I had read most of the reviews that were mainly negative and that made me feel uneasy, as I had read them after ordering my sofa table and thought I'd have to go in circles if anything was wrong with it... but I had no need. Speaking with the person who took my order was friendly, I was informed by email about the order, approximate date of delivery more than twice. Many complained about the shipping boxes their item came in yet I found the shipping box to be very sturdy, secure and not banged up. Upon opening the box, I found the table to be in tact, no parts missing, all the screws, along with directions were in there. The table is very heavy, looks impressive and of good quality and design. I could find no faults.
BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible customer customer service. PayPal should suspend doing business with them. Still waiting after 2 months for my refund... which by the way was significantly less than the money spent because of the "restocking fees" they cleverly hide when you order.

They lost my package and had no follow up. I finally followed up, and they re-ordered.
Then, the package sat in a warehouse because they again had no follow up. I called again, and will hopefully get it delivered. But my gut says ill never get it. WILL NEVER USE AGAIN. EVER. EVER. EVER.
I would have been better off flying to NJ to pick up the package, and fly back with it. This company needs to be shut down.
I too have had the same experience with ATG Stores as many of the people here. There is no other way with words to describe this experience other than feeling as if one is in the "Twilight Zone". Every phone call I have attempted has left more questions than answers for me. This company walks a fine line of fraud, IMHO. I'm urging everyone on this board to please contact the Attorney General in the State of Washington, their own state, and to also render a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Also, if you use social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Yelp etc... Please, please help spread the word in which the manner that this company conducts business. BUYER BEWARE!
I placed an order for a 110"x84" outdoor table cover. What showed up was a 92" model that didnt fit. After an hour on the phone with Dave from customer service taking him through his own site, he confirmed that there was an error.
His managers response was that I should be more careful! Are they kidding me? Its an error on their site and I have to pay to ship it back AND the restocking fee?
Im sorry I didnt find this site sooner.

ATGstores had the lowest price for the bed that I bought. When I decided not to complete the purchase and buy it locally to have it the same day, they were very cordial about cancelling the order and did not hold my funds.
Horrible customer service. My ceiling fan came in damaged & they will not let me return it because we intalled it. We didn't know it was damaged until we went to install it & had to have an electrician come out to take a look at it. The switch that came with the fan was faulty. Now, I'm stuck with a broken fan & a $200 electricain bill! I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from this company! Very, Very Rude People
Photo of light was deceiving. When I received it it had a cord and was not a fixture. When I called they said I would be charged a reshelving fee plus I had to pay postage. Two weeks have gone by and I still have not received any credit. When I called the company they said they wanted proof that I shipped it. Now I have to did for a receipt from post office. This company is horrible and I can't believe Lowes would operate this way!
I have had a great experience with atgstores, everything has arrived on time and in good condition. If something was on back order I have received my refund in a timely manner. I love shopping with atg!
I recently bought patio furniture from ATG Stores and was told it would be delivered early July. I called mid july and was told it would be delayed by a few weeks and everything was going to be delivered by July 24th. After that date passed I called and was told it was delayed until September. This company completely misrepresented themselves. I have a large party that I need this furniture for. When I called them, they were rude and told me they would give me a $ 75.00 credit. I would not recommend doing business with this company. They were unwilling to help resolve this problem. They were not willing to be cooperative or creative in trying to get my furniture earlier or an alternative.
This is THE worst website I have ever used. BUYER BEWARE! I ordered two wall sconces from here. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the picture. I called and was provided with a return number and address and was advised to track the package when I send it back. I did so - via the USPS. According to the tracking number, the package arrived back at the manufacturer three weeks ago. However, the manufacturer apparently now cannot find my package because "it must have been sent to the front desk instead of the shipping/receiving area". I have called multiple times and have spoken to multiple people who have been extremely NASTY to me. I have asked to be connected to a manager and nobody will even give me the name of a manager. I have since called my credit card company and have stopped payment of that charge. When running into issues with this company, I recommend doing the same IMMEDIATELY as it appears you will NEVER get your money back otherwise.

I've been shopping this dinning room set for over 14 months. Shopped the big online sites, they where between 60% amaz., was 80% more for the same exact set. Atg price was outstanding when the table arrived damaged, I refused delivery and the new set was here in ten days(9pcs dining room set!) I assembled it, my wife loves it and life is good.

I purchased 47 knobs for cabinets. The last knobs were from the 50s. Within weeks the knobs were pulling off the bracket. I contacted ATG and they said the knobs were still on warranty. I now have 4 knobs that just pulled apart. I've heard nothing from ATG.
First off, the dining room furniture is better than pictured, it is beautiful. However the delivery was a nightmare. I purchased the white glove service and the guy that delivered the furniture was the one to put it together. Obviously it is a 2 man job so they had to come back a week later. They same guy came back and struggled for about 3 hours himself and then someone else came to help. Let's face it, they are truck drivers not some one to put together furniture! 7 hours later it's is somewhat out together. My husband had to redo most of it and finish what they couldn't do. I wasn't
I placed an order July 27th for a tv console and was told it would ship out on Aug. 5th. Here it is August 22nd and they have no idea where it is. No one has has the curiosity to call or email me regarding the status of my order, even though every time I call them someone is supposed to call me back. I am going to cancel my order tomorrow, just hope I don't have a problem with getting my refund. I wish I would have read all the reviews before I place my order, I will NEVER ORDER anything from them again! 1

They have an ebay store which they state they have "More than 10" of an item. ATG Store Item #*******, Ebay Item number #*******756. It's a salt and pepper grinder set by Modernhome. This is a standard cheap chinese made set that is available at 20+ other stores on Ebay and the web. They sent me an email stating that it's backordered. I called them, and it's backordered until Feb. I tried to reach them 2 times via Ebay resolution center, called them, and live chat. They still have not cancelled my order and refunded my money. They take people's money for stuff they don't stock, and then make it VERY hard to cancel the order and get a refund.
I ordered three things that came in two shipments. The first box was delivered uneventfully. The larger, more expensive purchase was on backorder and had a later delivery date. Delivery date came and went and nothing was delivered. Checked UPS and my apartment number wasn't included on package number two. I am now on attempt three with UPS and one with The Mine trying to get it to my home before it's returned to it's origin. What a colossal waste of my time. I've never used this site and I don't plan to again. I don't even know if what I ordered will work or is of quality. Not feeling super great about my odds. Will it get to me? Dunno. If it doesn't, will I be refunded? Dunno. Will the lamp work by the time it makes it's month long journey to me? Dunno.
I ordered 2 planters in November 2014 for my wife for Christmas. The items where backordered and she finally received them in February only to find that 1 of the items was broken. We called and notified ATG who put in a request for the replacement part. We would call and periodically check with ATG who continued to say that the replacement part was backordered. Finally after over 6 months of waiting I demanded a refund for the entire order due to poor service. Thankfully ATG agreed and provided a full refund. Will NEVER order from ATG again!
I would not hesitate to order anything from ATG Stores. I can't wait to order my new Minka Aire ceiling fan. I've priced it elsewhere and ATG Stores has the best price- as well as great service. I love that you can use your Lowes card and return anything to Lowes if it doesn't work out.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I ordered a bed in Dec. For almost 2K, it came damaged to me on Jan. 5th. I was told a replacement was being ordered. It is now March 4th and I am being told too bad so sad. They will not do anything to compensate me. My headboard has a giant crack in it (not from shipping process as the box wasn't damaged at all) that runs a good 8 inches from the front of the headboard up the top and wraps around the back. I will NEVER order from them again and beg others to follow. They don't care about their customers. I attempted to call customer service and was told that I was not allowed to know the name of the manager that was looking at my account information and that he was never at his desk to speak to me.
Terrible! I was charged immediately and never received an e-mail confirmation. I couldn' t even bring up my order on their site. I had a charge on my credit card and no proof I ordered the item or a ship date. I made many calls and still had no account on their site and no confirmation. Told me the item was back ordered until september. I told them to cancel the order, credit my account and send me an email. They said they would have to notify Pulaski Furniture first. I waited a few days. No notice of cancellation. Told my card co. To hold payment and told ATG I would call Pulaski Furniture. I finally got a notice of cancellation and about a week later a credit to my account. I have been shopping online about 9 years. This was the worst experience ever!
This review is for atg stores & lighting universe.
They claimed to have a "no hassle" return policy, but this was not the case. We order form atg stores, but our lights were actually sold to us by Lighting Universe and shipped from yet another store. When we received the lights, we immediately decided we didn't like them and I called Lighting Universe to see if I could return them. They said that I have to get a number from the manufacturer and ship them back myself. This perplexed me, as Lighting Universe is about 10 minutes away from my house and since they're the ones that sold me the lights, I thought I could just take them back there. Nope. I have to pay to ship them back to the manufacturer. And the manufacturer took two weeks to get me an RGA number.
I have shipped the lights back and am still awaiting my refund. If I don't receive it in the next week, I will be calling ym credit card company to handle it on my behalf. Bottom line: DO NOT USE atgstores.com!
Ordered a posable ladder as a gift. When it wasn't going to be in when it was supposed to be, I got a call. I told the customer service tell when I needed it and she said it should be in but she would keep an eye on it. She did and updated me. Ultimately I didn't get it by the date I wanted (manufacturer issue) but I got treated with kid gloves. Will come back to be sure!
DO NOT BUY FROM ATG! They would not accept a return or even exchange two unopened lamps past their precious "30 day" window. I have never heard of such a draconian policy! They were rude, inflexible, and I hope this review loses them LOTS of business!
Purchased this as an upright piano lamp. It arrived in good condition and has 3 modes - 50% light - 100% light - off.
The base could be a bit heavier but it is still very solid.
