I will need to contact my lawyer. I only gave it one star because you can't move on. They should receive -10, that is NEGATIVE 10. Like so many other customers, I ordered 2 face masks about a month ago. I received an email saying that my order was shipped, yet tracking information ended in China. Do Not buy anything from this company!
Never received my order. Fighting for refund. 'Red tape' from Pebble Jar. When I wrote them asking for a shipping date (sorry, all shippers are busy) then a cancel order (sorry can't cancel at this time). If it was possible to rate less than 1 star I would.
Watch out for this website and their adds on facebook. Due to being at risk with existing immune system issues for 3 family members I ordered 4 n-95 masks from website https://thepebblejar.com via facebook on 3/17/2020. The face masks have not arrived so twice I have emailed the customer support site twice over the past week but no one replied. I started getting worried and found that their facebook page is only a month old and The Pebble Jar has no phone number only an address in Beijing. Although I have not hear back from the company I looked at my credit card account and they took money from that on 3/17/2020. Because the company fails to answer me and there is no info about the company before February I think the company is a fraud. Buyer beware. As an edit on 4/23/2020 I still have not received these masks.
I ordered two n95 masks in March 2020 from their website. My payment was processed immediately and merchandise was never received. They notified me that items had been shipped and even furnished a tracking no showing shipment from Hong Kong.
I sent two emails and received no reply and no merchandise. They advertise online daily. Do not place orders to this company as they are scammers
I ordered 2 masks April 17 and today, 6 weeks later, no masks and no refund. I have sent many emails at first asking about my masks then asking for a refund. Nothing! I got a blanket email saying they will get back to me in 2-4 days. Again... nothing. I'm out $40. RUN! DO NOT order from this company. You are throwing your money away. You will get no product and no refund.

I ordered masis March 29,2020, said it was shipped April 7,2020. Today is May 12,2020, I emailed them twice no response contacted my credit card to dispute this charge. Several reviews are extremely familiar.
It has now been 4 weeks since I ordered 5 face masks for my family. I received email order was received then I received email that due to high demand the order shipping has been delayed. There is no phone number to speak to someone. There is an email address which I have now sent 2 emails asking for an update and the final email I sent was advising that I wanted to cancel the order. There has not been any responses as of yet. So after reading the other reviews that all have the issue as I do, I am disputing the charge with my credit card company.
I order 2 masks because of convir19. What a WAIST of time and money. The mask is so small and thin it can fit my 3 yr old grandchild. Please don't order. I hope ppl read before ordering. I got my information from Instagram. First and last time I be that naive

I will report them to the FBI Internet Fraud Dept and take steps to have them barred from scamming others via the internet. Translate a one star review from me as a ZERO. They're below zero in integrity and deserve nobody's business.
I am charging back merchandise and will never order again. I'm turning them into BBB n letting Facebook n all my friends know about this site, how they suck! They dont most of times respond back n I never got my over $100 worth of stuff... they will not get away with this!
Money taken out of my account on April 15th. Here it is April 29th, not a mention of items even being ready to be shipped. Understandable deliveries are taking longer than usual, but face masks, gloves and hand sanitizer I ordered on line at the same time I ordered from Pebble Jar I've already received. If they can't handle the orders, stop taking peoples money. Frustrating.
Ordered mask in April received confirmation of package being shipped and of course my payment had already been deducted from my account I have not received my product it is now June and company is no longer replying to my inquiries by the way all information regarding the location of my package is false
I ordered facemasks weeks ago. I keep seeing the order on my Arrive app sitting in China (had I known the company was there, I would not have ordered as I know medical supplies and a lot of shipping is delayed there). Then I got an Arrive message noting my masks were in Indiana! Two days it would be here. (I live in WV) Then, nothing. I looked again on Arrive, and it is still in CHINA! I can't get any help, spent $64 for NOTHING. It's super frustrating. I feel like they are ripping us off. If I don't get my masks by the end of April I will step this up
I ordered a mask from this company on March 20 and have not received it. I have also sent several emails inquiring about my order which have gone unanswered! This is no way to run a business! Beware of this company! They took the money out of my account the first day but haven't bothered to answer my emails to find out where my mask is! DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
There may be less responsive entities, but I can't think of any. I ordered face masks several weeks ago. They said "Thank you for your purchase. We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent." That was four weeks ago. I checked their shippers website and Its been a month so I checked, several times, with the shippers website that they provided, chinapost, and NOTHING! I e-mailed them and NOTHING. No response at all, not even an acknowledgement that they received the e-mail. Is this a fraud? A scam? I would not recommend this company for anything at all and hope that all those considering ordering from them take this 150% lack of responsiveness to heart and DO NOT ORDER FROM PEBBLEJAR!

S. verbage from 2 diff ppl; to plz be patient/ no refunds yet as of today, I have no merchandise but I l do have their FB page to post complaints where all can see and not order from them. Hopefully others will follow suit with same issue so they get no business. Further researching of the same company or individual, look at pics and read what Ive found out online under the Uk gov. I believe the company is bogus and the person is a scam to make money. Im gonna try to contact BBB and FTC to file complaints. BUYERS BEWARE! So ordered 3 face masks on March 26th, because it wasnt easy getting masks back then, deducted from my credit card March 27th, sent an email April 7th wondering where they were, after several days got an email back "How is your day going" "need more time"" have a nice day" BS Have sent 4 or 5 emails since demanding a refund whats up and a couple times they reply with dont give a $#*! if you got them or not Have a nice day. Seems to be a theme, but I ordered 2 masks 4-23 and here it is 5-11. Don't order from this company. Looks like they are just taking advantage of a bad situation.
I ordered mask March 30, and it is now May 09,2020 and I have yet to receive the masks I ordered. I referred other family and friends and the same has happen to them.
I ordered my mask on March 18 and received it on May 15th. I thought it was a scam too until I finally received my mask! It is a very nice quality mask, breathable and the straps adjust around the ears and is very comfortable. I just ordered another one. If you can wait awhile for this mask it is worth it!
