As everyone knows being a bride can be stressful time, however I must tell you that I could not of been happier with the entire team at the 3 West Club.
I remember the day my fiance and I went to view the club and meet Ryan Furio for the first time. The warmth and help from Ryan had us book immediately and i can tell you that Ryan and his team were amazing all the way through from beginning to end of the ceremony.
I would highly recommend The 3 West club for any venue and:)

I wanted to use the Knot's honeymoon funding service for our guests which required my ID to allow people to add money to the fund. After over a week of submitting with no emails about completion I decided to check the direct site myself only to find that the ID checking had failed. Why? Because they said my name did not match my ID.? I had given them no other names and it definitely is my name on my ID so I sent an email to customer support to fix this issue. 2 days later and she asks me to send it again so I do. 5 days go by and still no word so I send another email asking what is going on. Been a week now and still absolutely nothing back. I check the site again and low and behold a new error has updated saying they don't support my ID type? I used a California drivers license. How could you not be able to accept a drivers license. I would at least hope for an explanation or email of some kind but I have nothing. They've wasted my time and I'll have to start all over looking for another company to do this for me. Absolutely deplorable. Are they just ignoring me or do they only have one customer support person for all of The Knot?
First off I want to say that I am relatively happy with their wedding websites that they offer. I decided to give them some extra business and ordered my wedding invitations from them. What a huge mistake! I end up paying nearly $185 for 30 invitations. The border around the invitations are completely uneven and not what I asked for. They also got the date wrong on the other side of the invitation, and didn't send proofs to approve. Getting ahold of them on the phone is impossible. You just get some generic customer service. You can't get a hold of the actual designers or people that can help in any way with the actual invitations. I was blamed for the wrong date mishap via email, and no one has said anything about the border being uneven. If someone is paying a lot of money to have invitations, you would expect the border around the invitation to be even around all sides. If you look at the photos, the first photo is what I was promised. The second photo is the invitations they sent me. I'd have to go and re-cut the invitations so that there's somewhat even on all sides. How do you mess up 30 invites? So unhappy I need to re-order from a different company. What a waste of money. When you're ordering your wedding invitations, maybe use Minted or a local print shop instead.
It's interesting that all wedding dress vendors listed on the site have a 5-star rating. Users should check other review sites prior to purchasing a dress.
I ordered a Strawberry Cake form Under Dessert City Catering, the cake huge i gave 1/2 to my sister after eating a piece i wanted my other 1/2 back from my sister, it was soooooo delicious, super moist not to sweet just right! I give her 5 stars can't to get back to Florida just to order again!
No customer service. It's starting to look like a Ponzi Scheme! Can't access our cash funds. No record of funds or contributors. We even contributed ourselves just to see if the cash or a gift donor would show up, it didn't. ALL THE MONEY HAS GONE MISSING!
You will receive countless fake leads from fake emails and their employees will tell you your analytics are high. The employees are trained SOLELY to keep you on board for as long as possible and will do anything and everything to make sure they get as much money for as long as possible. There is no ethical practice or genuine customer care in this company whatsoever. I sent several emails to cancel my account 7 months before renewal. They disregarded my requests and they auto renewed and charged me without consent on the 13th month. I had been reassigned to 4 or 5 different account managers over the course of the year term because they all presumably quit their jobs which also contributed to my cancellation request not being processed. Immediately after the auto renewal I reached out several times to customer support, billing, and account manager, and they all fabricate different lies about the contract as to why they won't refund me. One time I called their customer support line and the girl that answered the phone was literally sobbing. I asked her if she was okay and said she was "just sick". It sounded like someone being held hostage, it was awful.

I have been communicating with someone from the payment department at The Knot attempting to get a full refund of an unauthorized charge I found on my credit card statement. This company, without my previous knowledge, renewed my membership without notifying me prior to the renewal date. They stored my credit card information for a year. I had no idea they had done that. When I inquired about this, they said I had signed up for an automatic renewal (which I did not). I just found out that the person who signed me in, typed "Yes" for auto renewal on page 2 and then typed "NO" for auto renewal on the 4th page. Huge discrepancy especially when it was not me who filled out the form. I had no idea they had done this without my knowledge or consent.
This is a sketchy business practice and Vendors who wish to sign up with them to advertise their business should be aware of this and be extremely cautious.
I would not recommend The Knot to anyone. During the one year I had the membership with The Knot, I did not get much traffic nor did I find a client. I am doing a lot better with Wedding Wire.
David Cheney is the most AMAZING photographer I have ever met! He will bend his schedule to accomidate yours. Our photoshoots were over-the-top fun and enjoyable. He has a wonderful personality and a charming sense of humor. We loved our photos and can not wait to make an excuse to use him again! He is worth every dime and every minute! You will NOT find a better photographer to capture all of the small treasured moments of your big day! After our big day, he is now considered family. I am a DAVID CHENEY FAN! Go David! Go David!
I ordered custom match boxes from them. It took nearly 4 weeks, which I had planned for, though they did not provide time frames. The match boxes were fine, But I ordered gold match boxes with wine colored ink. I got gold match boxes with white ink. I had no trouble with customized napkins I ordered through another vendor and received in less than 2 weeks. So I was a little annoyed, but, of course, no time to return. At least they were gold and the names and date was correct, so we will use them. They are attractive so nobody but us knows the ink color was not what we wanted. However, I really would not use them again as I found the lead times too long and not really reliable. Please note that I only ordered the personalized match boxes from them, so don't know how they are on other items. I did send customer service an email trying to check order status after a few weeks, but they never responded. So personally I would not use them again. The other wedding vendors I used shipped within 1-2 days and I always got responses to any emails.
Answer: My honest opinion... do not use theknot.com for your wedding. It crashes often and can be extremely frustrating. Believe me... I used it and was locked into using it because it was on all of my invitations. My best advice: use weddingwire.com. But, if you're not going to listen to my advice or are locked in and stuck as I was, go to your wedding website (not in preview mode) and click on guest list from the dashboard... well... After 9 attempts, TK will not load properly so that I can step you through it (everything else on my computer works great). Sorry, that's all I have for you. I hate theknot.com!
Answer: Tell them the same thing they say to you when you contact them for help in any way! "I don't think it is in our best interest! You are on your own... Good luck with that!"
