The parts 'service' was fine. Professional and the part shipped right away. No problem there. The challenge was that Parts Select charged $45 for the knob and $11.45 for shipping. Later that day I was shown that exact same, NEW knob on Ebay for less than $5.00 and FREE shipping. Needless to say, I suggest that anyone shop Ebay before overpaying with Parts Select. We don't have a website. I'm just an ordinary wife who ordered from Parts Select before checking Ebay. So I see that the internal mod team will filter this review out because I'm not scanning in the actual receipt. I suggest you just look up the info I provided and check for yourself.
