I had read most of the reviews that were mainly negative and that made me feel uneasy, as I had read them after ordering my sofa table and thought I'd have to go in circles if anything was wrong with it... but I had no need. Speaking with the person who took my order was friendly, I was informed by email about the order, approximate date of delivery more than twice. Many complained about the shipping boxes their item came in yet I found the shipping box to be very sturdy, secure and not banged up. Upon opening the box, I found the table to be in tact, no parts missing, all the screws, along with directions were in there. The table is very heavy, looks impressive and of good quality and design. I could find no faults.
BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible customer customer service. PayPal should suspend doing business with them. Still waiting after 2 months for my refund... which by the way was significantly less than the money spent because of the "restocking fees" they cleverly hide when you order.
I ordered an Alno medicine cabinet and received a Nutone cabinet 72SS304D instead. The Nutone cabinet costs between $ 300 to 350, while the Alno cabinet runs between $575 to 650. The packaging and instructions are Nutone and the name is taped over to disguise it. Since I did not receive what I had ordered, I correspomded with customer service and informed them of the same. They told me that I received, what I had ordered. And if I wanted to return it, I would incur a $77 charge for the free shipping and I would have to pay for the return shipping (BTW, which is only $ 39 by UPS). Of course I would have to package it carefully, so as to not cause any damage, which I would be charged for. Now I am out $ 120 and who know how much more.
So don't buy Alno, instead buy a Nutone which is roughly half the price.
ATG sells broken material and will not stand behind their product. When you call them the act like your are stupid and it takes talking to the mfg to get anyone to understand that items were missing and broken. Even after pictures to ATG and the mfg contacting ATG, ATG sti made it impossible to return the items for a refund. ATG went thru all the motions to act like they were processing the return just to return the broken items to me claiming they could not accept the return bc the parts were not in the original plastic for the packaging material. Seriously? We didn't just change our mind and want an exchange we just wanted the original product we ordered. Not their incomplete and inadequate piece of crap. OK and by the way I've been a plumber for 40 years and I think I know when a faucet is incomplete. I started plumbing in Beverly Hills with high end products paying up to 1000 bucks a faucet. The sad thing is, is ATG could have also gotten a full credit by the mfg who agreed it was their error. BUT ATG is so lazy they refused to process the return. They got their money and trust me that's the last dime they we ever get from me or any of my 40 years worth of plumbing contractor buddies money.
I've never gone online to bad-mouth any company before but these guys are just exceptionally horrible. I paid for a briefcase that was supposed to be a graduation present, waited for 2 weeks for it to show up and then when I went online to check on my order status, the item had been "discontinued". How in the world are they advertising for a product, taking orders for that product, taking people's money for that product and not know that the item had been discontinued? They kept my money for a good 8 days before they put it back on my credit card but honestly, it was just so ridiculous.
When I tried to use the online chat service to ask about what in the world happened, "Peggy" was completely unapologetic about the whole thing, gave me little explanation about what happened, no suggestions for what should happen in the future and then terminated our conversation when I said that I felt upset about the situation. (And that's literally all I said - I didn't start ranting and raving at her.)

Horrible, I placed the order on 08/18/2016 10:23.43AM PST. They Charged my credit card in full on 08/19/2016. I received an e mail on 08/25/2016 regarding order status update, with tracking # ATG******* estimated delivery 08/31/2016. But when I check my order status, shows nothing, but the link shows some logistic company (my seko) and their phone number *******263, when call them they said pickup attempted with ATG they don't have the product. I haven't received any call or email from ATG regarding order not ready or back order. I took a day off from my work to get this delivery, all waste of time.
Spoke to ATG customer service rep today 08-31-16, according to rep, the product is back order and not ready to ship until October "pathetic". So after all this mess I cancel my order today 08-31-16 and according to customer rep, I will get this refund 1 to 3 business days and hope fully I will get it.
My suggestion: ATG please give at-least one courtesy email to your customer's if order is delay or back order.
Please do not give any business to this company, beware they are just scammer.
The ease of ordering, the on time delivery - the total experience was so professionally handled that it was a class A experience.
Consider the ATG Store as a personal shopper for you and your home.
To say they are criminals is being kind. I ordered 2 lamps. I wanted the exact lamp in the photo. The site had you choose base color and then lamp shade color. Once I chose the base color (nickel, first) and the shade (black and silver, second) it automatically changed my base to brass... I did not notice... as I selected silver (as pictured btw). Now there is nothing to be done and not one person who is willing to help me simply change the base to nickel. I don't want my money back and I don't want a base and shade that don't match... for a $500 set of lamps. There is NEVER anyone who can help or even a manager at the customer service center and there is not one sensible person to talk to... why would you want the reverse combination? Why wouldn't you want the lamp as pictured?
NOT their problem as I was told, and "tough" as I was told.
I have never done this, written a rating. I also have never been outwardly mislead and robbed like this.
This is a horrible, unprofessional and rude site and customer service process.

I have made many purchases from ATGStore.com and have never been disappointed. My items have always arrived as promised and in excellent condition. Now, I go to ATGStore.com for most everything.
I ordered a Kucht range. Twelve days later I was told there was an issue with the address. It got resolved through my personal concierge, Beth Balow, but no communication since. I emailed her twice and did not get a response. I got it at 20% discount. Two days later the Mine offered 25% discount and 30% on cyber Monday. I used the chat function and was told that the additional discount would be reflected and credited back to my card. Im not sure if I will receive the additional discount, since I have yet to receive order confirmation or confirmation of the discount. I ordered another high dollar item, a heated Towel Bar, at 25% off and the next day it was 30%. Same thing, I should get the additional discount, but no confirmation even though I specifically asked to be emailed. When I ordered the range, I had not set up an account, so I dont know the status. I have been charged, but no refund for the discount yet. What is the purpose of having a so called Personal Concierge if she doesnt communicate? It seems once the sale is done, so is the communication. I am very disappointed. This range listed for $3295 and I am afraid of what to expect should there be any problems once it is delivered. This is the first time I ordered a major appliance on line and only because of the good price. I hope this can get resolved since I will need some more appliances for our new home construction.
PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE--- 90% of things I purchase are from online so I am aware of the procedure. ATG website was something that I had used for the first time, I had checked reviews on this and some were positive and A LOT were negative. I had placed an order for a TV console that supports 60in TV. The set I ordered was over 150 pounds. I was suppose to receive the delivery on Jan15 and today is Jan 21st and I have yet to receive it. I have been back and forth with ATG and CEVA which is the shipping company they use and I was told by CEVA there was no record of my TV stand, I was told that it may be have been lost…. Are you kidding me how can you lose a 150 pound item. There system is really screwed up and I had to call several times for my refund and still have not received it. I had to dispute this charge through my credit card. Please DO NOT waste your money and time on this company.
WARNING: DO NOT BUY FROM ATG STORES OR YOU WILL REGRET IT! I purchased a TV stand from ATG Stores. It showed up broken and was so poorly made I couldn't believe it. It was made like a piece of cheap IKEA furniture and had ripples in the finish. You had to put it together and some of the holes didn't even line up correctly. I called ATG customer service (or lack thereof) and they act like they don't trust their customers as you must take photos of the furniture you are unhappy with and send them to them which I did. Then they said I must pay the return shipping (more than $50) in order to get a refund. So they sell me a horribly made, broken opiece of furniture and now I have to more more than $50 in order to get a refund. I threw the furniture in the trash (where it belongs) and NEVER AGAIN will do business with them..
I ordered 6 locks for sliding doors to various showcases. Due to the locks being adjustable, I had no problems using the locks on all my showcases. Thank you ATGStores.com
I am stunned reading these posts! I experienced exactly the same things you all did. I have been hung up on and lied to repeatedly. Like a previous poster, I also got the name of someone who I spoke with on a Tuesday, and on Wednesday when I called no one seemed to know who that was, even though I had an extension number. When I spoke with "Barb" today, she put... me on hold to talk to her manager. When she came back and I asked to speak to her manager, Barb said the manager wasn't there. When I questioned that, she said her manager went to lunch, at 10:00 PST. Barb also told me, and I quote, "customers don't tell us how to run our business." WTF? Are you kidding me? Oh, then she hung up on me. I immediately called my credit card company and had them reverse the charge. I now have a credit in my account, I will refuse delivery of the dining table I ordered if it ever actually ever shows up and ATG can suck it. And Taryn, don't bother replying to this email because I'm done with ATG. In fact, I will do everything I can to get the word out to people not to do business with your company and all the storefront website names you use to hide your identity. Shame on all of you at ATG!

Allow me to begin by saying this is the first review I have ever posted on the internet about anything ever. I feel COMPELLED to share my experience with this site.
I ordered a safe from a site called knobsandhardware.com which was apparently a front for a site called atgstores.com. The safe I ordered was labelled "in stock-will ship [tomorrow]". Waited for a week, it still hadn't shipped, per FedEx site. I called ATG and they said it was shipping from the manufacturer and assured me that "FedEx is wrong, this item has shipped". Called FedEx, they assured me that there is literally no way that could be true because every item gets scanned before a FedEx employee takes possession of it.
So, I decided to contact the manufacturer. After all, it was shipping directly from them. The manufacturer said "we are back ordered on these, it won't ship for ~ a month".
Let's get one thing straight, I am in no "rush" to get this product. But I don't think it's too much to ask for a no-BS ship date or if the item is actually in stock (or for that matter, if it is shipping directly from the manufacturer). Furthermore, don't lie to me and explicitly tell me FedEx made an error and that I should expect my item the next day when that isn't at all true.
If you can, buy your item from a reputable retailer. I had been pretty lucky up until now occasionally rolling the dice on non-reputable retailers. This is the last time I will ever do that.
I ordered a faucet by Kingston on atgstores.com first time due to No Hassle returns. I was confirmed they will provide me UPS shipping labels (less cost) and will be deducted from the refund, so I went ahead to order. After I realized this faucet is not right for me, I called to return. I called them every day for four days to ask for UPS shipping label and was told all the time it would take 48 hours each time I talked to them. I requested to speak to a manager and she told me it would take 5-7 days. I was frustrated and was confirmed I would be get fully refund even over 30 days period. It had been 10 days and I still didn't get the label. I called them today and they told me they don't generate label particular for this manufacturer. If I know I have to pay higher shipping costs, I would not purchase from this website. Hassle Free Return! Wrong! All operators working there don't know what they are doing. I hate this store... Now, I have to pay half of the price of the item to shipping, and not sure if I am going to receive fully refund. I think I am going to file complaint with BBB.org

This has been the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I have never placed an order with ATG before & I will not ever again. My order was placed on Jan. 3 - I called and spoke with a rep to make sure the product was available & was told there were four in stock and to go ahead and place my order online. When I had not received any correspondence from the company, nor my product for over a week, I called. I was told they had e-mailed me to let me know the item was backordered and it must have gone to my spam folder, but the item would be shipping at the end of the week. Checked spam - no e-mail. I have been told my product would be shipping several times since my initial f/u call - the 17th, the 22nd & the 24th. On the 24th I contacted a rep through their online chat who told me, "It is expected to ship today, The tracking should be available later this evening or tomorrow morning." Heard that before! I decided to try another rep later that day, still couldn't get a straight answer - so I asked to have a supervisor contact me. No call - just an e-mail saying, "not expected to be in now until the middle of February due to the Chinese New Year". What a terrible company! I have pushed back the installation of my vessel sink on more than one occasion waiting for this faucet - as I was told more than once it was expected to ship this day and that. My credit card was charge for a product they STILL can't tell when will be available with any certainty. Now I'm fighting to get my money back. Stay away from this company!
I recieved my light covers took longer then I wanted but, I got them and offered me money back! I know business is hard and didnt want to get money back! I had to change my review! I had to call multiple times which pissed me off! But they stood the test and I would Say GOOD BUSINESS! LIVE LONG AND PROSPER TO THE MINE!

I ordered 2 drawer pulls, was given a shipping estimate of a few days, and then was continually send "Shipping Delayed" notices for 3 weeks, I then requested the order to be canceled, feeling like I would never receive my items, that ATGStores.com charged my credit card for at the moment of purchase. It took another week and a half, while they were giving me the run-around saying the manfacturer had the items, and then that they didn't have them, and then telling me that the order had been shipped (even to the point of sending me an incorrect UPS tracking number for items shipped to their home office), for the company to finally tell me that "the manufacturer" had this item on extended back order and did not have the items to ship. Then I was only refunded the item cost, not including the shipping costs, and had to contact them again and explain that they never even had the items to ship, why are they keeping the shipping? I finally got my money back, and ordered my drawer pulls from another company who informed me that manufacturer had 141 of these pulls in stock, and they wanted to know who told me they didn't. I hope the manufacturer follows up with ATGStores.com. I will never shop them EVER AGAIN... what a nightmare!

Really liked the light fixture we purchased and so did our son with antlers on it. It came at a timely manner.

We were looking for blinds and the staff was very helpful. They informed us that the items had to be ordered.
I cannot even begin to describe how horrible of an experience we''ve had with ATG stores. Awful. We ordered a bed over 30 days ago and still do not have the correct product! First, we were told the bed would ship immediately, which it did not. After talking to several reps, we finally found one that got the shipment going. The product arrived within 2 business days via fed ex freight. Horrible packaging, one box was ripped open, and another said "BAD" in big, bold letters on both sides of it. We unpacked to see just what we had and what might be "bad," and found we were sent two headboards, rather than the headboard box and footboard box we needed, not to mention one of the headboards was damaged (one in BAD box). We thought, this can''t be difficult, 100% not our fault, and we promptly called in. We very clearly received two headboard boxes. That was over 2.5 weeks ago and we still have not received the correct product. I have called in, live-chatted, and emailed countless times, and my husband has too. Each time we end a conversation we confirm that someone will get back with us ASAP about the status of our order, and not ONCE has anyone done that! We have to call back in each time! They just cannot seem to get it right, nor have they made us a priority. It''s like beginning a brand new conversation each time we call, and they seem to be confused by this simple problem. We''re told a "manager is getting on it and hot-rushing" our replacement part one day, to being asked to provide more pictures of a product we don''t even have (footboard) two days later! It''s absolute craziness and so absurd that we''ve questioned if we are on some TV show where they test your limits. I would never, EVER recommend this company to anyone unless they enjoy a runaround and wasting their time/money. We still have not heard from one person in a superior rank, and we''ve shared our frustrations freely. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
