I had read most of the reviews that were mainly negative and that made me feel uneasy, as I had read them after ordering my sofa table and thought I'd have to go in circles if anything was wrong with it... but I had no need. Speaking with the person who took my order was friendly, I was informed by email about the order, approximate date of delivery more than twice. Many complained about the shipping boxes their item came in yet I found the shipping box to be very sturdy, secure and not banged up. Upon opening the box, I found the table to be in tact, no parts missing, all the screws, along with directions were in there. The table is very heavy, looks impressive and of good quality and design. I could find no faults.
BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible customer customer service. PayPal should suspend doing business with them. Still waiting after 2 months for my refund... which by the way was significantly less than the money spent because of the "restocking fees" they cleverly hide when you order.

Could it be any clearer? Don't spend your money here! This is yet another one of those online furniture "retailers" that is not an authorized dealer for ANY manufacturer, doesn't have any inventory, seems to ALWAYS ship defective or damaged goods, and does everything in their power to not return your hard earned money. Put simply: it's a scam!
Educate yourself on this "business" and while you're at it, look at two other online stores with the same reviews and same exact naming scheme: IVG Stores and RJD Stores. I was scammed previously by RJD Stores, and after a lot of hassle got my money back via PayPal and also submitted a complaint to the BBB. I should have looked at the BBB first - they had an F rating! Not to mention terrible reviews all over the web. While IVG Stores has an A+ rating at the BBB, look how many complaints they have - 217 at the time of this review! That should be an indicator to you that these generic online retailers are scammers - and the fact that they have not been taken to court or forced out of business is amazing to me.
STAY AWAY FROM ALL THESE THREE-LETTER FURNITURE STORES. Seriously. It's probably the same people running them, with fake business addresses, multiple doing-business-as names, and absolutely no ethics. If you spend money there you do it at your own risk. They will be all too happy to take your money and make it a nightmare for you to get it back - which you inevitably will need to do. Spend the extra dollars with an authorized dealer and get the peace of mind that you WILL receive the items along with great customer service.
This place is so sketchy. I placed an order on Jan the 5th 2018 and then cancelled my order THE SAME DAY. I ordered a table and realized after that it was too big for the space I wanted it for. I literally called them the same day and politely asked if they could cancel my order that I had just placed and she said no problem she would put a request in for that and I would be receiving an email confirming the cancellation. 3 days later no confirmation email so I called them back and they said they would have to get a hold of the manufacturer to let them know I wanted to cancel. So I waited 2 more days... nothing. I called back and they told me they can't get a hold of the manufacturer. Why would you do business with a manufacturer that you cannot get a hold of. After 10 days I demanded to speak to a manager. They got me a supervisor. I told him I did not want to be charged for this table (seeing how I cancelled it 10 days ago) I do not want it shipped to my house because I am not dealing with returning it. I shouldn't have to! He told me at that point "what I can do for you miss is cancel the item for you on our end" I was like EXCUSE ME? I have been calling you guys for the last 10 days trying to cancel this order and your telling me you haven't even cancelled my item on YOUR END yet? Then he said he would call me back in one hour and that he was going to try to get in touch with the manufacturer again. He calls me back then proceeds to tell me that he finally got in touch with the manufacturer... apparently there was some "miss communication" and that the table was already shipped out on Jan 8th. If this was truly the case, why didn't I get an email saying the table was shipped? No email with a tracking number nothing. The supervisor told me that... for all of this trouble I would be able to keep the table since it's already been shipped and that I would not be charged for it. Hmm... I will be checking my credit card statements DAILY because this all still seems so fishy. If I get charged for this table that I cancelled 10 days ago you can bet that I will be calling back once again!
This asks for an opine on experience with ATG. While I have bought many products from ATG, my expiences have been 5 star, my products have been 5 star and i highly recommend ATG to anyone!
So far, everything I have purchased from ATG, I have loved. Bar Stools, Pendant lights, fans, love them all.
