Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
I have had nothing but issues with this company. It has been stuck in CA for 2 weeks without moving. It started its shipment from CA then went to China and then came right back to CA. I can forgive long wait times but the company has put no effort in to help mitigate this issue. I have contacted them multiple times and have not received a response. You can only contact them by email and for my troubles they provided me a whole $5. I spent over $50 and have no idea where my package is and the company will not give me my money back. I don't even want the package at this point.

Great products but some didn't fit, no worries because customer service is one of the best I have ever dealt with! Sent me a gift card and told me to keep the items. Only down cal is the shipping takes a while, but worth the wait!

Everything was good except I was disappointed your free shipping doesn't include Hawaii. $14 something is a lot for shipping especially if I only want to order one item. I'd like to order again but the fee really makes me reconsider if it's worth the money.
I saw a lot of ads on Instagram and TikTok about it and wanted to give it a try. It's hard to find leggings that are cute, affordable and match up to the quality of bigger brands like Lululemon.
Skirts are not true to the size chart posted on the website, and you must pay for return shipping. Clothing quality is just okay, but way too small so you will have to pay to exchange and get the right size. Their sizing chart says a medium is a 27.5 inch waist which would fit perfectly. The medium I ordered has a 25 inch waist (see picture). The large they replaced it with has a 26.5 inch waist, still too small! Would not recommend.

I placed an order and got an order confirmation on April 17,2022. The confirmation said that typical processing time for shipment is 3 business days but then they also asked for patience as they are having high volume of orders. Then, on April 25,2022 I received an email that said my order has been restocked and that it would ship within 3 days. On April 29,2022, I had not received an update on shipping. I contacted them again and asked about a shipping update. I was frustrated and said that I would like a refund, if the items had not shipped. They did give me a refund but offered no explanation of why my items didn't ship after two different emails saying they would ship in 3 business days. If their volume is more than can be handle, then maybe they should slow down on the TikTok Ads... frustrating!

I honestly thought it would have been a super long time to get my leggings out but shockingly it was right when they said it would be. The only thing is I wish I could track on where they are at and the delivery service, but overall pretty happy.

I'm happy with the fits, the sizes and the quality for value. I ordered some leggings and a top and even if it was the same colour name, there was a deviation in colours.
I contacted customer care team and they offered me a gift card for those two items (because I wanted to keep the styles). Great service!

I kept seeing all the adds all over my fyp so I finally broke down and ordered a pair of the leggings. They are ok at best. They feel very cheap and are not flattering at all. They have no support and the material shows every bump and curve. The legs fit tight but the waist is loose. I can get much better quality off of amazon for half the price.

Very cute! Highly recommend! They do run big though so buy a size or two down. I'm usually a size s or xs so I got an xs and it was still a little big. (I'm a 26 waist for reference.) The only problem with sizing down is that the length of the legs are sorter than I wanted now. (Im 5'5) but overall they're cute and soft. I like them a lot.
I bought two dresses and I have to say that the material is soft and they are good made but I would like that they make the straps maybe like the brassiere or something like that so we can adjust them. I tried return policy, I emailed it and sent a message to customer support and still waiting for an answer. Just hope none one has to return from Halara cause this is so frustrating

I usually don't order things online the first time i see an ad, but i couldn't help myself when i saw this dress. I immediately ordered it. It didn't take too long to arrive and the material is SO NICE. Its very flattering and the built in bra ACTUALLY holds me in, which is very hard to find. I love that the shorts have pockets and the length is also really nice. I was expecting it to be shorter which i was like "fine, it's got shorts" but the length is actually modest enough for my taste without being prudish. Dress it up or down, wear it at the house or in town, whatever! It's my new favorite dress and i will be ordering more.

I ordered the 'In My Feels Dress'. I tried it on once, and it did not fit. Fabric is heavy. I have some curves, and the dress was not flattering for my body. I just want to return it and be reimbursed. To return, I was advised to reach out to customer service. The same day I got my purchased I emailed customer service. They would not provide information on returning until I provided a reason. Which I did a second time. They then said it takes them a long time to process returns. So they want to issue me a $35 gift card instead. I replied saying, I do not want a gift card. I just want to return my item, and be reimbursed. They haven't responded since. Horrible customer service. Will never shop here again.

A year ago, I purchased over $130 worth of product. According to hilarious size chart, the items should have fit me. The clothing did not fit me, I contacted for a return and Polaris customer service gave me such a hard time that you only have a specific amount of time to return that expired and I was not allowed to return purchase to get my money back or exchange. Again, Halara is hard to work with and they don't stand behind their products. I would hesitate to purchase from them. I'm not at home, but I will put on another review with pics of the products I purchased.

Your return policy isn't what you claim it to be. Therefore I feel you rip people off, by making the return process hard and impossible to get out money back.

Took awhile to get, was charged a foreign transaction fee but as for the leggings, they are honestly nothing special, I will say basin on the material they are made of dog hair will not stick to them.

Easy returns process. I ordered 4 items, none of which fit. But they told me rather than ship back I could keep the items and give to someone who they might fit, and they would give me a full credit to use towards another order. They always had quick response and no hassle. Their clothes are so cute so I'm hoping to find the right fit for me.

The size guide was quite accurate, but the shipping/delivery time was completely off from what was advertised. One of the reasons why I purchased multiple items at once was to get a free express shipping. And some of the items were not a good match to my sensitive skin, so I can't wear them. But, you'll never know until you try them out. So overall, it was good.
I had to contact customer service regarding delivery as it wasn't shipped fast as advertised. But the response was prompt.

I ordered several sports bras, a sports dress, and shorts with a great sale. Placed my order and received an email on June 23,2023 that it shipped. I still haven't received it. It looks like it is stuck in Springfield Gardens, NY. The tracking used, SPX, has a number associated with it that doesn't work (I tried to call). I spent over $70 on nothing but wasted time at this point. I was really looking forward to this package and to some quality workout clothing, but not anymore. Maybe this is just a fluke but it would be wise of them to use a different shipping company, if this is what can be expected. I will never order from them again and apparently they don't offer refunds, so it's just money down the drain. :/
Just got these and I love them! Very comfy and true to size! The main reason I got these was for the pet hair resistant part. I can say YES! They work! And I have a husky! Just easily swipe the hair off and no more! I may end up buying several more pair! Very happy with them so far!
