Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
Overall satisfied with my purchase! Sizes were all accurate. Quality material too! I'm even surprised at how well the quality of my headband is. The leggings are super sexy and comfortable too.

The website did tell me it might take longer than usual to receive my order. This was true, but very worth the wait. Comfortable and flattering clothes, true to size and color.
They responded quickly, but luckily my order ended up being found without me needing to contact them again.
Terrible! I ve never received any of my items and they never gave me the refund. I am very frustrated. It's been more than two months and nobody answers to my emails.
It took a long time to come in. But they were quite communicative. They also gave a partial refund for it. Really love my skirt. Fits well. I feel like I can wear it for several types of occasions.

Halara has fast shipping and their products are high-quality! I haven't had any issues with them- and I've made at least 5 orders with them in the past year or so.
Shipping took over 2 weeks, comes from China so be prepared for a wait. Sizes are all over the place. I ordered all meds (I'm more of a small but had a feeling these clothes would run small and I was right). The white top is super tight and the black one is a little loose but because it ties in the back I can make it tighter (also thought this top would be cotton but it's that thin, slippery material). The leggings are soft and super high waisted and fit fine but the very top is a tad tight. Kinda weird but I can make them work. Tags weren't attached which is a little weird. The gray skirt is WAY too small! I have a smaller waist so normally high waisted things fit well but this skirt is way too tight all around, even on my hips, absolutely no give and much shorter that I expected. You have to pay shipping on returns and no way I will pay to send this back to China so I'll just have to give it away. Also got a free headband with my order which is nice and all but the sewing on it is so amateur, looks like a 10 year old made it. I guess I'd say this website is hit or miss since everything fits so differently even though it was all the same size. Buy at your own risk! This rating is more of a 2.5.

Just fine, very smooth and no problems. I hate the spinning wheel of discounts pop up though. Maybe if it was a smaller thing but I hate the ones that take up the whole screen!
The tennis skirts with thigh pockets are my favorite thing right now. So cute, very functional, if I had more money I'd buy way more.
I ordered weeks ago now, got shipping confirmation but it's foreign so no updates. No package yet and I emailed them last week to let them know and they never responded! No happy at all!

Clothes were great…. But too
Small…. Still trying to get return processed…. Never really answer with what you ask…. Just seems to be a general answer…now stuck with two tops that are too small.

I bought 2 of the tennis dresses in a 3x. The front of the dress CONSTANTLY rolls up the outer dress, and looks horrible. The sizing is very wonky in the breast area, I'm a 42F and the top is way too loose, and every time I try to pull it up to adjust it the front rolls up more. If you do purchase from them make sure to keep all original packaging/tags etc. they will not take returns unless you have EVERYTHING and you pay shipping back to China.

My order arrived pretty quickly but the free hair clip was broken. The skirts and shorts I bought are cute and look just like the pictures. I would consider buying again.

Needed to return something but kept the item instead and got a credit that I used for another item.
Great selection and prices for workout gear.
Correct sizes for items that I wanted. Colors, materials, and fit.
I purchased these leggings as I LOVED the Criss Cross Front Style. However the PET HAIR and everything else that sticks to them is crazy. The other issue I have is that the seams on the outter edge of the leg are fraying. I do not wash these excessively or wear them to much as I have 1000 different pairs to choose from.
They are not expensive by any means but i think they should surely last longer than a few months. I am extremely hesitant to purchase another pair in the HAIR FREE cause what good are they also if they are just going to fall apart.

My order came in early and the dresses fit perfectly! The leggings were a bit smaller than I anticipated but I still love them! I've told all my friends Halara!
Because dresses with built in shorts with pockets and support in the built in bra.
Shipping time was accurate and price wasn't bad. I wasn't really that satisfied with what I got, but that's the only pair of pants I've ever gotten from the site.

Poor timely response for return. Returns you pay your own shipping. So gave "credit". So be sure you want to spend the money or it will cost you to get some of it back.
Never got a reply the first time I sent in. Then heard a response the second and it is always a day turn around as they are over seas. So took extremely long to get a resolution.
