Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
My experience shopping with Halara was wonderful. I had never shopped at this sight before and quickly went for another run at the shopping experience. Will definitely shop here again and will recommend to friends
It's great if you got what you wanted and everything fits well. But if your size doesn't fit - YOU have to pay for a return and then PAY FOR A NEW ONE. They don't offer exchanges and it's like an obstacle course trying to get a refund. If they had any physical stores then fair enough people can go and try it out for sizes then figure out what they want to order, but they don't. So not offering people a chance to switch up their sizes is just unconscionable :/

Unless you're sure - in the sense that you friend has a pair and you've tried it on for size and fit, DON'T BUY IT.

I've sent numerous emails trying to get a return started and your policy is a joke. I reply to your email and my reply comes back undeliverable. What's your contact number, I'd like to speak to a rep!

Didn’t use product because I didn’t like it…I’m trying to return it and that’s the problem!
Had scrolling issues and pop ups appearing while trying to shop. It was annoying to have to click on it every 5 minutes and scroll back to where you were at. I mentioned it in a review and they responded back apologizing for the inconvenience and offered a discount for the inconvenience.
They answered in a very timely manner and wanted to make my shopping experience better the next time.
My niece had told me they were a trusted website with good affordable leggings.
I kept getting a pop up with a different language come up, and you had to click ok to make it go away or you couldn't scroll anymore. I had been told this was a safe website, but it was still sketchy.

Love the tops I got. The ONLY thing I wish it had was like a rubber lining on the bottom, so it doesn't roll up on the crop top. I was constantly pulling it down. But they are so comfortable and I love the colors!

I don''t know how to say they fit better than ever. I really like the durability of the leggings, only thing is after a couple washes they start to do the bubble thing with the fabric on the inseam, but its worth it so.
The items didn't please me as I thought they would. Even tho I got 2 sets of each style the two of the same did not fit the same. Both the flare and legging sets I felt a difference in the second one of the same style.

I ordered the wrong size and called customer service to see how I can exchange to another the size, the rep graciously said I can keep the dress and she would send me another size at no charge. I love my dress and have received a lot of compliments

But the price for the dress I bought first showed me 33 and something euros and in my cart before payment it showed 39 something euros which was a bit confusing. I still bought the dress though. I have no idea about IT and stuff but maybe the website should update itself faster or something idk. The dress didn't quite fit, so I requested a refund over email and the employee responded super fast and I got my money back almost immediately.

Great products at great prices! Every thing is really well made and washes and wears well! As a dance studio owner, I'm always looking for cute athleisure! I I'm a big fan of the quality and styles Halara has to offer- especially at this price point!
I really love the tennis dress that has the built in shorts with pockets! It fits and is true to size. Very nicely made and I get compliments all the time! I ordered two other dresses that run VERY small, so I probably wouldn't buy anything other than the one dress.

I ordered a size large skort for golf and the sizing is way off! I checked the tag to make sure I got the right size and it said size large. The size was more like a small. I've been losing weight and I wear a large or medium depending on the brand. So to anyone reading reviews, the sizing is way off and you'll end up having to order plus sized clothing (no offense to anyone who wears plus sized).
I liked the shopping experience. The quality on some items is GREAT and on others is surprisingly bad. The materials were very cheap in the shirt, and I was surprised the pants were not 100% cotton, but I am so happy with the tie dyed sweat suit that overall I'd have to say I'm satisfied

Style and price is affordable
I would not order from this company again it took months for it to come… it was too expensive for the product that it was. It wasn't that impressive and after one wash they are starting to look snagged and crappy. The waist rolls down and the don't give a smooth look like other leggings.

I really liked everything I ordered. My one issue was the XL bathing suit I bought was too small (the largest size offered for the item). I ordered everything in XL and it was the only item to not fit. Everything else was so cute, good quality and fit perfectly!
I ordered new clothes for a trip and rerouted them to my trip destination (across the country from my original location) without it being too much of a hassle. Everyone I spoke to was very professional and helpful.
Halara is my new favorite athletic brand. I am 5' tall and have a solid athletic build at 140 pounds. This brand fits me very well. I order a small on most of my clothes on this site. The fabric is of high quality and I don't hear snapping threads when pulling things on. I highly recommend this brand.

I am living in South Korea and it was nice that Halara offers international shipping and even at no cost if you make a large enough purchase. The delover was slow, and it took up to about 3 weeks to get here, but I am still thankful since sizes in Korea can be difficult sometimes. Overall, I would buy from Halara again.

It was a great experience! I've been seeing ads for halara all the time, and I'm so glad I finally placed an order. I wear the 2 Everyday dresses all the time, and I definitely want more colors now. Also the 2 skirts I got are so cute and fit me so well. Will be placing another order soon!

I waited a long time for the products to come from china. Shipping took close to one month. I order online frequently from other retailers and this is a pretty long turnover in my experience. When the clothes arrived I wasn't overwhelming impressed. Too much work to return (I imagine) because shipping was a night mare. But not nice enough to order again. The clothes aren't made from nice materials. Very cheap materials used. I will not order again honestly.
Instagram advertising very misleading
Again, Instagram advertising. For the sports bra, I’m a nurse and I wear a lot of athletic type bras to work. I don’t wear the one I ordered from here as it rides up constantly and isn’t comfortable. The dress and leggings were directly related to Instagram advertising. If you want to make good leggings look at aerie. Those leggings/clothing are made from nice high quality materials. That is your direct competition.
