Promised 2 day shipping in middle of December, product sat with a label, unreceived, in Chandler, AZ for almost a month. My credit card won't refund because it shows it was delivered a MONTH later?! We contact edthe company for WEEKS asking about our product, which failed to arrive as advertised, and never ONCE got a response! They are a complete and utter scam - fraudulently advertising! Shame on your company.

Ordered two. One broke immediately. Be forewarned this toy only lasts for a maximum of 5 minutes on a full charge. Company does not respond to problems. DO NOT ORDER FROM theflyorbb.com

I purchased this as a Christmas gift nearly two weeks ago. With two days left, I still don't have it.
Company won't answer emails. I gave one star because I couldn't give zero.

Customer Service is nonexistent! There is no phone number on the site to check on an order. I emailed 4 times asking for my order to be canceled and a refund issued, but no response. It took almost a month to receive a ball and it was a bait-n-switch. Says nothing on the box about being "The Original Fly Orb". This website should be forced to shut down.

Broke same day and the company will not respond to emails. They had a great communication process up until purchase, but zero support for their product.

After seeing videos on social media of these little flying drones – with LED lights – I've been trying to find some of these little flying orbs as gifts for my goddaughters. But in reality, what I'm finding is that all of the companies that offer them are get-rich-quick schemes that charge $15 to $30 for what is probably less than $2 worth of cheap Chinese electronics. The products from this company are no exception.

They use weasel language of "up to" 20 minutes of flight time. In reality, these things barely fly for five minutes. They're not as smooth and balanced as what you see on the internet, meaning they careen all over the place and you spend most of your time chasing after them.

The Original Fly Orb delivered a product that did not match what was advertised. And despite multiple messages to their so-called customer service over the past couple of weeks, I haven't had the courtesy of a reply. I think that's despicable. This seems to be yet another fly by night company that is very happy to take your money but doesn't care in the least when the cheap junk they send you doesn't work as advertised. Oh, and take note of their 30% restocking fee for returns, buried in the fine print. Probably best to avoid this company altogether. Unless you want to deal with the hassle of a credit card chargeback and writing a complaint letter to your local attorney general or consumer affairs office.

I requested a return and refund, using the method shown on the website. No response after at least 10 tries.

Company never replies back. Filed a complaint with my credit card company for funds to be returned..

They shouldn't be in business. Product is terrible with no response to questions. 1 star rating is too generous!

Same story as others, despite the site seeming to check out BEFORE I ordered Dec 2022! Received pre-shipping info only but no item; no response from repeated inquiries.

1st) off LIE about 2/3 day shipping
Took almost 3 wks to receive after paying for 2/3day shipping!
2nd)NO ONE ANSWERS EMAILS
3rd) finally received the balls an the fan is broken

Do not buy - horrible product for something that should cost $1
Customer service is worthless for any sort of refund.

Bought a orb for my granddaughter and after playing with it for about 20 minutes it guit. I made numerous attempts to email but they never responded.

Ordered first week of December. Never shipped the item. Never responded to any emails requesting updates or refund. Calling my cc company to dispute.

Same as many others here. No response, no order, no delivery etc. Just called my CC to dispute charge.

Nothing to add to my title: no money, no product, no way to communicate with them.

Ordered 12/10. Never received. I was charged. Sent to customer service 3X. No response. I was scammed

I ordered 3 flying Orb balls on Dec14th. Today is Dec 28th and it still hasn't shipped according to USPS

Received a tracking number for USPS, but USPS hasn't received the item yet. It's been weeks. Avoid.
