I had read most of the reviews that were mainly negative and that made me feel uneasy, as I had read them after ordering my sofa table and thought I'd have to go in circles if anything was wrong with it... but I had no need. Speaking with the person who took my order was friendly, I was informed by email about the order, approximate date of delivery more than twice. Many complained about the shipping boxes their item came in yet I found the shipping box to be very sturdy, secure and not banged up. Upon opening the box, I found the table to be in tact, no parts missing, all the screws, along with directions were in there. The table is very heavy, looks impressive and of good quality and design. I could find no faults.
BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible customer customer service. PayPal should suspend doing business with them. Still waiting after 2 months for my refund... which by the way was significantly less than the money spent because of the "restocking fees" they cleverly hide when you order.
Do not order anything from this company. The products are cheap and often broken and don't even think about trying to get a refund, because you will wait for ever. I can't wait for the day when I read that this company has gone bust!
Shipping is quick. However, they are making the return process so unpleasant.
I purchased a door knob a few weeks ago, when i got the item, it is slightly too big, so i return and get a smaller size one. Guess what, I need to pay 25% restocking fee and 8 dollars shipping.
I will NOT recommend this store unless you know exactly what item you wanna get.
As you can tell from the title of my review - I had a question about something I wanted to buy - I called - and not only was I really happy that I called because they knew the answer but also because I was also told about a discount I didn't know was available... just genuinely nice people, who like their job and really want to help you. That's customer service at its best!
This is not a legit business, should be avoided, and probably should be shut down by the FTC or whoever has such power. I've had the same problem as others: Placed an order, got an email indicating the items were "on backorder" for a month and was asked if that's ok. I said no, please cancel the order. I then saw that my credit card had been charged for the full amount, and when I called back about having them reverse it, they said it takes a week to do so... pending hearing back from the manufacturer, which could still incur "restocking fees." I indicated how wholly unacceptable this was, and even found a few lines in their own policy statement that said they don't charge you until the order is shipped. All of their replies are cut/paste responses that don't answer my questions or address the issue.
The bench I wanted to order was originally out of stock so I signed up for email notification once it was in. When I received the email that it was in stock, I was able sign on and order easily. Benches arrived shortly thereafter in good condition. Assembly was easy. I am very happy with the quality and look and have been enjoying looking at, and sitting on them. My only gripe would be that they did not include any instructions/recommendations for care such as frequency and type of oil to maintain the wood.

Horrible customer service. They seem to only be a middle man to other product manufacturers - and they will either blame the manufacturer or the customer for product and return issues. There is no accountability or understanding of basic customer support.
Don't be Bait & Switched! I wish there was a lower rating than one star.
If you look at their Facebook page and Yelp page, the same apology and escalation email is posted as a reply. I've escalated several times and the response was 'there is nothing we can do for you".
Simply posting a seemingly proactive reply on these social sites doesn't mean this company honors their pre-sell advertising, like No Hassle Returns. It's just another gimmick to make themselves look good. FAIL.
AVOID! I wish I had read reviews here before doing business with these scoundrels. Shipped me a product that was quite different in appearance than what was shown on their web site. Told me they'd send call tags for return shipping and arrange a refund. Did not do so. Did not respond to repeated emails. Phone rep then told me that they wouldn't honor the original refund offer. The web site says "No Hassle Returns" -- that's bull.

I wanted to buy a desk and tried to use the stores advertised 110% price match guarantee since I saw it cheaper somewhere else. They wasted about 30 minutes of my time on the phone before telling me that they couldn't price match the product even though it met all of their criteria. No explanation, just said "the difference is too large" (it was about $17 less). Total waste of time. If this is any indication, their customer service is completely terrible. They don't put the customer first at all. Warning! Stay away!
I pretty much agree with the others. Lowe's should be ashamed of themselves. The product I received came in a million pieces and was hard to assemble, never did come together straight, had stickers all over the wood, and deep gashes. Could not return it, once it was out of the box it was not going back in. I sent pictures and they offered me a small refund to compensate for the damage. I wrote a review on their website and they DID NOT PUBLISH IT. I gave the product 3 stars, so the review was fair. I emailed as to why the review was not published and got no response. I am disgusted with merchants who only publish positive reviews.

I Bought a bed frame on cyber monday and got a great deal. I bought this bed for 250 $ when every other site was at least 100 $ more expensive, even with all the holiday deals(regular price 475$). The bed was in great condition, arrived ahead of time and had no problems. I was worried when i ordered it because i checked this site after, but figured it was such a deal that id try it out. Glad i did, i will use this site again.

Read the reviews. A big Mistake. Do Not use this company. I have been trying to resolve this issue for days now. The Service is terrible. They response was that they can not control the shipping company. I have been told every day for the last 5 days they would be delivering between 1 and 3 and I wait and wait. It is 2 days before Christmas and now I have been on hold again for over an hour. Not worth it. Use Wayfair.

We ordered Laminated countertops from Lowes, on a few occasions for our work live loft complexes. The materials were good. Fabrication perfect. Delivery, on time. And of course, price was good. Pretty generic application, but a totally fine solution from our standpoint. The color, SMOKY TOPAZ was dark and interesting enough as to not seem too generic or ordinary.
Web site did not give me an option for selecting finish, The picture was in silver which is what I wanted and I pressed add to cart. I got brass. They did except return but charged me $5.25 shipping for something that was their web site fault.

Ordered tv stand on Nov. 24,2017. This is Jan. 22,2018 & still have not received my order. Have called 4 times to co. & once to delivery co. Have never gotten the delivery co. To call back & the mine only gives me the run-a-round (the weather, etc.). I don't know if I will ever get my tv stand. As of this moment I am waiting to talk to someone who has me on hold to see where my merchandise is. Don't think she's coming back online. Never do business with this co.

This was a simple purchase: a single oversized coffee mug.
The online ordering was straightforward, and the product arrived promptly-- in good condition, and as advertised.

I ordered a teak table in October 2011. It arrived damaged. I went through the return process with the company and UPS picked up the table on November 2,2011. I asked for a refund. I have still not received a refund, over three months later. The company keeps saying they are waiting on the shipping company to approve the claim. At first the company was very good with quick, albeit, useless responses. Now I don't hear from them. They owe me $511.20. I was interested in some of their other items, I wouldn't touch them with a ten foot pole now.

I purchased a pair of bathroom vanity lights. I love the style, and the price was amazing. My only complaint is that the glass shades are very gold, and didn't come across that way in the picture. They really darkened the room, so I did replace all 6 shades with white glass. But even with the added expense, I still saved money and I really love the fixtures. They arrived quickly and well packaged.
We've recently purchased some items from ATG for the new home that we are building. We were pleased with the selection and found their prices to be very competitive. Items were shipped quickly. One of the globes on a light we purchased arrived broken. I called them and they quickly shipped a replacement globe. I highly recommend their site.

I've had nothing but good experiences with buying things at ATG. The prices are very reasonable, the items are exactly as described, and I have had zero problems with everything I received. These guys are truly doing a great job!
Terrible return policy. I returned something and a month later, I still wasn't issued a credit so I called about it and they seemed to have forgotten about it altogether and said they will issue the credit in another 5 business days. The restocking fee is outrageous. Better off shopping somewhere else. The couple dollar discount is not worth the trouble should you ever change or mind or need to return for some other reason.
I am SO disappointed. They blamed me and made excuses instead of attempting to fix the problem. We were expecting a VERY important shipment and it has taken a month to generate a shipping label. Well, it's still IN their possession and expected to ship another 3 days from now (and still an ETA of 14 days from then) and they won't expedite my order or do anything to even TRY to make sure I get my shipment. Create a NEW label and send the chairs. It's that simple.
We are having a party with 100+ people on Dec 1 and the way it's looking, we will not have kitchen chairs! I would have never ordered from The Mine if I knew this would have even been a possibility.
After ranting about the poor service I received from this company I was contacted within 12 hours by a very helpful and courteous women named Racheal, she explained that my case was not handled properly by the customer service representative and they are correcting it immediately! She resolved all the issues I was having and followed up continuously throughout the entire process even checking after the delivery to be sure it was delivered perfectly! What a wonderful experience after all! I will gladly use this company again!

Placed an order for a light and the money was immediately removed from my account. 8 days later my order status was still "order placed." went on live chat with first "scott" then "jen" and no response. Called the toll free number and after 20 minutes was told that the item i ordered was discontinued and it will take 10 business days to refund my money. It still hasnt been refunded!
