Through the merchant's web site, I purchased H&R Block tax software from seller in January 2024. The full $40 was charged to my Mastercard. The seller emailed me a link to download the software directly from H&R Block but never provided me with a license / authorization code to activate the product. I gave them numerous opportunities to provide the proper license but they never did. Thus, I received nothing of value since the product could not be opened or used. In the end, I had to buy the same software from another vendor and never got a refund.

The PC Connect Store Customer Protection Policy is very good. They are very aggressive at protecting their customers from fraudulent buyers & sellers: (for example - item/s not as described, defective items, late delivery/no delivery situations, etc). As a buyer, I've had to contact their customer service dept. They've always compensated me accordingly. Kudos to them for maintaining such a secure, stress-free marketplace.

It was simple to locate information, place an order, and receive the computer. The delivery was quick. There are clear instructions for activating the programmes.
Until now, the PC appears to be in good working order. I appreciate how quickly you responded to the support email I submitted.
A large range of products is also available at reasonable pricing.

The merchandise was delivered on the scheduled date (There was some delay because it was not in stock when I ordered it). They called me (pleasant, polite, and in English) to choose another pick-up location because the one I originally selected could not accept shipments that size.

I was given an anticipated delivery date right away. I was notified that it would be delayed by four days (due to a weekend) and was given the option of selecting alternate products. Stayed with the initial order, which arrived a day after the estimated estimate. Throughout, I felt educated and included! The product is wonderful, and the package is effective, with minimal wasted space!

I bought Turbotax 2019 and it did not work. Turns out these guys purchase Turbotax with activation codes for up to five computers. They then sell the program to five different people with activation for one computer. However this year Turbotax has tightened up their security and every time you open the program it asks for you activation code again. And when you enter the code it says it has already been used the maximum times and will not open. I contacted the company with no response so I had my credit card company reverse the charges. A couple weeks later I get a letter from a collection agency demanding I pay. What a bunch of scammers!

Purchased TurboTax 2019 Premier. Received the download link a day later. Installed it and could not activate it because of message saying the license number was invalid. Furthermore upon installation, the product was TurboTax Basic. Not what i ordered. And this is the number that was given within the body of the email. Called their phone number. All I could do was leave a message. Numerous emails sent with unprofessional responses. They claimed it was a problem with my computer. Ha! Never even offered a replacement download. Will never, ever do business with this company again.

1. The email domain they list is: the *******@email.com (is there such a domain: email.com?)
2. My order was cancelled for no reason.
3. The given phone number(s) never give any response: ALL FRAUD

Cancelled order for no reason twice now. Received 3 different reasons from their *******@mail.com. I think they just stole my data (address/ phone/ email). Getting spammed. Glad that I used paypal and didn't share my credit card number. Did get the refund within hours of getting charged.

I purchased Office 2016 on July 30th. The store was very responsive when I contacted them because I was having trouble installing it. They offered a full refund within five days. It is now 10 days later and still no refund. Not only that, I cannot get a reply to any of the 3 emails I sent requesting an update. It is as though they never existed.

I got a great deal on my screen, a very reasonable and low price for a high-quality budget screen. The ETA was for two working days; because I purchased it on Thursday, it would also take me the weekend, for a total of four days. The screen arrived the following morning! Excellent service and prompt delivery.
And they even call me as a courtesy to discuss anything regarding the packaging of one of the things I ordered. It's a minor detail, but in my perspective, it's a bonus!

The Pc Connect store has excellent prices and service. Extremely good experience, staff understands everything about the hardware in store (think they're nerds too), reasonable prices. I exclusively shop here for HW since I know what I'm getting and it's only the best. Thanks

They sold me a bespoke PC. The quoted build time was 6-7 days, yet the setup was finished and shipped to me in three days. The computer arrived in a robust, well-packaged box, with all instructions, manuals, and extra parts neatly contained in an attached bag.Thanks

I was reluctant to order from a third party site I had never heard of but the price lured me in. I ordered the 2017 Deluxe for $14, which the next best price I could find was $25. I forgot that I had cashed in a retirement that would require me to use the Premier edition. I used contact form on website to inquire about a refund and was given the refund within minutes!

Keeps offering free software with purchase, specifically Quicken accounting software free with tax software. No option or coupons after going round and round. I emailed last week and never received a reply, the pop up offer changed in presentation the next week but still fails to work. Was about to buy, but NOT. Hate fake promises.

I obtained a discount on the TurboTax programme that I use every year. It downloaded and installed quickly and easily on my iMac. The directions were straightforward. My return has already been submitted to TurboTax.

I purchased a PCIE m.2 SSD from this site. Reasonable pricing and lightning-fast shipping (ordered Friday, delivered Saturday!) I was also able to pay through ViaBill, which allowed me to divide the payment into ten payments, which I appreciated. Thanks

I bought a NZXT C-650W 80+Gold power supply. I was assured it will come in 5 days. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it will arrive sooner the next day. I always get my computer parts from here.
Everything went swimmingly. This was my second purchase, and everything went off without a hitch. I would suggest it and would buy it again.

Ordered some turbotax and waited for the code for a day. It turned out they just cancelled my order for no reason. I am 100% sure that i confirmed what ever they needed for the order. This is a scam. I think they took my information for something esle. Be careful!

Today I purchased the TurbTax Deluxe 2017 software download from The PC Connect Store. I placed my order online and within an hour I received an email with the link to download the software. It was straightforward. The software went right to my download folder. I opened it up and was able to install it on my computer with no problem. I have a Mac so I can't speak for PC users but with Macs downloading and installing software is very straightforward. I started the program and I was able to updated the program just like every other TurbTax I've ever used.

The price was unbeatable. It was $13.00 were as normally I pay around $40.00 for the program.
