I ordered two squishmallows at a total cost of $102.50. I did not receive an email confirmation of my order so the next day I used the form on their website to ask for a confirmation and tracking number. Did not hear back. Checked their website again. No phone number for them but a physical address in Nashville TN. Googled that address and it is a vacant lot. No building. My bank told me I cannot stop the payment (the money was taken from my account immediately) because they have no one to collect from. Never received any merchandise. So run run run from this scam website.
Tip for consumers:
Please check any online vendor's website to make sure there is complete contact information, shipping information, return policy and address, etc. I sure was a dummy here but I learned my lesson well.
