Given that these are shipped from outside of my country, the shipping time was very reasonable. I just didn't realize they were coming through customs until I tried to figure out what was delaying them.
The quality of the clothing is so cheap and the customer service is impossible to deal with. Cannot talk with anyone and they give you the ruin around to get your money back for returns which they do not make easy in the first place. I will never shop here again.
I ordered several hundred dollars worth of clothing. It was all too tight and I tried to return the items. I took the time to fill out the online form and uploaded pictures associated with each item I was returning and have yet to hear anything from customer service on where to ship the return. Very disappointed.
I purchased several items from halara in June. I still have not received them so can't review them, but can tell you there is no excuse for things taking this long in today's age. Keep that in mind and if you are contemplating a purchase from halara
I ordered as dress, wanted tro return it and emailed the company, they didn't get back to me for days, when I went to process the return it seems to be too late. I think this is poor business practice. I like to order online but if I can't be sure I can return it easily I am not going to continue with a company.

The leggings were sent in a timely manner. I just have the problem with them not staying up above my waist. The design, fabric, and pet hair resistance were great perks, but they are not my favorite due to because they are hard to wear and keep up. The material also started to wear after only a couple times wearing them.
Adds kept popping up and I have pets. I also love pockets and soft material. They seemed to be the perfect leggings.
Although the shorts were too tight in the leg and I felt it was too difficult to return them, Halara very quickly responded to my feedback and offered me a gift card and a discount which more than made up for the shorts not working out. Their customer service was excellent. I still would not recommend the "in the feels" 2 in 1 shorts for women who lift heavy because they are tight in the leg, the sports bra is great and a highly recommend their products overall.

I had been looking for 2 in 1 shorts with biker shorts underneath rather than just a panty and these were some of the only ones I could find. I am not comfortable wearing booty shorts at the gym so I felt these would be perfect. The shorts were too tight in the leg (waist fit great) but Halara's customer service was excellent!
The items arrived much later than I anticipated and then when I tried them on they were too small. I used the size guide before buying and ordered a size up from what it suggested and the shorts were still too tight in the leg. These shorts are clearly not made for lifters as they were very tight in the leg but fit fine in the waist. It is too much trouble to send them back overseas. I was really looking forward to these working out because so many shorts don't have the "biker short" lining, just the undies.

The shipping was expensive and took a long time to get to me. I wanted to exchange my leggings for a different size and they can't do free exchanges which is disappointing. I got a gift card refund instead but I haven't even used it. Shipping wasn't included. Just disappointed overall with the quality and prices.

I didn't receive word that my order was processing or fulfilled until quite a bit after I submitted and by the time I heard that my things were shipping the joggers were out of stock. Everything is really nice, I just wonder why I didn't know sooner.
This was more so that customer service contacted me, though it was quite a while after I placed my order. I realize the joggers I wanted were new and in demand, but I was bummed that my order took a while to fill and by that time there weren't any left in the size I ordered. The emails to me about that were very nice, though.
A friend recommended it to me. I like everything that I did receive - though I may adjust my sizing for the next time I oeder.

Shipping took a long time but I guess it is coming from China so it would be expected. The product is pretty cute, not the best but pretty good for the price. They are definitely cute and comfy! Better for low-intensity workouts as they do show sweat.

I don't like the return process of sending pictures and then paying shipping and not told to keep it and just get a partial gift card. Not sure i will order again because if things don't fit the return is too much of a hassle for me

Products arrived (skirt and dress in ice princess) about 2 and a half weeks after I placed my order. Happy with the skirt and dress. High quality fabric, reminds me of Lululemon's soft athletic fabric.
Cute styles and accurate sizing. Works well with my slim figure, stretchy material that also holds its structure. Well designed.
No bras for plus size. The codes I have I couldn't use and with the price of these items, I should've been able to. The amount of clothing for average size versus plus is ridiculously unfair. You will never get appropriate plus size feedback if you don't sell it to them. I'd love tops and crops but nothing above a large or xl. The bras too. The leggings were alright to shop through as there was selection. I wish there was as much as the other sizes and some of the other sizes were options for plus but I guess this is life.

Initially had issues with the shipping versus billing address that caused frustration but, the halara team quickly reached out to me to help correct the problem. Overall, I'm very excited to use their clothes, they had just the styles I've been looking for.

I saw many ads through tik tok and Pinterest and they seemed to have variety of options that were both affordable and practical.
I tried changing the shipping address multiple times to ship to my dorm instead of my house (which is my billing address) every time I would move on to the paying screen, however, it would confirm my order for my house instead. I now have to 1) wait for it to ship, then I have to wait for my mom to next visit to bring the order up to me.

Shipping experience was great. Quality was awesome. But the dress fit a little shorter than I would've chosen for myself. Will wear around the house, but would need a longer hemline to wear out in public! (I am 5 ft 8 in, for reference)

Good experience! The clothes that fit are great, and I will definitely be ordering in more colors. For the clothes that didn't work out, I was issued a refund and told I could donate the clothes which was great not having to deal with sending them back. I've already placed additional orders for more clothes :)
I got the products, and wasn't in love with them. Especially since I had spent over $100, I wanted to love what I had bought. So I started the return process. Worst return process and execution I have ever experienced. They make you answer a bunch of questions, take pictures, and pay for your own shipping. I did it all, and waited for 6 weeks. No refund came. I emailed them again and said here's my tracking information, can I get my refund. The responded with "You will get the refund when we receive the items." I replied, " I sent them in 6 weeks ago." Then I get my refund email and my refund amount. Seems very shady to me that they had the clothes for that long and waited for me to follow up before giving me my money back.
I will never buy from them again for this very reason.

They did offer a generous in-store credit if I kept the clothes. That was the only good part.

I first had to contact via email to make return. I received no response. I then found a return spot on their website. They said they would prefer to give me a credit (which I do not want), or I could return at my own expense (fine with me), but did not provide a return address, which I am still searching for.
Ordered item, after order confirmation I find out item not in stock. Stock received same day item should have shipped. Item delayed an additional 3 days. Shipping fee was refunded and was appreciated. Then shipping company delivered item to wrong house.

Downloaded the app and it was easy shopping experience and received my package in less then two weeks the standard shipping time. First time ordering from this company and I love everything I had received and will definitely be ordering more and influencing others to order from as well.
I choose HALARA because of my pets and I wanted to try the Pat off hair resistant leggings and I love them!
Sadly I can't leave a review of the 6 items I ordered for vacation. Has been 19 days and still no tracking information. Halara reached out, but only to say if tracking isn't updated contact us in 2 days. Super disappointed and will now have to shop for a few items since the items I ordered have not arrived. If planning to wear on vacation either order a month ahead or skip halara altogether.

I tried to log into the website to review my order because I ordered the same bra. But in 2 colors and I could not see where to log in. Most websites have it in the top right-hand corner. That should be pretty easy. There does not seem to be an easy way to return anything or to review a past order in case I want to reorder. There are way too many text messages being sent to me every day. The sizing of items is off in that I ordered the same bra in 2 colors and they fit differently.
Because I saw it advertised and I thought it was cute, but the fact that I cannot return and the sizing is not regulated (different factories) makes me leery because even if I order something that has fit me well in the past, it is not guaranteed that it will fit me again and I can't return it.

I ordered a bunch of stuff because I got a dress as a gift before and I really liked the material. Unfortunately, half of what I ordered didn't fit right (it was a small for everything)… since I can't return the pieces, I'm left with clothes that don't fit and one of them the material feels very cheap. I'm sad because I loved my first dress :(

After meeting with an error in the online portal to request a return and not being able to proceed that way, I opted to return via email, which is explicitly listed as an allowable method for requesting a return.
Rita, the contact who responded to me, just linked me to the portal for submitting an online return rather than processing my return request.
It's pretty simple - don't have a policy on your website you aren't willing to have your customer support fulfil.
I will not be shopping from Halara again.

Totally understand the supply chain issues, however, I had placed my order on 12/13. On the site, there was no reference of any items being "pre-order". It wasn't until after I had ordered that I found out that nothing was going to ship until 12/25. I also understand the holidays, but there was no movement until 12/31. Still have not received my order as of 1/4...
Also, the fact that this was a re-order due to the first pair of leggings I had ordered having a hole in them after wearing them for less than 2 hrs, that only makes the whole experience more disappointing. So I'm essentially still awaiting a non-faulty item that I had ordered back on 11/26...
