back they never canceled. I emailed them again nothing. They then sent me your order has been shipped email so I responded back and told them that I would not be paying for it because I tried to cancel multiple times and they would not listen to my wishes. Still haven't heard back from them haven't been able to reach them at all. Poor customer service and a broken website. And apparently once it's shipped you're out of luck if you try to get a refund because you have to pay for the shipping back and even then they might not let you. Would not recommend under any circumstances

If you asked me to rate what I bought (assorted leggings, shorts and bras) right out of the bag most would be 5/5. However many items are showing significant wear after a few uses such as an extreme amount of pilling and even fraying seams. This is not a hearty product so save up for lulu or another more durable brand
