I had read most of the reviews that were mainly negative and that made me feel uneasy, as I had read them after ordering my sofa table and thought I'd have to go in circles if anything was wrong with it... but I had no need. Speaking with the person who took my order was friendly, I was informed by email about the order, approximate date of delivery more than twice. Many complained about the shipping boxes their item came in yet I found the shipping box to be very sturdy, secure and not banged up. Upon opening the box, I found the table to be in tact, no parts missing, all the screws, along with directions were in there. The table is very heavy, looks impressive and of good quality and design. I could find no faults.
BEWARE! Horrible company, horrible customer customer service. PayPal should suspend doing business with them. Still waiting after 2 months for my refund... which by the way was significantly less than the money spent because of the "restocking fees" they cleverly hide when you order.
Sent us the wrong items, slowed down our refunds, and would never call us back. Please do not use ATG for anything and allow anybody else to get duped into thinking they are a viable business.

I bought a greenhouse that disintegrated in the wind after only a few months and they would not refund my money. They have a strict 90 day policy. This is not LOWES people.
Horrible. I ordered a sofa bench on Feb 22nd. They said it would ship out march 3rd. Come March 7th, I email them asking about my order. They said it would ship out in another 2 weeks. Okay I waited. 2 weeks later again same thing. I called the customer care and was very mad. They assured me that it would ship out in another 2 week. Guess what? Time to ship and its another 2 weeks. 4 times before I cancelled my order. Stay away. Overstock.com is the best. I order something and it comes within 1-2 weeks!

Or if you don't listen to these words of warning, then MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT EVERYTHING in your shipment because they WON'T replace it. To get a Great response and your situation resolved, LOOSE whatever anger you have toward who ever you're dealing with. The Truth! You will get a lot more satisfaction explaining whatever is wrong with your purchase, When you start off "asking" for their HELP to solve "Your" situation. I ordered a bed for my daughter off this site. Along with the bed, I ordered the SPAR assembly service, costing me an extra two-hundred dollars. When they delivered the bed, or at least soon afterward, two days maximum, is when I expected to have my daughter's bed up and running. Now two weeks have passed and nothing has happened. They keep making empty commitments of when they'll build the bed and pushing it back. Just to note, this is a QUEEN SEZED BED, with a BOOKCASE built into the bed. As you can imagine, these three HUGE BOXES are sitting and blocking my front entryway. Never order from them. People should not be treated like this.

Lowes needs to do a better job of vetting their contractors. The person assigned to handle my small job was one problem after another and I am not that hard to please.
ORDERED A 6'x4' SHED THAT WENT ON SALE 5 DAYS LATER. REFUSED MY REQUEST TO ADJUST PRICING EVEN THOUGH ORDER STILL PROCESSING. ALSO, IT'S BEEN 2-1/2 WEEKS (18 DAYS) AND STILL NO SHIPMENT. LAST ENTRY FOR ORDER STATUS ACCORDING TO WEBSITE POSTED 5 DAYS AFTER PLACING ORDER, "PACKAGE PREPARED TO SHIP"

I found a lower price in another store and they match it, so I brought the garage storage set with ATG store, unfortunately for me, the product was partially damaged during freight but they replaced the broken pieces without any cost to me:-)

Purchased hardware several times--always fast delivery and the best prices! On the one occasion item was on back order, Customer Service constantly provided status updates.

Ordered $3,000 bedroom set. Showed up in terrible condition. We called and got permission to return. The manufacturer is and was on the the No restocking fee list.
After three weeks and three phone calls inquiring about our refund no answer. Week 4 we get a return call saying we would get charged a 50% restocking fee and that our return was unauthorized. After multiple phone calls to over the following week to settle this dispute in a dignified manner they said they could settle for a 20% restocking fee despite the fact the return was authorized and the manufacturer was on their no restocking fee list.
Both my credit card company and lawyers were called. They are engaged and the transaction is not being charged interest but I still have not been reimbursed and it has been 8 weeks.
Add INSULT to injury. Using their website, I have tried now seven times to unsubscribe from their auto email they send out. Despite getting unsubscribe confirmation, I continue to get emails from them.
I'll be sure to repeat this review every day I get another email from them and every day I have to wait for my refund on every electronic site I can find.

I purchased a $480 Bruck Lighting Systems lamp from ATG stores. The box looked undamaged, but the lamp had one tiny but important broken attachment part. I called ATG to return for replacement and was told that I have 10 days to return damaged merchandise and that because I had taken two weeks to open the box, it was not eligible for return. I called Bruck Lighting and was informed that they don't deal with end users directly and that I would have to deal with ATG stores. I explained that ATG wouldn't authorize a return and could I just buy the spare part. Bruck told me that they don't carry spare parts for their expensive lamps (because they come from Germany?!), furthermore that they don't warranty product after it has been taken out of the box, and that basically I would have to buy a new one.
Orders placed with ATGStores are shipped quickly and notification is updated frequently. Huge product selection. My "go to" site for anything for the home.
We have done two bath remodels and used adt. Their customer service is good. The prices are very competitive. I also like they are affiliated with lowes.
ATG Stores is one of my favorite distributers for lighting, the customer service and follow thru are second to none.

Avoid this company like the plague! I neglected to read the reviews before ordering and boy was I ever sorry. I ordered two end tables. One arrived damaged and I immediately contacted ATG by phone and was told a replacement would be sent. After numerous phone calls, I finally got the replacement 45 days after my original order. I'm still waiting to find out what to do with the damaged table. I'm told that ATG is waiting for the supplier to tell me if I should send it back or field destroy it. Meanwhile, it's taking up a lot of space in my spare room. If you call ATG for assistance, expect to wait on hold for long periods. I waited 30 minutes twice, never less than 15 minutes, so get yourself a good video game to play while waiting. Don't expect the representative to be helpful. You'll just get unfulfilled promises that it will be taken care of. If you manage to get a supervisor, she'll be friendly but will not produce results or return subseequent phone calls. It's amazing that this company can stay in business. Oops, they got me! Don't make the same mistake I did and take your business elsewhere.

Originally ordered 3 lamps showing in stock, 24 hrs later I got an email stating I have to wait from 20 to 60 days for my order to be completed due items unavailable, immediately I called them to cancel order rep said on the phone everything is ok I would get a full refund within 24 hrs, called them back 4 days later due to no refund issued, no chat available, people rude on the phone they were trying to buy some time and make me responsible for some items said order was not canceled and I would have to pay shipping + restocking fees, cust rep hung up phone on my face when requested to speak with manager or supervisor, finally after a week got full refund on items that were offered without availability and the stress and humiliation of dealing with a couple of jerks over the phone, I don't recommend this sites and their affiliates READ ALL REVIEWS CAREFULLY! Before wasting your time and energy with shady practices

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND TOOK MY MONEY! Horrible insulting, rude, customer service. Ordered an expensive item (over $1000 dollars), it arrived cracked and broken, they said they would re-issue the refund and it never came. I made over 50 calls between me and my husband and was given the run around. They said it would be credited to my card then another person would say a check was cut, no money ever came! I was never able to talk to a manager, only rude customer service people that laughed at me, why I don't know. This had been going on for almost a year. GARY RUBENS out of Kirkland, Washington is the owner, he should hire people that treat people with respect and earn how to run a company instead of a sham of a company. Shame on him!
