“Horrible company, revolving door of talented employees”

The NOW is a horrible company, and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time working here. This place is like a revolving door of talented employees. Many hardworking and talented employees leave this company because the leadership doesn't take care of them. We always get new employees, but they also always leave eventually.
