I had read most of the reviews that were mainly negative and that made me feel uneasy, as I had read them after ordering my sofa table and thought I'd have to go in circles if anything was wrong with it... but I had no need. Speaking with the person who took my order was friendly, I was informed by email about the order, approximate date of delivery more than twice. Many complained about the shipping boxes their item came in yet I found the shipping box to be very sturdy, secure and not banged up. Upon opening the box, I found the table to be in tact, no parts missing, all the screws, along with directions were in there. The table is very heavy, looks impressive and of good quality and design. I could find no faults.
BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible customer customer service. PayPal should suspend doing business with them. Still waiting after 2 months for my refund... which by the way was significantly less than the money spent because of the "restocking fees" they cleverly hide when you order.
Website promised lighting fixture would not require moving juncture box. When this proved to be false, this company resisted sending me a product return authorization, promising on 4 different occassions that it would be sent momentarily (within 15 minutes) and not sending it.
When I finally got a return authorization from them they did not send to label, but a densely worded 1 page document outlining what I needed to do. Despite the fact that the product was shipped to me from Buffalo NY, I was asked to pay to ship it back to Canada.
This has been a very unsatisfactory experience and I encourage other consumers not to deal with ATG Stores. They claim they are merely an agent for the products on their site and have no control over the policies of the manufacturers they represent.
I only wish I had been aware of the hundreds of complaints about ATG stores that are on various websites before I made this purchase.

Beware! Don't lose your money! We ordered a light fixture, it was paid for but never received. ATG said that FedEx had delivered the light and left it on our porch(was not there). After two months of going back and forth with ATG, getting a different customer service rep. Who said they would do something and of couse never did; they said it was actually tough luck that we paid for a light we never received. They said we should file a police report for an stolen item for which there is no proof! It is unbelieveable that they take no responsibility, they are very flippant in their response!
The ATG staff were very helpful on the phone with the ordering process and any questions we had. The desk and matching file cabinet were shipped and arrived on time and were very good quality.
I would recommend ATG to everyone and will order again from them.
I should have read the reviews first. I placed an order on Nov. 29th expecting it to arrive by Christmas. I was even told it would ship by December 5th by the agent. As it turns out they do not have in stock and order from the manufacturer on demand. As of Dec. 16th it still has not shipped and no updates. This seems like a scam to get my money as I paid for it already and use my funds to support their poor business practices. I could have ordered from elsewhere. Now my grandson will not get the gift I ordered for him on Christmas. Do not trust this company!

Guess I am in a good company - ordered item from ATGstores.com, received item in damaged box, returned item and now keep trying to get my money back. I am only 1 month in the process, so I am still optimistic. In any case - do not buy from this guys. They are 'drop ship' vendors. So, they have no clue what was shipped, but what is bad - they don't care. To get your money back is even worse. They always use the 'vendor' as an excuse, saying that vendor did not reimbursed them yet. In my case everybody is pretty polite, but still - no money back. Do yourself a favor - do not not from them.
I ordered a bedspread from The Mine that the website said was in stock. After waiting almost a week and never getting a shipping email I contacted them. They said it would ship out within a day or two. Another week later I check the status of my order and it says the bedspread wouldnt be available to ship for two more months! Mind you they had already charged my credit card. I emailed them and never got a response back so I called them. I was told that they do not have anything in stock on hand. They order everything from the manufacturer and if they (the manufacturer) were out of stock they couldnt help it. When asked how they could sell something they didnt have I never got a straight answer. She did say she hears this all day so apparently they do it all the time. I promptly cancelled my order. The customer service person was very professional, its the company itself I have a problem with. If Lowes does own the site they should be ashamed.
I purchased two items online during the labor day sale with a credit card and called in to confirm my orders. I was told i have to pay with a PayPal account instead because they won't accept my credit card. They already Put a hold for the funds on my credit card which was close to 500.00 and said it will be back on the card 3 to 5 days. They told me i have to repay with a paypal account that i dont want to create and it's no guarantee I'll be acknowled the 100.00 off from the one day sale.

I contacted their customer support after waiting for 3 weeks. I was told that 3 pairs of Aerosoles shoes that I ordered were discontinued, and money will be returned to me - just what everyone else here seems to be told. The same old story - money charged right away for goods that are not in stock and not even expected to be in stock.

It was for a new construction and could not have turned out any better.
Ordered a nightstand and a media chest, received the delivery on time however there were issues with missing parts and minor damage which I thought would be a breeze to resolve.
Online chat had such a slow response that I wasn't even sure there was an agent on the other end of the line. Anyway, told to send in pictures via email and did so on May 10 and never receive any response. On May 16, a follow-up email was sent and no response. On May 18, called and finally spoke to an agent after more than 20 minutes hold and was told to send it directly to her so that she knew for sure it would be forwarded and as of May 28, no response either.
I ordered 3 24" bar stools, simple enough. When I received the stools they were in 3 separate boxes. I took them into my garage and assembled them. When I took them in and placed them at the bar I found that they were 30" high instead of 24" high. I contacted the company and explained my problem and they did offer to return them and ship me out new ones. Now that would have me preparing them for return. Making myself available for a return delivery truck. Waiting on the new stools to be shipped. Assembling the new stools and disposing of all the trash. To save me all of this work I was offered a credit of $5 per stool. I still had to cut off the legs of three stools or take them to a cabinet shop to have them cut. What a lousy way to do business.
I ordered 2 toddler beds and 2 mattresses, and received 3 mattresses and 1 bed. Promise after promise and 3 WEEKS later still no bed. I would never order from this company again! I am returning all items today. Customer service is a big ZERO.

I ordered a complete bedroom set in July, 2010. Paid over $3,000.00 for it. Site stated that it took 4-6 weeks for shipping. It's continually been on back order and here it is NOVEMBER 4th and I STILL haven't received it! Now, the trucking company (there are several of them, mind you) has lost a piece of the set and won't deliver it until they find it from one of the previous trucking companies that had it on their truck! They have had my money for 4 MONTHS, are continually giving me the run around and I'm so disgusted it's not funny! I checked their site today. STILL says that delivery is 4-6 weeks. What a bunch of crap! I now see soooo many complaints about them. I realize that no business is perfect but this company makes errors one right after another and still indicating that it takes 4-6 weeks for delivery when I've been waiting 4 MONTHS?
I know I will NEVER be buying from them again!
Ordered a two clocks from ATG. One arrived intact however the other one that I had bought as a gift arrived damaged. Called ATG and was quickly sent out a replacement still in time for me to get it in the mail to family. I was thrilled at the promptness and courtesy from ATG and will definitely order again.
I was redoing a vacation home. I found it more convenient to shop online. I was a little apprehensive buying furniture online but I loved everything I bought. Customer service was helpful. Very happy experience.
They sent me a code for signing up for their emails and when I made a large purchase applied the code the final invoice did not reflect the discount. They responded quickly and applied discount. They earned a loyal customer.

I have placed many orders with ATG Stores.com, the products I have purchased arrived early. Just recently I bought wall fixtures for my new Media room expansion and not only did they arrive 2 days early, the shipping was FREE
I ordered a bedroom dresser that arrived with mold and water damage I attempted to get a replacement but the order was not put in. I am now sitting in my living room with a damaged dresser for over a month going back in forth with the reps and still have not recieved my refund of $579.00
After canceling an order, I was emailed another person's personal information with
Their order. I was assured that I would receive a refund for an order that did not arrive that was charged to my credit card. This has been going on for weeks with no result.
The "supervisor" is arrogant, told me she did what she was supposed to and that I would have to wait an additional 5 days for the refund to appear on my credit card. I am still waiting. Absolutely do not order from this company. There are reliable, honest companies with integrity - The Mine is not one of them. If I could give minus stars, I would.

I needed new cabinet hardware -- first to update the home I was selling and then for the new home I bought. The selection at ATG was the best I had seen and the prices terrific. My order came quickly, packaged securely. Great experience -- ordering my outdoor furniture for the new home from ATG soon.
No words can describe how unprofessional this company is. Told us our delivery date and gave us a window from 12-5pm. Never showed up and never called to explain why. Had to hunt them down, after hours passed we finally got in touch. Then found out it would still be another 2 hours before delivery. The truck shows up at 930pm on a Monday night. The delivery men said they can't bring it inside. My husband had to ask a neighbor for help at that hour, in order to get it inside ourselves. Wouldn't recommend this company to my worst nightmare! Called to talk to manager and they just give you the run a round. Save yourself the hassle, order elsewhere!

I ordered a Vinotemp wine fridge over a month ago, realized they already charged my credit card and was told that the manufacturer keeps pushing the backorder date further away. Terrible customer service, terrible business policy, STAY AWAY! How are these guys still in business?!

I was very excited when I ordered my sectional. I should have known the 53% off was too good to be true. Initially they said it would be here April 28. I placed the order on April 4th. I had to end up calling April 29th since no one called me. They got on the phone and said some parts arrived but some were missing. They are looking for the rest and will call me back immediately. Today I received an email saying they can't even find the ENTIRE sectional! What the?... Very dissapointed and will not do business with them again. I am very busy and time is money. I don't have time for lackluster service. You lost a potential long term customer
I ordered 3 european pulls for my bathroom cabinet on April 22nd. I received 1 pull a month later and now June 17th, they tell me the last 2 pulls will be shipped on July 30th. I tried to cancel the last 2 pulls. When I called, the "System was not working". When I tried the "Chat", no one replied. DO NOT ORDER from this company. They are selling items they cannot provide.
