The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.

Their service was great! I had originally rated lower because the filter button was not giving me any options at all. Due to that I literally had to just open anything I was interested in and see if they happened to carry it in my size and if it was in stock. So this made it take me significantly longer as a new customer to find what I wanted. Their service reached out and showed me that there should have been options populating. So I'm assuming the issue was on my end then. They were very helpful and even offered a coupon. But seeing as it was my error, I did not think it necessary. But overall they were very helpful and I'm excited to receive my products!

Halara has been wonderful to shop with. My first order consisted of 3 skirts. 1 didn't fit quite right and I wanted to return it. They just told me to keep it and refunded me. I in turn gifted it and the recipient loved it. What a great way to advertise! She had never heard of Halara and now she's ordering more. BUT - honestly I just ordered a dress and it's not as comfortable as I expected. (I have a very long torso) I'm afraid to ask to return it cause I don't want 2 free handouts. I did take the tags off and I'll attempt to wear it.

I ordered my items on September 7 and it is now September 22. The tracking is a joke because all it says is that the package is in the United States. I ordered well over the limit so I was to receive 2 to 5 day shipping. It is virtually impossible to talk to anybody on this site. If I ever get the items that I ordered I really wonder what kind of quality they will be as their quality and service is awful. Just to be advised before you order! How disappointing!

Tip for consumers:
They offered 2 to 5 days shipping for orders over $99. My order totaled one 2278 and now I’m going on two weeks waiting for this.

After Almost 2 weeks. I have still not received my order.

I bought XL and you should not even offer that size if your clothes aren't made for mid sized people. The bra can not support my D cup, nor can the built in bra - which is nothing more that a piece of elastic in the dress.
I've been trying to contact customer service via email to begin a return for over a week. Your policy states the return must be approved and I can't reach anyone. SO INFURIATING! No phone number, no way to start this until the company makes time to return my contact.

Returns are not easy and sizing is difficult

Once you order…. There is no communication.
This is not a USA company and they do not respond.
The fabrics are not seamed just cut

I finally decided to try some Balata leggings when they had a sale (though there seems to always be a sale of some kind) and I'm glad I did. They sent some sale codes with my purchase but they are all the same and not for much off, so not really worth it for me to place another 3 orders since they can't be stacked. (savings of 2-3$) but overall I'm happy with the product and will order from them again. I haven't needed customer service yet so I can't comment on that aspect.

I purchased a yoga pants a few weeks ago, which do not fit. I contacted Hilaria via email as required, and I have not heard a peep from them. Not a good company to work with. Keep your money buy somewhere else that provides customer service via an 800 number would be nice

I ordered for the second time. Products are very nice and of good quality in general. I was satisfied until I got an item which I need to return because it was the wrong size. The return process is super complicated. Why does Halara make things not easy? As a customer you spend a lot of time for all the serveral steps needed. Therefore I will not buy something again.

I ordered two pairs of the crossover leggings the sizing was not true at all I ordered a medium and it did not fit you could see through them and they do not look flattering. I will not be ordering again I was gifted them and the tags were already off so I can't return them but I will not be wearing them or recommending to others

Coupon code wasn't accepted, would be nice to give canadians another ten percent as our dollar value is much lower than US dollar.

Be aware! They are extremely strict even one day if you want to exchange or return - even one day! No dice, they leave you feeling disappointed and taken advantage of. They count each day, even if there's a holiday, using the delivered date as a full day even if you don't get it until the evening. First order is my last order.

Very curt. Non flexible. Now I have two items, too big I cannot wear and out of money.

For a company who spend so much money on advertisement, maybe they should pay someone to return emails and process returns.

Stay away from this website. I ordered some pants and they didn't fit right so I needed to return. They stated they were unable to provide me a return label because they were "a young start up." This was only less than a week of me receiving my order. They offered me a gift card instead but refuse to give me a return label to return my clothes. Stay away, very unprofessional and not how you run a business!

I recieved 2 pair of casual baggie pants. One was a lot heavier material than I expected, and the other was thin, like parachute pants. That was ok, but the thicker ones would only make good pajama pants, as the crotch area is very baggy. The other pants would be ok for hot months, but I ordered a small (I am 5'6"/135 lbs.) and they are both WAY too long! They must think everyone is 5'10"? The return policy is that YOU pay for return shipping to CHINA and NO EXCHANGES. Not happy.

I love all of the styles, sales, and overall prices. I also had a good experience with customer service. The only problem I have had so far is the fit of the shorts. I have leggings, pants, and a skirt that fit perfectly. However when I found a pair of shorts that I loved, I ordered my usual size Large. They were way too small so I ordered an XL, and they were still too small. I decided to keep them as I am losing weight currently, but it was weird that the fit was so different than my other products.

They're not as flattering as all the hype. I ordered a medium in the cross over leggings. They look like an extra small. I have to keep pulling them up. My body has a thin waist but I have hips. So the leggings don't conform to my body. Took almost two weeks to get them. Good quality nevertheless.

Reading some of the reviews on the internet I did not expect much from my order, but I was wrong. The cloudful crossover leggings are the softest thing my hands ever touched and so comfortable. I was used to uncomfortable leggings that ride up even when walking, which ended up in a cameltoe and pressure marks all over. With these leggings no seams dig in, the leggings are not see through even when squatting. The pockets are spacious and fit even my huge 6.8 inch phone. The In my feels cropped tank top is very comfortable as well, and offers a lot of support for sport. The straps are not adjustable but the top fits perfectly so I don't mind. The material is not as soft as the leggings but still good. The order came quite quickly - 8 working days. I was able to track my order to detail, which was perfect for my impatient self (yes, it's true they ship from China). I was not expecting this, but I am very satisfied with what I received.
