My order was taking quite awhile so i emailed them and heard back pretty quick. She found out that my order had been lost at the airport and immediately gave me a full refund and even a discount code if i wanna buy from them again. I'm only giving 4 stars because even before it got lost it was taking forever to ship.

No communication regarding the order after purchase. Plenty of solicitation emails though. I paid for express shipping on 3/20 and have heard nothing since.

**Update: Did receive word that the order was being delayed due to a restocking delay. Was offered a discount on future purchase. Elected a refund as the dress was for a specific occasion and would be arriving too late.

Do not believe the 10-14 day shipping promise. Every time you order from them, it will take a month to receive. They will send you an email making up a delay in shipping because the items you ordered are being restocked or on back order. I thought the first time it happened to me was a fluke so I placed a second order and the same thing happened. After talking to two of my friends who ordered from Halara, I realized they do this to everyone! It is to cover for the fact that they're shipping from China. The quality of the products has been decent.

I ordered jogger pants for my granddaughter. Crotch went almost to her knees. Asked for confirmation number to return and was told I needed to send picture of item in original package (hard to do when given as a gift). Still not able to return. Will sell on marketplace to try and get my money back. Will not ever do business here again. Poor quality; poor customer service!

Their return policy is completely ridiculous and inefficient for both parties. You have to email back and forth several times over a weeks time to get all these "approvals" to get a return. I'm sure they do it so someone forgets, emails get lost or sent to junk or people just get fed up and don't want to waste their time. I would never order from them again.

Cute dress. But seems a little more like a swim suit to me. I got a size too big. Once I exchange it hopefully my experience will be better. Being a big girl, it's hard for me to find things that fit me right. And the top was a lot bustier than me. Wish the straps tied tighter. Then it would've been perfect I think.

Good experience, got my order pretty quick. Packaging was very nice, everything was labeled so I was able to find what I wanted easily. The leggings i received were great quality and do an amazing job

I'm extremely upset about the leggings I received. I ordered the pet resistant leggings with the criss cross waist band and the tennis skirt. I'm a pet sitter so I thought the leggings would be excellent. At first glance I was totally in love with the products. After wearing the leggings just once I found they were slipping and falling down ALL day. I'm 5'5 117 pounds so I ordered an XS but these pants fit so horribly. The skirt is okay, but after two wears, the shorts underneath the skirt are starting to pill. Highly disappointed and not willing to pay shipping to send this garbage back to wherever it came from.

I was skeptical about anything I saw on Facebook but decided to order a dress because it looked so cute. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and fit. My daughter loves address and I ended up ordering some shorts and sports as well..

I was highly skeptical about purchasing from this site, but I'm glad I did. The dress and skirt feel great and NOT too tight. Shipping was fast, about a week or two. I'm definitely ordering more dresses in different colors.

Would help to have received an order confirmation email right away but after not hearing from them I had to send an email myself to see what was taking so long then they replied one item was out of stock.

The products are good in general, but mostly geared towards a very slim audience I feel. Some are not appropriate for a more curvy person and their advertising doesn't allow for people to assess the product in an efficient manner in that aspect. I have found some products to fil perfectly and make me look great, others create a muffin top, were not made for people with larger hips,...

Tried the crossover leggings and pants, absolutely horrible. They aren't flattering and they don't fit well at all I'm 5'5" and 120 pounds ordered a small and the waistband doesn't stay up EVER it just falls down and the pants barely touch my ankles way too short and I'm not a tall person by any means. Extremely unflattering around the crotch area and constantly falling down I don't know how they have so many positive reviews because both products were pretty awful especially considering the price and how long it took to receive them.

Not flattering. Cheap fabrics. You have to pay shipping to return thing. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

The clothes are seriously so cute and are great quality. My daughter has been wearing them non-stop and they still look just like new. The only negative is that I paid for expedited shipping and it still took a week to be shipped. Don't waste your money on that - just expect the clothes to take their time to get to you.

This website is so easy to scroll through and every design has so many colours! Large variety of designs and colours which makes shopping so much more fun and easy. Definitely was hard to make choices as I wish I could just buy it all! The descriptions and sizing chart were also very helpful and made my decisions easier to make!

They replied very fast and gave me lots of assistance in making my return/ exchange easy! Loved what they had to offer and their understanding in my sizing mistake.

I ordered these in my usual size (large) they were way too big. Reordered in a medium. Still too big. The material is soft but does not stay up on your waist. They constantly slip down ( and I have plenty back side to keep them up). It's annoying to have to pull your pants up every few steps. Would not repurchase

Site was easy to navigate. I got my order within about a week or so. Dress is EXTREMELY comfortable and great for everyday wear. The built in shorts, bra, and pockets make it the perfect dress for me.

Easy ordering process. Wish delivery was a little faster. I also wish that on the app it said how long the dresses are. That would have been very helpful. Other than that, loved the experience. Thank you. Will order more in the future.

I submitted a return to be processed over 2 weeks ago. And I had to send them an email to see what the hood up is. They gave me some bull$#*! line of being a new company and would like to offer me a store credit instead of a refund. Their "easy refunds" is a joke! I've never had a problem returning anything with any other company. A refund means I want my money back not a store credit. I will never buy from them again.

While not all of the items I've received have always had the stitching quality I was looking for, you cannot beat the overall quality for the value that you get. The prices are very reasonable, the fits are good, the fabrics are nice, and the customer service is great. I've definitely recommended this company to friends.

Everything is pretty much true to size. When I needed to return some items, the customer service responded super fast and were very accommodating. I will be ordering from them again. I love the material!

Fantastic quick service! Shipping is fast and easy, also I never have a problem so no need to return anything. I have purchased many items and will continue to look at the website often to find more cute clothes!
