Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
Paid $40 for black leggings that aren't resistant to pet hair at all. Would have been better off just getting $10 leggings that do the same thing. They're comfy but don't do what they say.
My shipping has not been received at the moment it was supposed, but it was due to delivrery error, and the following and support of halara to resolve the problem was perfect, so I can say that despite the fact that I had to make some calls and some email to get my shipping, I can say that my overall experience with halara was very good.

My daughter’s reference, she love the clothes. She bought a jogger that was a bit too large for her, so she proposed to me. The fit was perfect for me, so I kept it, and I discover Halara! I am now a fan!

Very good but I don't want the promotional emails and I've reached out to customer service twice now and they aren't listening that the link does not work.
I just want to stop getting the promo emails and they keep telling me to use the link and I keep telling them the link doesn’t work

My experience was overall very well. Considering how cheap the items were, they were very good quality. Halara always notified me on shipping updates which I really appreciated!
I had seen a lot of adds and the clothing looked really cute so I wanted to try it out.

Very simple process. Shipping is fast and the product is almost as good as the experience has been so far! The pants are a bit scratchy on my skin otherwise I would be over the moon happy.
Expedited shipping discount was not applied to order (which totaled over $150). After submitting feedback, I was told this was because address was an FPO address. Customer service department graciously refunded me the S&H, though I am not sure if they are making this a policy change for APO/FPO addresses in the future.

Excellent apparel can be found at Halara Women's Clothing Shop. It has a huge selection, pleasant employees, and is extremely clean. This shop is amazing! I urge my friends to visit this store.
My shorts were too small. I reached out to see about exchanging for a larger size or returning if that wasn't possible. I received some correspondence but, not an answer to my questions!

It's so hard to order clothes online but halara quality is awesome. Their customer service has always been very fast and friendly and made sure to help fix any order questions/issues I have.
I LOVE THEM! I wasn't sure about them and now wish I had ordered more, which I will be. I got an XS since I'm losing weight for my wedding and toning up, the fit is incredible and so soft, I have 4 dogs and the hair brushes off easily, handy pockets on the side perfectly hold my phone.
I kept seeing videos on TikTok with leggings that wipe away pet hair easily.
Shipping was quick and I had no problems receiving my item. The dress also fit exactly as described and was what I expected to get. Overall great experience!

LOVE that there is no membership fees and honestly the shipping did not take that long either which is surprising since it's shipping from another country completely. The leggings and dresses and skirts are EXACTLY as advertised. Some may be skeptical of buying from IG/FB/TikTok ads but these are will buy from them again, and I already have

I have ordered twice, 2 different skirts both times the sizing is so inconsistent! I live in Australia and it's really annoying to have to wear the cost of sending it back to get a refund.
First time they gave a credit voucher, so I bought another 2 skirts and this time I’m going to get my money refunded after they have received my return,

They got back to me ASAP and offered to refund the extra shipping I paid for early delivery since I waited way longer

Great! Quick shipping and lovely products. Only issue was that I never received an email for shipping confirmation and tracking number did not work. But customer service was very quick to reply

Overall satisfied with my purchase! Sizes were all accurate. Quality material too! I'm even surprised at how well the quality of my headband is. The leggings are super sexy and comfortable too.
