Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
At first I was a little skeptical ordering from a new online website whose prices seemed almost too good to be true. Likewise, I was a little nervous that my items took a couple of weeks to arrive. However, once they did arrive I was jumping up and down! Their fabric is really good quality and soft to the touch! My fiancé always compliments me whenever I wear my HALARA golf skirts, so that is a win for sure! I would definitely recommend HALARA if you are looking for fashionable, good quality athletic type outfits!

I ordered two halara items that came to $60. I was expecting pretty good quality due to the price and hype. When my order arrived it was awful. The dress was see through the skirt was so short i couldn't bend over or even walk. I asked for a refund they gave me store credit. I asked for a refund saying i didn't want store credit and they told me i'd have to pay all these fees in order to shop my items back. So i ordered again with the stupid store credit and now i have even worse items. I keep trying to give this place a chance but it's totally a scam. Lost $60 on $5 material and clothing

I seen the Halara ads all over TickTock. When I finally did click on it it was easy to browse through the website. However I was very flabbergasted on the prices. The items I bought were a little too big but I kept them anyways so I didn't have to go through the hassle.
If possible please send me size mediums
Shopping with HALARA was as easy as shopping with most places. Ordering and checkout is simple and easy. Shipping takes a little long, but that's because the products are coming from China. The dress I ordered is very nice and well constructed—good quality. Prices are reasonable. I'd shop there again.
Their products were something unique I had not seen before.
I like the idea of a dress with a built in bra and shorts.
The pants themselves fit like all other leggings I own, but the Halara leggings waistband roll down with even the slightest movement. I contacted Customer Service thinking I ordered the wrong size. I was told verbatim that if they are not tight and if they went in with ease that I have the correct size. I am left to assume that i am supposed to just ignore the waistband rolling down. Instead I have them in a bin of clothes to be donated, I will never recommend them, such a disappointment and a waste of money!
Not any help at all!! I was told if they were not tight, I had the right size and was left to assume that I would have ignore the annoying rolling down of the waistband.

My daughter bought a dress for me from this company. It doesn't come close to fitting me. I dislike the material as well. I tried to return it and of course, no return label. So the process is that you have to email the company ( no other contact information). After both my daughter and I attempted to get a response, we finally heard from the company. The consumer has to pay to have the item returned! NO return label. If you want to keep the item they will give you a gift card ( no thank you), If you choose to return it,, it will take 30 days for them to return your money and you will have to pay to ship it back.

I chose halara to try something new. The dresses looked comfortable and cute. When they arrived I immediately fell in love! The fabric is so soft and comfortable. I'm able to move freely and the pockets are perfect to carry the necessities.

Everything I received was exactly as I expected - only constructive feedback would be that the waist on both leggings could be just a little snugger, but I do have a slim waist compared to thighs/booty so that's always my feedback for everyone everywhere.
The ‘Gram got me.
I have a job that requires me to be comfortable (I am highly active in a slightly warm room) yet professional and on-trend. Having performance tops helps me meet both of those needs, I just throw in a blazer before a meeting and I am good to go!
I wanted to cancel the order because of how long it took to actually be charged for the order as well as the time it took for the order to ship, so I reached out to request that and only got a response back after it had actually shipped. I don't love any of the items I received and haven't even worn them, but didn't want to deal with the hassle of sending a return to China and being charged to ship it when I had decided I wanted to cancel the order altogether before it was even shipped to me.

I kept seeing ads and the one for the leggings that pet hair doesn't stick to got me. It wasn't clear when I placed the order how long it would take to actually ship and that it was being shipped from China. I wouldn't have placed the order if I had known this. I order plenty of things from China but I've always known that's where it was coming from before I ordered and that's not the case here which I feel is shady. I will not be purchasing from your company again.

I placed this order last Wednesday using Klarna which is an advertised payment option on this website. The initial $40 & change charge was charged to my card but then reversed and now Klarna says waiting for merchant to process order. I know that $40 and change is going to come out eventually but I don't like waiting for that because anything else could come out in the meantime. I've used Klarna for tons of purchases and never had this problem so I know it's due to Halara taking too much time to process the order. I understand there can be shipping delays no problem but it shouldn't take this long to process the payment for the transaction. If there's no ETA on when the transaction will be completed I'd rather just cancel the order but it says I can't.

Trying to return my whole order all is to small I got to the return website and it says my order number doesn't exist! All you get is automated response to go tot the web site for help endless circle soooo mad and frustrated!
Excellent, 3rd purchase I will continue to purchase from Halara and am learning more about the styles and what size is suitable. They are a smaller fitting range, but this is due to high quality fabrics and firm fitting styles. I have always received my order efficiently with all that is going on with the pandemic and it is easy to track along the way.
I couple of times I have contacted Halara to ask questions and they have always been very prompt and helpful with my questions. With the allowance of being very busy people and being so far away, all is fair in giving them a chance to get back in a timely manner.
This is my second order as the first one was so easy and items were worth the extra money. Easy to use website. I look forward to receiving my order.
I found Halara great to shop, ordered my first dress and found it didn't have the built in shorts and was disappointed. However I reached out to halara and they responded immediately and gave me a credit to buy another dress! I was so pleasantly surprised.

If you need to return so. Ething you need to take photos of every single thing. Hlara decides if it will take it back and your only recourse is email. Everything runs too small so you'll need to fight with them to return the goods. Reddit is full of stories from women who had to fight for a full refund. Stay away

I can't review the product because despite paying expedited shipping it is still not here. It has been "held for weather" "held in customs" "and has now been held in Cincinnati for 5 days. BTW, you can't cancel or return anything. BUY THE KNOCK OFF, at least you will have it, not be powerless when they screw you.

Was excited about my order- until I realized these are the exact same models and photos from Alibaba and wish manufacturers. Kinda disappointing I overpayed. ALSO wayyyyyy too small. I only weigh 130 pounds, bought a large for shorts and pants, xl for bra, EVERYTHING fits like a small. Very disappointing.

I was able to find the style I liked quickly. I am excited about the different options. Though it said I was free shipping then charged me shipping. I am at a fpo but that is the same shipping as continental US.

My package came in the mail about 5 days after I placed the order and the biker shorts I bought were soooo comfortable and really cute. The material is breathable and the material is also not super thin (like cheap). I wear it any time to go running and I really love it

Shipping was okay. I got a pair of shorts, a skirt, and a workout top. The top was pretty, but tight. Skirt was good, but short were you could see the spandex. The shorts I LOVE but are tight. I used the correct size chart so do what you want with that information.

I ordered a workout top and selected the 3-5 day shipping for an additional cost. It took a little over one week just for it to ship out and then another week to arrive... yet I didn't receive my package. It was listed as undelivered because of an insufficient address. I have ordered plenty of packages to my home to know I should get packages. I checked with the address I provided and it was correct. When i reached out to support they told me to send them my address again so I did, but then was told they couldn't fix the address. (it was the same anyway). Then they send me a number to call and when I called I was told I was not eligible for a re-delivery.

I submitted a return application to Halara but no one has sent me a return address. I have asked several times and my emails are being answered but no one is giving me the return address I need to complete the return. Extremely frustrated and disappointed. Seems like a scam to return
I'm not returning these leggings even though I wanted to. Although I have them, unworn and with tags still attached, Halara requires that they are returned in original packaging I don't have that packaging. The leggings are lilac (light-colored) and TOO thin. Not to my liking. Poor quality fabric choice and "cheap" looking. Given the poor quality and the difficult return, I would not recommend this company.

These pants had pockets and they were pet hair resistant

The leggings were too revealing for me to wear for housekeeping. I own my own company & I need to be dressed professionally in client's homes. You could see my panty line in the leggings. The bras were too restricting. It's possible I have the sizing wrong. I have no customer service issues

Shipping was not long, and pictures are not photoshopped. The dresses look, fit, and feel like good quality material and constructed. I'm very happy with the cut and style. Very flattering and comfortable.

I placed a large order which was my mistake for not trying 1-2 items first.
The sizes are not "typical" and much smaller than normal -also should have read the reviews!
I requested a refund/exchange and they were not accommodating to either as the 14 days had passed and due to covid & the death of my husband I exceeded the normal/typical company policy. Most companies during the pandemic have accommodated circumstances however NOT this one!
That is very disappointing to hear that this company and given the $$$ of my order does not have empathy for covid cases or the loss of a spouse where exceptions to "typical" rules/returns would be waived.
Please be aware of this heartlessness!
