I was a bit skeptical since it took a while to get here but my friends all had a good experience so I trusted their words.

I got a reply in a decent amount of time but they helped assist me with whatever I needed. The person helping me was really patient with me and worked with me with what I needed.

Size was incorrect. I ordered a 2 x. Did not fit at all. Gave it to my daughter who wears a large it just fit her.

The Service was great and seamless. Although not the fastest delivery, but considered above average.

I googled "tennis dress built in bra backless design" and found where they get these clothes from. Hmm...

Recieved the product on time, but is was too small. Halara sent me a gift card to get the next size up. It fits great and it's really comfy!

Halara has a nice website, easy to use, etc. very happy so far! Only it felt like it took ages to arrive. Other than that, I love it ̈

Very disappointed. I bought two dresses using their sizing chart. The dresses arrived and were too small unfortunately. I contacted their support asking to exchange them for another size. I got back a response that basically said ‘Your order is outside the 14-day window of returns. We will not help you. Your case is closed.' I was not asking to return the items, I wanted to exchange these brand new, unworn, tags-on, still in package items for something that worked because I liked them but they were just too small. I didn't realize it was a 14-day policy, I thought it was the industry standard 30-day return and 60-day exchange policy. That was not obvious on their site. How does a 14 day policy even work with online orders? If I'd known that it was only 14 days, I would not have purchased them. Not only was the customer service rude, but they were super unhelpful.

Sadly, I will not buy from Halara again because of this awful customer service. Now I'm stuck with two dresses that don't work, out my $70, and Halara lost a good customer. I'm a honest customer that's willing to spend good money on good clothes at places that treat their customers with decency, consideration, and respect. Not everyone is the -buy it, wear it once, return it- type. Perhaps if they updated their sizing chart, and changed their return policy to more of the industry standard, I bet they would have a lot more repeat customers (probably myself included if it wasn't for the rude customer service representatives). I guess I will just go back to Nordstrom, where I get good service and returns are no hassle. Even Walmart is better than these guys! Halara lost a good customer, and I feel like I was swindled. They also have been absolutely harassing me with marketing emails and text messages since I ordered from them. I feel like on top of this terrible experience, I'm being harassed by their marketing campaign. Don't bother, save yourself the hassle and disappointment and go somewhere else.

So I ordered 2 pieces from Halara. One was a pair of leggings- Cloudful® High Waisted Crossover Side Pocket Plain Plus Size Full Length Leggings *1- which were 45$. They are the best leggings of my life(but also why in the world are they $45?) It feels like you are walking around naked. They are thin so they are not great for the weather if there is cold or a chill. They also have already caught near the ankle on something and look slightly damaged. After 1 wear.
What I hate... really hate is the dress! Everyday Deep V Neck Ruffled Hem Velvet Plus Size Mini Chill Dress- Looks so pretty from far away in the pictures but up close I can verify this fabric feels like the tacky cheap fake velvet for Christmas stockings and not something I would want to wear on my body. Also there was a thread sticking out prior to being worn- not sure how well made the seams are. It is way too big. I wear a size 22 usually so I float between 2x and 3x. I went with the 3xl as everyone said true to size. I will tell you the truth- I am swimming in it- everywhere and its not a flattering style on. The fabric is very stretchy so If I were to purchase this again i would do a size 1x or 2x- this is far too large. Save yourself the cost and hassle. The leggings were great- I think the dresses are a bit like Shien- and they are all coming from China- This is not a $50 plus dress. I would not pay $30 for this on sale at Walmart.

I highly recommend these clothes to anyone for everyday wear. I get a lot of support in the top without wearing a bra under the in my feels tank
