I had read most of the reviews that were mainly negative and that made me feel uneasy, as I had read them after ordering my sofa table and thought I'd have to go in circles if anything was wrong with it... but I had no need. Speaking with the person who took my order was friendly, I was informed by email about the order, approximate date of delivery more than twice. Many complained about the shipping boxes their item came in yet I found the shipping box to be very sturdy, secure and not banged up. Upon opening the box, I found the table to be in tact, no parts missing, all the screws, along with directions were in there. The table is very heavy, looks impressive and of good quality and design. I could find no faults.
BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible customer customer service. PayPal should suspend doing business with them. Still waiting after 2 months for my refund... which by the way was significantly less than the money spent because of the "restocking fees" they cleverly hide when you order.
Recently discovered The Mine while shopping for kitchen & bath sinks for a remodel. They have a wide selection from which to choose and the prices were highly competitive with no charge for shipping. Had to return one sink and order another because I'd measured incorrectly. Was able to handle the return process in about 10 min. On Live Chat.
The items I ordered were drop-shipped to me from the manufacturer. I suspect The Mine acts as a middle man and doesn't keep its own inventory, which probably accounts for their low prices. Just don't expect 2-day or overnight shipping. In fact, when I placed my order the system gave a ship date of 2 weeks away; but the items shipped 3 days later by FedEx ground and I received them 2 days after that.
Currently shopping there again for lighting and possibly furniture items.
Easy over-the-phone purchase with best price on the water heater and install. Clear and punctual. Knowledgeable, thorough and friendly installer. Lowes followed up immediately to check that everything went well. Highly recommended.
I've purchased items ranging from cabinet pulls to lighting fixtures to a brass mail slot. I've never been disappointed in the quality, delivery time or pricing. I will continue to check ATG first when shopping for home goods.
I ordered a weather vane to top off my newly painted hen house. It looks great! The farmer in me always wanted one. ATG's web site, ordering, and paying was easy. The item was out-of-stock, but I received it sooner than estimated.

My experience was positive. The FedEx delivery man was in constant communication, it was delivered within the promised window and we checked it on the street for damage without any push back from the driver. It arrived in undamaged condition without any missing parts, it was installed the same day by my contractor. So far it is working well and there appears to be no problems. I have not one thing I could point to that didn't go smoothly
If you need help with hard to find windows--be sure to see Robert. Not only does he take the time to actually Listen to your ideas, but also spends the time necessary to search for and/or design your "wants and needs". For the first time in over a year of shopping, we actually had someone go above and beyond to satisfy our ideas for replacement windows in our home. We had been searching for windows offering an unobstructed view along with obscure ventilation---and boy! Did they deliver!
I ordered a light for out kitchen that I honestly thought was going to be extremely hard to replace but found one on this site and it came quickly and my husband was able to easily install it himself and it almost matches all the other fixtures in our remodel. It was priced substantially lower than anything else we had found and none of the others were the correct size. It came quickly, well packed and would not hesitate to use the site again.
I have ordered 6 fans from your store and am extremely pleased with all of them. When I had difficulty picking out a special light fixture, your staff was very helpful-to the point of calling one manufacture to get me a part that I needed. Everyone comments on the lovely fans in my living room, And no one can believe how powerful the small blades on the bedroom fans are. The kitchen fans are white and make a dramatic statement to that room.
We are building a home and almost all of my lighting has come from ATG. One fixture was bent when I opened the box and it was immediately replaced. Very easy. Our home is not yet finished and I still have a few light fixtures I need. I will most likely purchase these from ATG as well.
We have used ATG for many home remodel projects in the past and I have never been disappointed. In all of our orders I have only had one item that was damaged. As I stated above, that was very easy to deal with.
Most of the fixtures we have purchased would be considered high end. A few would fall in to an average category. We have always received many compliments on the figures. They are nice quality and easy to install.

ATG Stores are horrible. My wife and I ordered two wall lamps - but we cancelled the order the day we made it - yet the lamps still arrived. We tried to return the articles but because they had been placed in a closet by someone gathering our mail - we went past the 30 day limit - and they would not take them back. Now we have 2 brand new lamps we cannot use - and the worse part is - they are not even the lamps we ordered! They sent the wrong color lamps!
I ordered some drawer pulls from them that I need to return. Can't get an return authorization to save my life. The live chat people just drop you. The agents are rude when you call and then blame it on the manufacturer. Guess I am out $140
I have ordered many times from atg with zero problems. When I first started looking at what they had to offer I noticed they are affiliated with Lowes a store we love. Prices are always low and with free shipping I can buy with confidence. Plus if you look around you can sometimes find a coupon to use on your purchase.
We bought a number of lamps and small appliances. ATG worked with us in making sure we understood the return process up front, which was important since we wanted to see options in person before making a final decision. We were able to return items and worked solely with ATG, we didn't have to work through the manufacturer at all. Our returns were credited back to our credit card in a timely fashion, even with the fact that it was the middle of the Christmas shopping season. A great experience, we will definitely be making our next purchases with ATG!
As far as online purchases go ATG made returning a few light fixtures as difficult as I could possibly imagine. They need to simplify their return process. I don't make many returns but do a lot of online shopping so of course occasionally make some returns. Had to email tracking info to them along with a bunch of other nonsense. It has made me hesitant to buy through them again.
They carry no inventory. I ordered some Down etc. pillows. They charged the credit card upon ordering the pillows. No pillows came and after 10 days of waiting, I contacted an Anthony who said that the pillows will be shipped in the next 2 weeks since the manufacturer was out of stock. I questioned their policy of charging my credit card a month before the shipping ( if they become available) and he said that this is their standard policy. I was never sent an e-mail informing me that order would not be shipped on time. They did refund my credit card and I was able to get the same pillows from Pillows.com even cheaper and they had them in stock.

I order merchandise on a regular basis however I wish they had a designer discount. I work in a high end showroom and have multiple clients at the same time. Trade discounts would be a better way to get more business.
I have been happy with the quality of materials and delivery.
Purchased a yellow bench that assembled easily, however, all the screw holes show, I have been told there are not plugs available to cover the screw holes. I would not purchase this bench again. I hope I can purchase some screw plug covers in the hardware store and match the paint color. I did call customer service and the person was very polite and helpful but could not provide screw plug covers. I should have paid closer attention to my selection before I ordered.

I placed an order, since I noticed that their prices were much less expensive than anywhere else. I was excited also to see that they offered you a coupon code for your second order, to be emailed after your first order was placed. Awesome! It's been about a week since my order was placed, and I still haven't received the code. I tried doing a live chat with their representative and was told the following:

I was also told that Michelle B was, "Sure they will send them but [she] cant say that it will be any time soon."
I haven't even received my order yet and I'm frustrated! I guess their prices are low because they don't offer customer service on a level that is actually functional.
I'll make sure to update this review once I actually receive my order, since I have NO faith now that I'll receive the product I wanted in the condition I deserve.

I bought an item which broke and found put there is ONLY a 30 day guarantee... after 30 days they will not help you out! I could not even buy the replacement part as they would not sell to me -not great at all. The solution was to buy another chair... i don't think so. I would be VERY CAUTIOUS about purchasing from this site!
They do not accept returns after 30 days even if the products are in the original unopened boxes. I ordered a doorbell chime that would not work with my bell configuration. I never opened the box. They would not even discuss a return or exchange. The agent ended the online chat before I finished typing. Don't order from them.
