Received a text stating that I had to pay for fast track lane for this day. I've been home all day. He goes on to say in order to avoid excess of late fees and potential legal action on the bill, please pay the fee in time. Thank you for your cooperation I wish you a happy holiday. It gives you an Internet address and wants you to reply to the text.
