Ordering was fine but I wish I wish I would have known the return process is a bit tricky.

I kept one of the skirts and gave away the other upon your suggestion, and now have a credit. I would have preferred to return with credit.

I contracted them about a return.

I was very satisfied with the 4 items I purchased from Halara. All the items fit true to size and the colours were also as expected based on how it appeared on the website. Fantastic value for the price point.

More 'plus' size options are needed. I'm always between an L and XL and the XL in everything I ordered was too small. Two dresses I ordered were the same size, material, and similar in style but fit differently.

The only reason this is a 4-star rating rather than 5 is because sizing is a bit inconsistent across lines. For example, Medium is a very safe size for tops regardless of whether it's a bra, tank, T, etc. Some of the Mediums I ordered fit perfectly and others were very tight, so I had to exchange them. Fortunately, customer service took EXCELLENT care of me, so I felt like they genuinely cared about my experience and my business. Aside from fit, the pieces themselves seem well constructed so I have no reason to think they'll fall apart prematurely.
Overall, Halara products are of good quality, comfortable, and very flattering, and their customer service takes exceptional care of you. For all these reasons I have no reason to look elsewhere for athleisure!

I saw Halara being advertised on Instagram. I spotted the green dress and saw there was a sale as well, which led me to pick up a few more items without breaking the bank. Easy and convenient and the items arrived in a timely fashion.

It took entirely too long to get my order and I was not completely satisfied with the fit and quality of my dresses. They are alright but I will probably not order from halara again. Not worth the price for delivery or quality of items.

It was good. My order came after like 2 weeks and the clothes was really nice and comfortable, I have washed them and they didint shrink and ni seems went up. I have big legs so on the skirts I ordered a size up and they fitted perfectly. In the classic straight skirt with shorts the shorts sometimes is showing a littel but when you stand up but that depends on how high upp you were them

I am IN LOVE with these sports clothes! They fit so well, the designs are very cute, and they are so comfy, which is very important for activewear. These clothes can also be worn as everyday summer garments or beach clothes because they are so beautiful. I am very satisfied with finding this store, thank you!

Ordered on 6/11 and as of today, 7/6, I still don't have my order. Halara reached out and offered a $10 credit and then took back their offer after stating delays on the 11-14 day shipping is expected with COVID. I should've paid slightly more to get the same athleticwear locally.

Things got here quickly once shipped. However, I DO NOT like how they were trying to send my orders all at once at a later date (to send with my presale item). That delayed my packages, and I almost didnt get them in time for an important event.

My items shipped immediately after I complained.

Love their products! Overall experience with order and delivery was smooth. I got a lot of updates on the package being delivered and once I tried them on I wanted to get on the website to buy more haha

Even when purchasing the dress it says if I buy 3 items it's 25% off. I couldn't get that. I did look online and found a 30% code that worked but then when I tried to proceed to the final payment it said I had already used the 30% off code this order however it wasn't applied. Wasted a lot of time and still didn't get the discount you offer on your site.

As for the dress it feels of good quality, it's comfortable but i find the shorts ride up constantly. I did go by the sizing chart and ordered a small (I tend to buy most items in medium normally). It fits but I think it would be both more flattering and more comfortable in a size up. This may also be the reason for the shorts riding up all the time. I have gotten lots of compliments each time I've worn it out.

Nice clothes! I really liked the material as it was very comfy. I got a size small in one of the dresses. I'm about 5 feet tall weighing in at 110 lbs. So the small fit perfectly and I love how the breast paddings do not move. I ordered a leggings in a small as well as it said size 4 in bottoms would fit but I felt that it runs smaller than that. I'm a size 4 but this time I ordered a medium so I'll see how that fits.

I've purchased from halara before. When I reviewed an item and was not satisfied, halara customer service reached out and eventually refunded me. I am very satisfied with the shopping experience and customer service of halara. I will say the return policy could be better…

Great experince. Over all great experince other than my dresses are too small, I still wore them- because I was so excited to do so, to tight though in XS. Good to know I am a small in your dresses abs a XS in your skirts. I'm not that woman who likes to return things it's aggravating.

I was looking for athletic ware that was also very feminine and good quality. I was a little skeptical that I hadn't heard of the site before and most things had very few reviews, but thought I'd give it a shot.

My first order from Halara was better than the second. The second order, I was a little disappointed in the leggings. But, It did teach me which leggings work best for me and which ones don't. I am still extremely pleased with the price, and reasonable shipping times.

I ordered a skirt too big! It cost me 40.85$ I contacted them... They give me just 27$ in credit! So it would cost me more money to order a smaller one. I wrote to them several times. Very bad service! Never again will I order from HALARA!

Very easy to select what I wanted. I had a sizing issue with my first order and Halara was very easy to get it adjusted without hassles. I will definitely recommend the In My Feels Dress to everyone! I mean it's got pockets and it sporty, and pretty and soft!

I got the size Large which wasn't large enough so I needed to do an exchange for a larger size, they advised with longer shipping times and Covid, they weren't allowing exchanges, so they asked me to keep my first order and they sent me an e-gift card for the same amount to purchase another one in a larger size! Very professional, friendly and quick!

For many years, I have shopped at Halara Clothings. I like the quality of their clothing, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant shopping experience. I've discovered that they have some nice items that are reasonably priced. They also have a great return policy if something doesn't work for you.

Good overall except I didn't realize I was ordering from outside the US which affected my idea of when I would receive the product. That said, it was relatively quick for an international shipment. I was also disappointed in the size of the product. It fits all dimensions that I had measured before purchasing except it feels too small in the axis from the shorts to the shoulderstraps. It feels as though it is made for someone who has a short midsection. The effect is that the scoop is lower than I would have liked and more cleavage is exposed. I also cannot wear it with the padded inserts as the inserts thus cover a portion of my ribcage instead of my breasts and is uncomfortable. I cannot exchange for any other size as no matter the size it would be too big or small in another dimension. Just disappointed as I see many models of different sizes wearing this dress and the fit is apparently not true to advertising.

I got a pair of leggings that I thought were going to be cute and fit me good. They didn't fit me at all and they are too slick. I am not trying to return it and the whole process is taking too long. I have to say why I want to return the legging multiple times and send pictures. I see why they want to know but why can't it be one time not more than once. I bet they have food products but they aren't for me.

I love my exercise dresses from Halara but after being disappointed by their street clothes I have come to the conclusion that their workout wear is the only good thing worth the money on their website. You might as well go to SHEIN for their other clothes because you'd get the same low quality but probably for less! (and this is coming from someone who no longer shops at SHEIN). Also, their sizing was wayy off and most of my order didn't fit me (too small or too big).
