The customer support team is highly skilled and responsive. My account manager Victor has been helpful in resolving any issues I've encountered, using his impressive knowledge of trading and markets. I have also tested their withdrawal and deposit processes, both of which are quick and efficient.

My withdrawal amount was stuck in the wall street exchange for over 5 months, I eventually realized that you have to voice your dissatisfaction through the scamreveal/net community if you have a problem with consumer rights like this, that you need to get resolved. My issues with the wall street exchange had taken effect when the customer service wanted me to make a security deposit of $15,000 for withdrawal, which I did, then they said my profit amount was more than 10 of my capital amount and that it will be considered as money laundering, then again the customer service wanted $5,000 as a margin deposit, which I also paid, then they wanted $830 as a personal income tax deposit. After several payments, i finally refused to send them money at which point my withdrawal amount was stuck and the customer service became unresponsive in an attempt to move away with the money

Being able to view multiple charts simultaneously without any lag, would significantly improve the overall experience. Besides that it's 10 out of 10! Easy to trade with required limit and stop levels, low spread rates, and no issues with deposit or withdrawal.
If I had to point out something to complain about, it's that there needs to be more detailed information regarding your technical features. Moreover, the one obstacle I had with them was when my orders experienced delays during a non-farm news release, resulting in a missed opportunity. However, despite these minor concerns, I would still recommend opening an account with them.
My trust level in this broker is surprising even to me. What sets it apart is the wide selection of indicators it offers. Another aspect that I find extremely useful is the option of a test account, which is perfect for new users to practice and evaluate their decision-making skills.
One area that could be improved is the way the indicator charts are displayed. Sometimes there's not enough space to display all the indicators, so having the ability to view them in different windows would be a great improvement.
Fair spreads, good assistants for beginners. Had my first withdrawal after four months of trading, with minimum challenges. My advice for beginners is to practice each trade on the demo account before you trade real money. I do it myself, and it usually helps me to build a safer strategy.
I'm working with Mr. Moore as my account manager, so if you join this broker, ask for him, he is a master of his craft.
About the learning experience I've had so far, although it's been very fulfilling, it left me with more questions than i had before, this makes me very excited as I'm doing my own research and finding my path in this industry. Thank you for being my entering ticket.
It has been just over a year since I started trading with this broker. Love their services. The customer department deserves special recognition for their patience and efficiency. In my opinion, the online chat is the best way to contact them, the email is also highly responsive, but the chat is my favourite.

I found it to be very user-friendly, even for me, additionally they offer a lot of useful information to guide me. The main issue for me is trust, and after being their client for almost 4 months, I must note that I find them to be very straightforward and reliable. 10 points from me.
Andy Lewis is my assigned account manager at the wall street exchange. I don't know what reputation this firm has, however in my eyes they are doing a good job. I'm not one to request too much of a firm, the basics are necessary anything beyond that is a bonus. I have greatly benefited from the accessibility and ease of the platform.
I recently started to trade with this firm and although I had some challenges on the way, it is what I expected.
Despite some of the drawbacks ill mention shortly I did manage to make some successful trades with this firm.
There were instances where I would've appreciated faster response time from customer support and although the fees were reasonable, I do believe they were a tad higher than other platforms. But again, there are advantages and disadvantages and im still happy trading with them.
Trading for me has always been something I put my all into. Before opening an account with this firm, I learned as much as I could on crypto and everything regarded to trading, focusing on tips for beginners. I used websites and articles and took notes which really helped me understand all topics. I would say to anyone looking to start trading don't jump into it, make sure you are educated enough on all the topics you're interested in. If not for everything I researched I would be clueless as to what to do. Of course, Micheal Kelly helped me a ton but it was already the continuation of what I had learned beforehand.
From my experience this is not a trustworthy trading firm. Withdrawals of anything close or greater than your initial investment is impossible. Once you have transferred this company your money its as good as gone.
Who better to motivate me in the crypto industry than the master Giovanni. He has been a gem these whole two months I've been here. He has been responsive in emails and phone calls altogether I have no complaints in that sense. Sometimes I have to stand my ground and not give in to his suggestions or advice because we have different beliefs in some areas. Overall happy here and like perspective this firm has on the crypto industry.
I took a leap of faith. Trading is not my strong suit but I couldn't reject the opportunity that came my way. I had zero expectations and therefore my leap had to be hand in hand with faith or else I would be down in the dumps.
I've just completed three months and Andy Lewis has navigated me through the user-friendly interface. Showing me all the benefits, this firm offers such as the charting tool and technical analysis indicators. It was worth it to step out of my comfort zone. If not for the income that comes with it but to prove to me that although its not my strong suit it can still be a great experience
Over a few hard years, WSE has become my safe shore. After many attempts to get a grasp on trading strategies, I finally ran several live accounts and managed four demo accounts.
When I write this, it sounds too easy, but believe me when I tell you that I was lost on many occasions. The fact that I opened an account with them when I had no money left Didn't make sense. The reason for me leaving this feedback is to let other lost traders know that stuff like this happened, but it's only a phase, and if you need a fair and decent place that knows how to take care of your money and you as a client, I can tell you that this firm is one of a kind.
During my two months of trading with your firm, I have been impressed with the swift deposit and withdrawal process. However, I have noticed some delays in placing and closing orders. To improve the trading experience, I recommend exploring the possibility of upgrading your servers. This addition would improve the speed of execution and ensure quick order closure.
The resources to learn from on this platform can be improved. I was a bit disappointed.
However, if it wasn't for these pros I wouldn't still be trading with them. They provide competitive pricing structure with low costs and fees. The way the representatives ensure security and protection of your assets and data leaves you with confidence and peace of mind.

But it was important for me to share my thoughts: each representative i've been in contact with made it so easy for me to start, i had and still have many questions and the guidance i was blessed with helped me to stay calm and manage things at my own pace. Its all fake. There are no trades. I currently have ******* usd in an account with them. They say its available for withdrawal but everytime you put in a request it gets rejected. I have attached photo for reference. Ive repeatedly asked for trade/share certificates and proof of credit added to my account. They cant provide anything. Its only what you see on there site. There are no actual profits or trades taking place. Then theres the "credit". They claim to have given me 50,000 usd credit to save my investment when it went into margin call. Ive attached photo for reference. Are they doing this for all there clients? They advertise to have over 1 million clients. I only invested ******* usd and they claim to have given me that much credit. AS IF! Lets even be on the real conservative side and say 5% of there clients have a 20,000 credit not the 50,000 they claim to have given me just the 20,000 for now. So 5% of 1 million clients is 50,000 times $20,000 credit = 1 billion dollars. You see where Im going with this. Its all lies. Just numbers on a screen to get you to put more money in. And remember I was real conservative with the numbers they claim. Daniel Ackerman, Anthony Savva, Michael Klein and everyone at Wall Street Exchange are blood sucking parasites. 100% a scam.
I've been trading with WSE for 11 months now. The platform is impressively simple (MT4/MT5). Their demo system is perfect for novices who want to learn the art of trading without risk. So far, the support from customer service has been really good, with no major issues with executing trades. I like that the spreads are fixed, which is a positive thing. No problems with the withdrawal aspect.
This is not a legit business, it's a scam. Ignore any positive reviews, they are fake too. From people only posting 1 review. Trust the negative reviews as I have experienced very similar so I can vouch for them. Their website is no longer reachable (red flag)
My experience:-
Invested minimum amount of £250 ($320-ish) in June. They were great at getting me set up. They took me through the withdrawal process, I withdrew $50 via a crypto account which worked well. This is how they gain your trust. I left it for about 20 days and my account went up by about $40. The dashboard is all fake, but very believable. They then start telling you to invest more. My broker said the minimum I should invest is $5000; they had packages ranging from $5000 upwards. I told myself if they ever pressured me to invest big amounts I would back out. So I requested to withdraw all my funds. My broker rang me quickly to query it - you need their approval to withdraw *your* money (red flag). I said I wanted to test the system again as I was nervous before investing $5000. He let me withdraw it. As soon as I had the money back I told him I wanted to close down the account. You cannot close down your account (red flag)
Since August they have been calling me regularly, often twice a day. They do not listen to my requests to close down the account and stop calling me. I've counted 87 calls to my phone, that's borderline harassment. And they use different numbers each time, all UK numbers, usually mobile but some landline. A few more red flags there folks. I block each new one but that's futile.
They are $40 dollars down to me, so they want to try and get it back. I'm posting this review because the call I had with them today got very heated. It ended with him saying they would keep on calling me.
They are not regulated. I cannot complain to anyone. They admit all their employees operate under pseudonyms. They use UK phone numbers but they cannot operate in the UK.
Do you need any more red flags?
I was a fool but I still fancy a dabble in crypto markets. Next time I'll go to a legitimate broker
