I haven't been to your website in over 2 years. You still have the same items, same prices, just less options to offer ie: color, size. I'm extremely disappointed. Now I know why I haven't shopped your website in a long time. Don't think I'll be back either.

Ordered product on the 7th of October and still haven't received it. Paid for it to come Express. Sent them an email. Haven't gotten any response. A complete RIP off. Don't buy anything from them or anyone associated with them.

I ordered an item it came broken. I called theparagon.com and emailed them and no response. All wanted was my item replaced but being ignored for 3 weeks. The customer service rep mentioned they do not handle complaint emails. Finally on hold for 30 plus minutes to get an angry customer service agent by the name Angel attacking me and yelling at me, because I did not know my account number all I had was the purchase order number and that was not good enough for her. Angel the customer service rep did care about my complaint about me receiving my item broken. I received a broken item that she simply needed to replace without no angriness and out of control yelling and attacking. To be honest the product is fraud and bad quality and horrible customer service. I hope their calls are being recorded and they can pull this call and see they have a bad customer service. I will never order from this company again.

That is the last time i order from this company! The order was missing an item, they did not honor the $5. Off $25. And they charge shipping by the dollar amount of the total order, not volume or weight. The agent was polite but did not refund or remedy the situation. I paid for quick delivery but received standard shipping. I think that they use these tactics for the main profit. GOODBYE PARAGON.

I ordered the Butterflies In Flight Quilt Feb 7,2018 and it showed "in stock." I did receive a card to cancel the order and return if I wanted to cancel. I really like the quilt so didn't cancel. Today, 5/26/18, still have not received my order so decided to play their game and will wait until the order ships, who knows when, maybe next year, maybe never. I'll continue to check their website for the next ship date. The company blames the supplier as item on backorder. The first ship date was 2/13/18-2/15/18, then approx 4/11, then 5/3-5/5, then 6/7-6/9, and now the latest 6/12-6/14.

I just thought I would update my review. I still would not order a dirty dishrag from this company! It is now July 2018 and I get an email from their company at least ever 3 days, granted it goes into my Spam folder... but they just NEVER stop. I finally stopped trying to block their email, it was a wasted endeavor.
I still have the same conclusion about this company STAY FAR AWAY

Well if you had asked me 7 months ago when I first ordered from this company I would have said they were great. They have some really cute things and unique clothes and gifts.
I ordered from them a few months ago thinking I'd already had one decent transaction, it can't be too bad... boy was I wrong.
My last order was a fairly large order - I have a rather large list of people to buy Christmas presents, so I start shopping early. I also had some things that were presents for a party in September. Unfortunately long story short, the company cancelled more than half of my order because everything was out of stock (even though all but one was listed as being in stock when I ordered). This really kinda messed up my gifts because they were items that went together as presents, and were kind of pointless without them therefore I would not have even bought the ones I did recieve.
It also took forever to ship and also to find out that some things were getting cancelled... leaving me totally without a gift for the September party which was a month and a half after I placed my order. It seemed like all I did was spend my time waiting for my stuff to arrive only to get notification after notification of cancellations usually listing 2 or 3 things at a time. It was really frustrating. Bottom line... I will never buy from this company again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
