I don't know if Steven will ever see this, but his service was phenomenal. He was patient with me in reviewing various options. Though I had a company in mind when I called, he still took the time to check for lower offers on my behalf. Very thorough and confident in explaining the policy coverage. In total, the call did take about an hour, but it didn't feel like it! (I only knew after ending the call.) It was a stressless process. Though he did have to put me on hold a couple of times, he'd check back at good intervals to keep me updated on the process. Added bonus, I got an amazing deal on car insurance! My current policy is about $100 less expensive than my previous.

After Progressive raised my rates to an unaffordable amount, The Zebra gave me a quote that was a third the price. When I called to complete my purchase, the rate was $30 less than the quoted price, and I am happy to say that they've got a customer for life. Thank you so much for saving me money and providing the same, if not BETTER, insurance than Progressive. The negative reviews are more than likely people who failed to do research or have poor driving records. I'm more than happy with the switch! Thank you!
Last time I used this service I was connected to a decent rate with MetLife. The part they don't tell you upfront is that you're signing up a "self-service online account." I was never able to get service on my auto policy when I needed it and had to call a different number from my home insurance. When the website failed to work from my computer, I was left without access to my documents or account. MetLife raised my rates multiple times without any notification, until I quit completely and went to Mercury. Avoid this website for the things they don't tell you upfront.
I filled out all the information requested and in the end I got a generic list of companies with no pricing information. Now I get the emails but need to do all the work myself in finding a company. I don't know if this is because I am in Florida, or what it the problem is.
Evin Takerian was the rep who walked mt thru the policy sign-up process. Professional, knowledgeable in completing the application process. Particulrly liked the docusign process and e-transmittal of ID cars.
It took a few phone calls and questions Eventually things got done. Ask for your discounts, they will offer it voluntarily.

Answer: The BBB does not consider them to be in accredited company they have received 11 complaints to the Better Business Bureau just in the last 12 months. Many complaints were involved in customer service was terrible cannot recommend them here and if zebra is then obviously they probably get paid every time someone signs up so they just do it and assured him that I got a good deal it's despicable
