“Nice product but inferior packaging and poor customer service”

I treated myself to two of their products, one of which being the Bees Wax Shoe Polish. Expensive but lovely stuff. Not even one sixth of the way through the catch on the tin came off meaning either I jammed it down and couldn't get it off - or left it loose and the bees wax dried up. Disappointed I emailed the company - and they didn't even bother to get in touch with me! I really didn't expect a replacement tin, but it would have kept my custom. As it is, I won't buy from them again because of their lousy customer service.

Tip for consumers:
I may have just been unlucky and got a rogue tin, but a reply would have been nice. Customer service seems to have all but dried up at so many places........
