Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
I ordered from this website for my Granddaughter and then asked to be removed as I am elderly and do not like all of their messages each day. If I want to order I told them i can go on their website. Every attempt to not get emails from them has failed. S. O unless you want to receive an email each day do not order from them. Poor customer service ever!
I recently purchased 2 of the Everyday Cloudful Air Crossover Side Pocket Skirt. The sizing was off and when I tried to return it, I had to take pictures of each garment, the bag it came in and submit via their website for approval to return. I received an email saying my return was "approved", but they did not include the return mailing address (You foot the cost of returns, Halara does not provide a return label). I emailed them again, and then they came back and told me they'd give me a gift card in the amount of my return and I could keep the 2 skirts that didn't fit. I have now emailed customer service 3 times for the return address. Take this into consideration before shopping at Halara!

Read their return policy thoroughly and then decide if you still want to buy through them. Products ship from China and take several weeks to arrive. Make sure not to throw away the packaging or take the tags off before trying on. You must get pre-approved to return items and must send photos of the packaging You have to pay return shipping, which is very expensive. +$45

I bought this dress to take on vacation and it didn't disappoint. It's super comfortable, the material is soft and I can wear it anywhere. I wore it casually for shopping and I wore it for date night. Highly recommend you get a couple of these dresses.

I'm always a little nervous to receive an item that I have drunk ordered off an Instagram ad. However, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of items that I received. I ordered a bikini, and the cute little low back top, and they were both well-constructed and fit perfectly. I like that the tops both have removable pads. The items were true to size. The one bikini I bought was on sale— I was only planning on buying the little top but I was very glad to grab this cute yellow bikini for an upcoming spring vacation. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Waited over 3 months for my order then cancelled. Fought for a refund after they tried to give me a gift card for a new order which I didn't want to risk waiting and never getting either.

emailing me weeks after I received my refund. If they had normal delivery they wouldn't need so much support staff…

The checkout process was very efficient and easy, and I liked that I was given so many updates on the status or tracking of my order. Shipping could have been a bit faster, but ultimately it wasn't a huge issue. Will definitely buy from Halara again!
I saw many ads for Halara's products, especially leggings, on Instagram and was immediately interested, but held off on buying since I was not familiar with the brand. But after reading the reviews for the products, I was confident it was a trustworthy brand and decided to buy.
I received my items on time and they were in good condition upon arrival. I love the exercise bike shorts with pockets. They're my favorites. My mom loves her mesh beach bag with built in cooler. I love the look of my plus size (16/18) dresses with built in shorts… but HATE that the shorts ride up when I'm just walking around the house let alone anything else. The exercise shorts don't ride up at all. Best thing about the dresses is that the padding from the built in bra is removable.
I will probably chose to purchase more shorts over the dresses.

Not the result I expected. I ordered a Cool Touch Lucid tennis skirt, the model is interesting, but the fabric is not natural, more viscose, it will wear out quickly. But I was pleased with the speed of service. I am not sure that I will order from this site in the future.
Good prices but struggled with fitting. I got the swimsuit on sale so not refundable. I wish it was adjustable other than in the straps. The biker shorts are a little baggy. I love love love the sweater though!

I was disappointed when I realized the products were coming from China. Shopping the website is confusing because there are so many similar products. The leggings are just ok. Probably won't order again.

Second time from ordering from Halara because my first order was too small. I love the quality of the clothing however their return policy makes it hard when you order the wrong size based on their EU sizing. I would order your regular US size and go from there. Their return policy is 30 days after you purchased it, you have to send in pictures of the clothing and then you have to create and pay for return shipping, which make it all kind of a pain. Worth the purchase if it's true to your size!
I placed an order on 12/12/22, not knowing that items would be coming from China. Today, is 12/22/22 and I still don't have order. They should tell you that the items would be shipped from China. I would have know that I would not receive in time for Christmas. I have contacted them and they keep telling me to wait for shipping site to be updated. While I have a tracking number it does me no good, cause they don't update the site.

I see frequent advertisement raving about these leggings so I ordered a pair of the pet fur resistant leggings and a pair of joggers. I was super excited to get them! But... I NEVER received them. The money was immediately pulled from my account for payment. I placed my ordered at the very beginning of Dec. And then received multiple emails apologizing for the delay of tracking update. Finally I emailed to ask if I could just cancel the order and be refunded because at this time (after weeks of waiting) I was feeling like I was just getting a complete run around. I was given a partial refund only to receive yet another email telling me they could no longer find my package. After my experience I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company, I personally will not be.

It did not seem like the process was well done, and the site did not seem very well organized or thought out. I wish there was a section (or maybe I missed it) in each product description about what material the clothing is made of. The shipping was fast and easy, and made it to my house on time.

However when I received my order, I was frustrated to find the shorts were way too small for a L. The L bra I ordered was fine. Sizing was very small.
