Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
Shipping was not free. Most places are nowadays and it encourages people to buy again from those places but unfortunately it was not free with Halara.
I saw a lot of IG ads praising the pet hair resistant feature which was very appealing to me
It took a couple weeks from the time I ordered it to the time I received it. Halara needs to find a more efficient method of shipping. I've been spoiled by free 2 day shipping.
Great! Fast delivery and I love the dresses. I'm 5'3" and about 135lbs and fit into a small and a medium. I'm athletic and curvy so the medium was a better fit! 10/10 would recommend.

I saw a lot of influencers on tik tok talk about how soft and comfortable the material was so I figured I would give it a try. I ordered the everyday 2-in-1 activity dress -wannabe and loved it.
I bought 3 different clothing: 1 dress, 1 dress w/short, 1 legging and I am very satisfied with all of them about:
-fitting is perfect
-texture is perfect
-packing excelent
I didn't receive the scrunchy but I did receive the leggings. They were made smaller than I anticipated so I gave one pair to my daughter. They are super comfortable!
Halara has become my go-to for gym and leisure items and / or outfits! The quality of the products is great, the service is exceptional and fast, and the price is just right!
One of the items from my first order did not fit. I emailed Halara and received a response and solution right away.

I LOVE this, but as a person with a well-endowed chest and a smaller body, I struggle to find something that is supportive and covers my chest. If this amazing dress did that I would give 5+ stars!

The sports bras I have been looking for all over were in your store. I prefer a hook-back racerback sports bra. One that I can hook and unhook in the back. Not a lot of other athletic retailers carry this style of product.

Isnt it enough i gave you 5 stars for the quick turn around and that I like the product.
This is what I got when I tried to return two of the dresses that did not fit me well (too high waisted).
Keep in mind that they shipped from China so I presume I would have to ship them back to China and deal with customs forms, delays in shipping, etc. I asked for the gift certificate but have not received a reply or a gift certificate.

The packaging arrived super quickly and the quality was just amending, every piece I got is so flattering I swear I'm in tears can't wait to buy more from them and I will do so really fast
Clothing is cheaply made and didn't fit. Return policy means that I have to pay for shipping costs. I don't recommend taking the chance.

I LOVE halara! I recommend to everyone I know. I do wish shipping was faster as my items took a hot minute to arrive but it 11-14 business days was quoted so it wasn't a shock.
Uhm the Instagram ad that showed me this genius idea! Pockets? Full body compression with shorts and the shorts or body compresion doesnt slide down like regular spanx! My only suggestion is cuter prints, LONGER to the knee or over the knee dresses (for the moms), and maybe buttons or crriss-crissy ness idk something more to the dresses!
All right so I fell victim to all the TikTok ads about Halara and decided to give it a go. I bought a dress off of their website but immediately felt buyer's remorse I started reading reviews saying that it's really cheap quality and everything so I went back to the site and I noticed that they had a cancel order button. I canceled the order. Actually I tried to cancel the order, three times. I hit the button so many times nothing ever happened so I then reached out via email and said I did not wish to continue with the purchase please cancel the order because the cancel button wasn't working. They never answered back they never canceled. I emailed them again nothing. They then sent me your order has been shipped email so I responded back and told them that I would not be paying for it because I tried to cancel multiple times and they would not listen to my wishes. Still haven't heard back from them haven't been able to reach them at all. Poor customer service and a broken website. And apparently once it's shipped you're out of luck if you try to get a refund because you have to pay for the shipping back and even then they might not let you. Would not recommend under any circumstances
