I had ordered 2 dresses in small. They were a little too snug but the material and quality were phenomenal! I contacted the company and they sent me 2 mediums and told me to gift the smalls! Such amazing customer service! I was able to gift them to a bride and my daughter.

I completely being a new company, but when I wanted a refund I was told it was easier to donate the item and order with a " credit". While that wax fine, the item I ordered was even more ridiculously sized

Making the purchase and receiving my product was fine, but I am not in any way happy with the dress. It is not at all what I expected from all the advertising. I don't like anything about it and it is way overpriced for what you get.

I do like the merchandise but I ordered a dress I didn't like on me (as we cannot try on prior to buying) and instead of getting my $ back, I was only given the option of a credit. I didn't think that was fair.

Good news is that the dress is great quality fabric, it's heavier than I thought it would be, but that's totally fine with the sweat wicking. Otherwise, it would be cool if the shorts underneath had an escape hatch like a onesie, so we don't have to pull the dress down similar to a romper every time we gotta pee.

I was hesitant to order and was concerned the items would be poor quality- I have purchased three items and the quality of each was excellent considering the lower price point. I am excited to order more in the future and will do so without hesitation! No issues with shipping- my order was correct and arrived quickly.

The order process was easy and when the clothes arrived I was actually blown away by the quality. The fabric was substantial, the fit was perfect, and I'll be sure to get lots of use from them.

Only wish shipping was a little faster since it was sent from China. But it was worth the wait.

Hello this is my second attempt to answer this message my order is wrong. I did receive the gray short and skirt combination but the pocket is sewn wrong! It is closed at the top it is open at the bottom so anything I put in the pocket will fall out. I will contact the company but I would like a refund since there is no way I can return this item to China please help

So I bought two sizes of dresses and I wanted to send one back bc I wanted to make sure I got the best fit. Instead they gave me a credit and kept both. I was surprised but it was probably the best business plan you could imagine. So I went shopping again with the credit I got and ended up buying some really awesome pants and a tank top. Obviously spending more than my credit. I recieved them and immediately bought more. Smart to just make me shop more. Now I love their athletic wear. Gonna shop again and again. When honestly I only bought one dress that was heavily advertised on Instagram and would never have bought anything again. Now I'm hooked. Great business model in my opinion.

They were fast and efficient but again I had to dig the tags out of the trash or by would not refund me my money or even offer an exchange

My original order kept on being "sold out" even though I was in the first wave of preorders. Once contacting support, they were fantastic and I received my new order within a week. Customer support is great and the dress is beautiful!

I have wanted to try Halara a few times when their ad pops up in my scroll. I jump over and start shopping. Unfortunately, the sales are never valid for my size. I am pear shaped woman and wear a large top and a 2x bottom. Plus sizes are not included in their sales. This is the 3rd time and the last. While I am happy, they have my size available. I don't like that we are excluded from the fun and discount of a good sale.

I have only gotten two items from halara and im hooked. They both fit perfectly and really accentuated the right places. The material is super comfortable and easy to move in. I love the shorts underneath, its so clever and makes them so much more efficient. The color of blue i got is gorgeous too. The Halara website was really easy to use and the shipping was pretty fast. I was able to track it and see where it was while it was on its way to me.

So I got the app because i like their clothes obviously! Buttttt I wanna know why they need full access to my photos to be able to refer a friend? Which says *" access to photos associated metadata, such as location and depth information. " what do you need that for? I won't be referring anyone to this app. Plus the app has so many problems with loading anything!

The skirt shorts & built in cup sports bras are nice, leggings are way to slippery & I have to keep on pulling them up. Takes 2.5 weeks for express shipping even though it says 2-5 days for delivery, returns aren't helpful they only offer you a return of half the price that you bought it for (even when you provide still in the package & with tags unworn pictures like it says in the return policy). To try to appease you they offer you a gift card with the reduced return price & you only have 3 months to use them also you can't double up on the gift card unlike normal gift cards which don't expire. I'll only buy from them just to use the gift cards but after they are finished never again.

I hate that I'm going to have to pay for return shipping. I would have bought a lot to try but I took my chance with the two items I purchased. I can tell I probably would have liked other items, but I'm not willing to chance it

This dress is very cute and comfy however the built in bra has very little support which is difficult for large chested women such as myself. I was able to pair it with a cute lacy bralette and was happy with the look, however I would recommend making stronger built in bras especially for the plus size line. Overall I was happy with my purchase.

I paid over $112 on three pair leggings. I get an email saying they're going to be late. Then I get an email saying that they were lost. I contacted them through email three times. Nothing. I finally get a response telling me that they refunded me… $15 when I paid over $112.

Everything is great but there is a smell to the pads in the dress i bought that washing cant remove ( chemical smell). I just have to spray with fabric deodorant each time prior to wearing Which is annoying but i love the dress

The sizing was a bit off so I had to do a return which unfortunately cost me. When I received the new items I ordered, the sizing was still off sadly. I ended up keeping these items and just altered them to fit better.

Being short and heavy it's hard to find any cloths but these are perfect. I can wear them out and dress them up or down or just wear them to hang out. Extra comfy and soft I got blue and pink love them both

I ordered 2 pair of shorts according to their size chart. When I received them, not only did they not fit but they were a weird material and very unflattering. When I tried to return them, they told me I couldn't, because the only reason you can return something is if it's damaged. So if it doesn't fit or you just don't like it, too bad because they're not giving you a refund! I'm suspicious of whether or not they would accept a return even if it was damaged. I feel like this was a huge scam and I am out a lot of money and have 2 ugly pair of shorts that don't fit. Thanks a lot Halara! Don't shop here!
