Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
I will be honest, it took me a try and fail to find my correct size but once I did, I am in love. The customer service was helpful, quick and responsive. The clothing is great quality and nicely made. Athletic in appearance even though I don't plan to wear it for tennis, but my dress is wonderful. Very happy customer!

Not so good... 2 items listed & ordered were out of stock. One item preordered and shipped to us I'm trying to return. The item is good quality but not fitting right. Awaiting the refund.

I was worried because in online reviews people had complained about shipping. But it came wayyy faster than anticipated and tracking was thorough. Awesome dresses too! High quality, comfy, cute, and flattering! ORDER THEM!

Love these dresses so much i bought 6 of them. I wear them everywhere! To work, boogie boarding, pickleball, boxing, weight training, anniversary dinner, vegas girls trip and, wait for it, as pajamas. I live in this dress.

I had a great experience shopping from Halara. I've made two more purchases since and have recommended them to several other people. Their products are well made and I'll be purchasing many more items in the future!

Do not purchase anything from this Company! Also, their return policy Read before you buy) is extremely difficult to submit for refund or exchange. This Company is unresponsive to customers via email. I had to file a complaint via PayPal just to get a response. The items/Sizing is irregular. Also, the offer "free gift" but when you want to return items they ask you to return the free gift, and the tell you the free gift is non- refundable and that you MUST pay for the free gift. Totally unacceptable and ridiculous! This is not a company that you want to do business with-stay away. The website and garments/leggings/ pants/ tops all look great. You will be disappointed when you get the items, and you will find it very frustrating to return or exchange! I will never do business with this Company again!

The Halara site is not very user friendly. Whenever you want to take real action, they keep directing you back to their app. Then you go to their app, and half the functions don't work.
How do you actually leave a product review? There is no prompt via Order details, nor a survey received. There's also nowhere to leave a business review (Google Business Profile, Yelp, etc.).
I recently ordered a couple of items and they were very small. They will not issue an exchange or accept a return. As I have no use for clothes that don't fit... this is pretty unacceptable. Disappointed for sure, as there are so many positive reviews displayed.
Almost too many options. Some items have very visible cups or stitching on the inner liner that shows through the outer surface fabric on the tops. Look very closely at each picture! Halara was good about the items i was unhappy with, and issued me a credit to order something different in exchange right away.
Definitely felt pushed to take the credit and re-order rather than get a straight up refund. Feels a bit wasteful.
I see lots of targeted marketing, 50-50 items were good.
Almost too many options. Summer pages look sketchy with no sizing charts, other items pages look very professional and make me feel more comfortable making the decision to purchase
I love my dress! Im pregnant and it perfect for lounging around in at home, i should have gotten a larger size so id be able to wear it somewhere because the one i have is really short and rides up so it looks like a toddler bathing suit on me lol but i still love it for the material and comfy part of it!
Just wanted to take a chance on it.
I purchased over 600 worth of clothing, knowing some might not fit or look right. When I go to return the clothing, they offer me to opt out of return shipping costs and keep the clothing instead and receive a giftcard with clothing credit. Now, a week of back and forth later. They are saying they can't do a giftcard and I must return the clothing and pay for the shipping out of my own pocket. Not only that but had to spend over an hour of my time taking picture of their clothing tags to send to them... unreal.

Do not buy anything you are unsure if it will look or fit right. Return process is horrid.

I do not believe the positive reviews on this site. And it's hard to post a negative review because when I try it gives my review a low "credibility" rating. Halara will not allow you to return items no matter what it says on their site. They sent me a link that does not work and there is no number to call. It's a scam.

Shipping is always quick and the prices are usually quite affordable. If you know what to look for, its a budget version of sites like gymshark or fabletics and you still get good quality materials to last you through your workout!
After my first order, I wasn't sure if I was ordering from an insta boutique. After trying on my first pair of leggings though (in my feels everyday high waisted shaping leggings, 10/10), I was glad I took a chance. You can get the same quality as some of the more expensive online athletic stores as well as loungewear. Good support, movement and durability and you can get some really flattering pieces. I always recommend it to people, I want to look and feel good at the gym even if I don't want to spend prices like that of gym shark or Lulu lemon. Take a chance, it's worth it!
Order took a little over a week to arrive, but other than that Emmy experience was great! My product was packed well and arrived with all items. The items were of good quality and I'm satisfied with the price I paid!

As a plus sized person who is busty, tall and has a large waistline, I can't be more happy with the products received as shapewear. I ordered a top, a skirt and a dress and all are part of my regular wear wardrobe now! The top is actually the most comfortable sports bra top I own, despite not being a sports bra (they offer these as well, I'm sure they are just as awesome), although I would suggest making it a little longer for women with long torsos, I am altogether super pleased and referred friends to the site also! Just a note for the very cute dress I got... it's not shapewear, ladies. It will suck in your tummy somewhat but it's not meant for compression to nix that belly. If you're ok with your body being smoothed out rather than sucked in, you'll adore everything from this shop!
Halara is one of the rare shops that offer a generous plus sized line of active wear!
At first you think it's the perfect dress based on the ads on TikTok about how it feels like a cloud and super comfortable. But if you don't have the perfect measurements, it's not going to work out. Originally ordered a small based on the measurements and my normal size. It ended up being way too tight in the bust so we asked to return and exchange for a bigger size. They said we could keep the dress if we elected to get a gift card, instead of a refund, which saved us time. We went with the gift card and ordered a size up. Once I tried it on, I cried. It was way too loose in the bust and made it look like my boobs were sagging, the breast pads were warped and didn't sit right. And it made me look bigger than I actually am. I did not feel comfortable or confident in the dress at all. But hey it did feel like a cloud.

If your busy is not proportional to the rest of your body, you might have a hard time finding the right size.

The purchase process was very easy. My only minor complaint would be the shipping time. It took around two weeks for my order to be delivered. The pricing on items is great for the quality. Sizing is fairly accurate from what I can tell.
I had seen the advertisements about the dresses with the shorts and really liked the styles as well as the skorts.
I wanted products that could be both functional and cute and the dress and skirts that I ordered are both.
It's been over a month and I still haven't received my purchase. By the time I get my order there won't be much summer weather left to wear my dresses in.
Update: I was pleased with how halara followed up and resolved my concerns. Changed from 2 to 5 stars. Thank you!

The dress is comfortable but it clings to every imperfection on my body, especially my stomach area. I can literally see my belly button through the dress. I'm not overweight but I've had children to include a set of twins so this is a no for me.

My items came by day 5. Please disregard review. I paid $20 for express shipping(2-5 business days) this is day 4 and my order just cleared customs in Hong Kong. I live in New York. If I don't have it by tomorrow I do not need it

The company Toll,that Halara uses to deliver my item pretended to attend my address. I received a failed delivery text at 8.45 am, I was home at that time, until 12.00pm, delivery person lied about attending. Item taken directly to collection depot only ( family member drove me there to pick it up). Advised Halara of the deceitful service of the delivery company they contract, they just come back with " check your mailbox ". My point and opportunity to do better totally missed
Like everyone else, I was attracted to the online adds and decided to try some of their more popular products. I felt the dress with built in shorts and the leggings were just meh. That being said I absolutely loved the top and one of the skirts I purchased and definitely plan on buying more. The quality is good, though some of their products have less support in the waist band than I would like. Now that I have experimented with their selection a a bit and know what works for me, I will most likely be purchasing my favorites in multiple colors.
The ads were showing high quality, and I have been looking for some specific items to add to my closet that they have many options for.
I chose from their popular products and also products I found on their site that I hoped would work well for my body type.
I bought several sports bras and leggings, and some of the sports bras are a hit and miss with how supportive they are (even though they were listed as medium to high support), and the leggings are NOT squat proof. One of the leggings so far even has a whole in the upper thigh area at a seam after washing, but before I have even worn them.
Tip for consumers:
Leggings are not squat proof and seem more geared towards possibly just lounge wear as opposed to workout apparel as it is advertised. Sports bras are not as supportive as I would have hoped.
