The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.

I ordered 2 pants. For one they did not fit and 2 the material was horrible. I chose the return option and they would refund everything but the $7.90 shipping cost. The package has been attempted to be delivered several times and no one is obviously receiveing it. And now USPS tracking states that if a redelivery is not scheduled they will return it to me. I reached out via email with pictures of return receipt and picture of the USPS online tracking portal and they say they are working on it. I returned it on 10/15 it has been attempted to be delivered since 10/17. All I want is for them to return my money. This company does not uphold what they state they will do all to keep their money. BUYER BEWARE!

I returned my HALARA order through Evri (self-paid, of course) which was delivered a week ago. The customer service have asked for Evri tracking number which I have given to them but they claim it doesn't work. I then sent a screenshot by screenshot response showing that it works and it has been delivered but they are responding with automated emails. I have literally sent them proof of delivery and they still would not refund me my money.
Asked for a chargeback from my credit card - thank God this option exists.
I ordered 5 items from this site (totaling 197 dollars) for an event that I was going too. I sized my products according to their size chart. When the items came, all of them were massive and an exchange would not have made it in time for the event. I requested a refund and was given two options, keep the items and receive a gift card, or return the products for a refund minus the shipping label. I chose the latter and went through the arduous process of their return system. Taking photos of myself (inhumane and embarrassing and humiliating to have to photograph myself and show them that their products did not fit me correctly instead of just accepting the return). I sent the return by the appropriate day and actually had to follow up with them by email when I did not hear anything about the return. I eventually received a message back stating that they issued a refund and when I finally got around to checking, I was given 2 dollars and 52 cents back. I reached out several times and have yet to hear a response. Every single item purchased was never worn, just tried on and returned to its original packing and the free gift they sent was also returned. I have yet to hear back from them despite reaching out multiple times. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I will be contacting and generating a complaint with the better business bureau if I do not hear back shortly.

I placed an order of around $250 - got multiple things in different sizes because it's an online store so obviously I need to see what fits better. Decided to return 3 dresses - about $100 worth of product.
They offer you the same amount in a GIFT CARD so that you can continue spending money with them OR you can ship back the items at YOUR OWN expense.
They don't provide a prepaid shipping label for Canada and they REQUIRE a tracking number, so this return is about to cost me $20+.
For such a large company (or so it seems, given the thousands of ads i've seen) you would think they would provide free returns. But nope. Such a scam! Only provides you a full refund if it's a quality issue.
If your store is exclusively online, returns should be free. How are customers responsible for the cost if they need to purchase multiple sizes to try. Or if they just don't like the fit or style in general.
Not to mention, my purchase came with two free gifts, which i didn't even want … and now I have to return those too, which will make my package even heavier, increasing the shipping cost.
Note the return shipping address is in the states.

This review is for the High Waisted Work Pants, size 2X in gray and black AND my experience with Halara Support.
I'm 5'2" and bought these pants for a new job. I typically wear a 1X or 2X and used the Halara Size Guide to select the 2X size. Despite being $40 each, the pants I received were made of an extremely cheap polyester and would need to be hemmed at least four inches in order to fit me.
After finding it impossible to initiate a return on the Halara website, I emailed support on 10/9/24. In response to my email, I was sent an unresponsive link to initiate a return. I then spent 25 minutes in Chat Support with a clearly overwhelmed team member who was able to eventually email me a return label despite her saying it would originally take her 24 hours to do so.
On 10/11/24, I spent $4 on packaging and mailed the pants back to Halara via UPS. On the 17th, Halara Support emailed me and stated they needed a tracking number before initiating a return. I attached my UPS receipt and on the 18th they stated they initiated a refund of $89.90 to my card.
It is now 10/22/24. The refund that is still processing to my account is only for $82 despite Halara support stating that the refund would include the cost of the shipping label. This also doesn't account for the $4 I spent on packaging. In total, I've wasted over $93,25 minutes over chat, and hours on emails to wait 9 business days to to MAYBE receive a partial refund.
I do not recommend that you purchase anything from Halara.

I placed an order on 4/6 and STILL have not received my order on 4/23. When I reached out to CS I get your order is delayed and the tracking has not been updated in 5 days. Their website says if the tracking hasn't updated in 5 days, contact them, but they can only be contacted my email, then you wait 1-3 days for a response. I have no idea about the product itself because I haven't received it and have no information on when it will actually arrive. Their 7-10 day shipping is a joke. Very disappointing, and incredibly discouraging considering you can't actually talk to someone. I will not ever purchase from this company again even if the products are amazing. I get it is coming from China, however I ordered a specialty item from another company shipping from china as well for Father's Day assuming it would take a while and I already received that item and it was a CUSTOM order. Do not purchase from here unless you have months to wait.

I have returned my order and on the site it shows that they have received and processed the refund but I didn't receive it. I reached out to customer service a few times to let them know that the refund hasn't been processed but they don't answer back. They actually will accept your returns but will not processed your refund. I'm reading some reviews from other people that had the same issue.

I've ordered a few times to try to get the right size. The return process is a nightmare and they take forever to get a response. The only think worth getting would be the pet leggings and that's if they are on sale. The material in the jeans feels cheap and looks cheap when wearing. I ordered medium jeans to start with but they were took big in the waist but perfect in length so I ordered the smalls now they are tight in the waist and way to long in the waist. I also ordered the tummy control which honestly wouldn't be bad If they were in the material of the pet ones. Hopefully customer services answer me soon so I can figure out how to resolve my issues.

I've spent hours dealing with a nightmare, just trying to return a dress that was the wrong item sent to begin with!
I ordered a dress in the "longer length" and when it arrived it was the exact same length as regular. NOT longer. When I went on the website, I looked and it said the inseam for regular was 32 inches and the inseam for longer length was 32 inches. So we tried to get the longer length sent to us. Which is what we ordered. We fought about this over email for a long time. You think it would be a simple request. But no. Instead of sending over the right product after a lot of back-and-forth they just gave us a gift card. They were unable to provide the product they advertised on their website! What a scam! Ridiculous because I didn't want to use the gift card only to get a dress that would not be in a longer length. Before accepting gift card I contacted customer service again to try to understand how I could make sure I get a longer length dress this time. The first customer service lady said that the regular and longer length are the same. It makes no sense. The next customer service person said "it is the same dress but a different style." I asked about 5 times how I can just get the longer length that is advertised on their website and no one could tell me how. They also could not tell me why they advertise a longer length but don't actually have a longer length. I asked the length difference in inches between regular and long and they couldn't tell me. My brain hurt and I felt like I was hitting my head on a wall.
Finally I got fed up and requested a refund. More like demanded it. Because by this point I had spent weeks trying to deal with this and on that particular day, I spent an hour with three different customer service reps. The guy said he would give me a refund straight up and it would be processed in 24 hours. LIES! Imagine my surprise when I received an email a few hours later telling me I needed to ship back the item at a cost of 9.99 to me. Why the hell should I have to take my time and spend $10 of my money to return an item that was sent to me incorrectly in the first place?! Absolutely egregious.
I do a lot of online shopping and have never ever encountered customer service this bad. No one has any knowledge of their products and it sounds like they are selling stuff online that they don't even actually have. And even when it's THEIR FAULT they ship the wrong item their customers have to pay to ship it back in order to get a refund. Shameful.
I ordered the tube jumpsuit and was anxiously awaiting its delivery. I am 5'4" and 158 lbs. I ordered a medium in hopes it would be a little more supportive to wear without a bra. It runs big! I didn't not realize there was a small area up top that is lined so it's not see through but it's very small. I wear a C bra and the line comes to just below the middle of my breasts. Because of the designated boob space, I would not buy again. If you are small chested then size down. The fabric and color are very nice. It has a plastic grabber at the top to prevent slipping.

I ordered pants in size medium but they were so huge I think they could have been XXL. I returned it to the address they gave me but never got my refund. They say it's free returns but you either have to ship it yourself or use the label they send you and they deduct $ from the refund. I chose to ship it myself as it was much cheaper, but now when I asked where my refund was I was told I should have used their label. I think this is a scam.
Sizes run small and are boxy (I'm a size 8, M was too small, L looked like a sack...). Returns are horrendous. You get a gift card and end up being stuck with lower than paid value for stuff you don't want.
Customer service is all automated responses.

I had high hopes for this company at first because their leggings and bras seemed to be really nice. However I received my package today, and none of the items fit. I ordered a Large in a medium support bra, and my boobs just fall out of the bottom, and its much smaller than it should be. I also ordered a large in a pair of leggings, and they look like they are fit for a child. I used the sizing chart correctly, but now that I've received the wrong size, I cannot return it because sizing isn't their issue! Please do not buy from them if you are on the larger side, find a company that will actually care for you.

I received the wrong item in the correct color, at first I got an immediate reply asking for pictures (which I had already sent) this is frustrating with the long Shipping time and I needed these to wear for pictures. The other item I ordered came in and they fit okay, a but tight but I'm not going through the ridiculous return dance to get a better sizing.

The return process is impossible. I have sent them two emails with the details on what they asked for in order to complete the return and they respond back asking for the same thing. They have a return portal that does not work when you click on the link. This is just another scam company from China. Stay away!
I bought two everyday dresses. I would normally wear a size small, but as I am 23 weeks pregnant, I sized up to medium and it fits perfect. Great for chasing our 16-month old toddler on a playground. Dont have to worry, about any "flashing" accidents" :)) Amazing quality, the material is quite thick, so it holds everything in place. Its not a maternity dress, but definitely can be worn as one.
Loved the product, didnt find it anywhere else.
If you asked me to rate what I bought (assorted leggings, shorts and bras) right out of the bag most would be 5/5. However many items are showing significant wear after a few uses such as an extreme amount of pilling and even fraying seams. This is not a hearty product so save up for lulu or another more durable brand

Tried after seeing a TikTok ad, really wanted the pet hair resistant ones. They do resist the hair, jut wish they resisted fraying at the seems.
It was great, I got the pet hair resistant leggings which really work and the size is true however the material isn't great they constantly fall down I can't even bend with them practically showing half my bottom!

Quality was really poor and the straps rippled in a funky way around the arms. Was only offered and gift card and had to go back and forth to get them to honor their full refund for quality issues policy.
When I post reviews with an image of the rippled straps, they mark it as "innappropriate" so it gets blocked. Super shady.

I have made several purchases with HALARA. I like their clothes but their return policy is BS! They said I would just have to pay for return shipping. My order total was $64. By the time I got my items returned they refunded me $40. I'm sorry but 2 small tops does not cost $24 to return! Beware with this company! If you don't get what you want and have to return they will rip you off!
My experience was good overall, order took awhile to come in but that's okay. The second pair of pants that i ordered are actually very small and there wasn't anything included on how i can return them or get a refund
