Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
If you contact them to try them to return something that doesn't fit, they will tell you they don't offer returns because they are a young company and offer you a "gift card" to "purchase something else".
Sizing recommendation was wrong. I'm normally smaller than a size 6 so I ordered the suggested size but the my item was too tight. Because I got a swimsuit I can't return it (which makes sense), but I was only offered 10% off my next order which doesn't feel like enough.
The email I received was prompt and friendly.
However I was only offered 10% off my next order which personally doesn't feel like enough for the error in their sizing recommendation and my not being able to return my item.
- again I am very understanding of not being able to return a swimsuit for sanitation purposes.
It's a popular brand and normally gets good reviews.

I ordered the same top in the same size in two different colors. And they were two completely different sizes and quality. Clearly they are not consistent in quality control! Order at your own risk but be prepared to wait two weeks for your order just to send it back.

Absolutely amazing! I love my shorts, they're super comfortable and look so cute. But the customer service I received made the experience the best! My original package got lost and without hesitation they refunded me my money and I was able to reorder my shorts! I recommend them not only on their product but amazing customer service! 6/5 stars I would give them.

I saw an ad on Instagram and Facebook and loved the look of the shorts
I ordered the dress with built in shorts and pockets for a day at Six Flags and a pair of everyday shorts. It took a little longer than I expected to arrive, but the dress and shorts were exactly what I wanted. Both are super cute, comfortable, and a good fit. I will be wearing both often!
I chose Halara because of the ads for the dress I bought.
Shipping did take awhile, but the quality of the product was very good! I also dealt with customer service about an issue with one of my items and they were extremely helpful. The items are cute and I will be be getting more!
I wanted to do a return, but instead they gave me a gift card for store credit and allowed me to keep the items and gift to someone. So, it all worked out great!

Loved everything I ordered! Great fit! I am usually like a size US 4/6 and ordered a M. Fits snug in all the right places. I am bigger busted so I was weary of the "braless" description but I literally do not have to wear a bra in the everyday dress. Great quality thick material. Does not at all feel cheap or thin. LOVE!

I absolutely love all of the Halara clothing that I've ordered! This was my third order already! The only thing that is a bit of a bummer is that you cannot exchange sizes or return free of charge if something doesn't fit. Most of the items fit great and I LOVE the fabric used. I did buy a couple sports bras/tanks that I would probably have exchanged for the next size up. Other than that I love so much of Halara's clothing!
I was looking for a cute workout dress online and found Halara's site! I realized they had so many super cute workout skirts, dresses and tops! They are just my kind of style! :)

I am honestly so surprised by how much I LOVE my tank dress. It fits PERFECT and I don't even have to wear uncomfortable undergarments as this all in one outfit keeps the girls lifted and has well fitted biker shorts underneath. And dare I mention the amazing pockets?! I got 2 colors and will definitely be going back for more until I have collected them all, haha! I am also impressed by the delivery process. It arrived quickly with no issues.
It kept popping up on google & my social media platforms when I searched for an all in one tank dress with shorts. I hadn't heard of the company before so was a little leery, but I thought, "why not, lets just try it." And I am so glad I did! I have an athletic shape, so certain garments can make me look boxy, but this Halara outfit gave me curves and perky girls-- I AM IN LOVE!
I tried to review some of my items, which was a bit difficult to figure out (wasn't very clear from the website). But when I contacted customer service they were quite quick to reply, very nice and professional, and they gave me a full refund. So in the end pretty happy with the service.

It would've been nice to get faster shipping, or get an estimate of when the dress would arrive. I got an update once the package was transferred to USPS but before that it was very much up in the air.
There are super cute designs and so many dress options.
I was really excited to try these leggings out but I should have bought the dress instead. I got the wrong leggings and size and to "return" them is an exhaustingly long process, so I won't be shopping here anymore.
Tip for consumers:
Double check your orders before you buy them and don’t expect to be able to return them easily… it’s an exhausting process.
Products used:
Scrunchie butt leggings but they aren’t the right size or make. I wanted to return them but the process of getting a different pair is ridiculous!so I no longer support HALARA. It shouldn’t be this complicated to get the right lair of leggings.

Excellent customer service. I had 2 items that dint fit on my first order and they took care of it with a credit and to pass the items on to someone else! Very easy website too! I love the leggings and the leggings with shorts! I ordered more! Thank you
Thought I might get scammed by this with a poor quality product, but was very pleasantly surprised! Love the material, the fit, the design, the price! Will definitely purchase more products in the future!

The return process is a nightmare! I had to email the company and wait on customer service to approve my return. Once I reached a customer service representative, they offered me an in store credit instead of refund. I had to explain why I didn't not want an in-store credit, I simply wanted a refund for my unused merchandise that did not fit. After waiting 3 days, I finally received a shipping address for returns. There is no information online to do returns. You have to email customer service and wait for their approval and return code. Then, they informed me that they do not offer return shipping or a return shipping label to print. I have to take it to my nearest shipping facility and purchase a shipping label. It has been a long unnecessary process to return the items. Also, the clothes are made in Hong Kong. They are SMALL. Please order accordingly. I will say that the pants I kept are nice. They are thicker material, not see through.

I purchased over $250 worth of items. None of the items fit so I went on the app to return/exchange. When selecting the reason why I am returning/exchanging, they require 1-3 photos of the item. When I go to select the photo from my gallery, it doesn't upload. I have been e-mailing back and forth asking if I could provide photos in the email and noone has given me an alternate way of doing it. I have told them MULTIPLE times that ALL ITEMS are to be returned/exchanged. The last email sent to me said they would offer me a $56.22 gift card and I can donate or give the items to a friend. I have spent over $250.00... why would I accept a $56.22 gift card? I just want to return the items at this point. I no longer want to exchange them for a bigger size. I am extremely disappointed in how difficult it is to do a return. I do not recommend buying from this company if you are unsure of how their sizes run. I am always careful when ordering online and this is why.

Order one item and try it on. If it fits, then I am sure other items will fit. The return policy is a nightmare so I suggest cutting your losses.

Edit: Halara reach out and adjusted my total. Should be receiving the difference in couple of days. I hope that this doesn't happen again but I'm glad I was able to have it fixed in a timely manner.

I am so disappointed that my order arrived and The shorts and skirt did not fit... they were almost comically small for what was supposed to be an XL. I even sized up according to the size charts and everything was still so tiny :( my friend who is a size 0 fit the skirt and shorts...

I ordered on Jan 9th and have not received my order and I can't get any tracking info. Nothing is updating. So I am unable to give a review of the product.
Shipping is very slow. And once you order I have never gotten any tracking info emailed to me. I have to contact the company for help with the tracking, and this can be very frustrating.
Update - for US residents your Halara package is coming from overseas which makes tracking your package difficult at times in the US. Halara has reached out to me and sent tracking info. They have been very helpful and resolved me issue. Thank you Halara Staff!

I've been really pleased with Halara so far. One dress I ordered wasn't right for me and they refunded me no questions asked. Love the leggings I just ordered. Took a while to arrive, but that's most things except Amazon these days.

I've ordered from Halara 3 times in 2022 so far and I've loved literally everything I've ordered (minus one thing from a previous order due to the colour not looking nice with my skin tone--but instead of doing a return, Halara offered me a gift card for the amount of that item and let me donate the pants instead, which was brilliant). All 18 items I've gotten from them so far have fit perfectly, the material is high quality similar to much more expensive brands, and you can just tell these clothes were designed with women's comfort and needs in mind. It's the little things like pockets being big enough for smartphones, secret pockets for our keys, shorts under skirts/dresses, in-built bras in lots of tops so you don't have to worry about bra straps showing, etc. It's nice to have fashion AND comfort without having to sacrifice one or the other.

These leggings are really nice as far as not getting pet hair stuck all over them but they seem to be very poorly made. I have worn mine 4 times and the threding in the inseam is already coming apart. I certainly wouldn't recommend them for how much they cost.
