Lisa was incredibly helpful after having a horrible experience with an insurance company I had been a customer of for over 15 years. The process was quick, painless, and saving me lots of money as my monthly payment was cut in half! Lisa was very informative and explained everything clearly.
Friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I was given four companies for auto insurance with outstanding rates. I was able to choose my coverage limits, discounts and add-ons. Option to pay monthly or in full for extra discounted price. Entire process took 15 minutes, and my card and policy were emailed to me straight away. I'm sticking with The Zebra!

This is nothing more than a referral system. They collect all you personal info then sell your contact info to cold calling insurance agents. You will NOT get any comparison pricing thru this website. Then all these awful insurance agents will never leave you alone. You will regret giving them your info. If you do not believe me, just fill in all fake info and see exactly what I said above. AVOID.
I went through the process of entering info to obtain what I thought would be multiple instant quotes, as advertised. Total waste of time based on the lack of quotes it generated for me.
Upon completion I was only given one rough quote. The other companies had a button to click on next to their name that brought me to their individual websites to start the quote processes all over again. Why have a button that says "quote ready" if there's nothing to view?
Site provided me no value whatsoever. It would be one thing if I could compare companies' quotes side by side (which is what I thought this was)
The app was intuitive and quick to use. Both reps I spoke with were genuinely nice and a pleasure to work with. Specifically the insurance agent, he kept the conversation going while doing all the work on his end. My entire experience financing then purchasing this vehicle and getting insurance was done remote during COVID and The Zebra was by far the smoothest part.
My agent was Ms Daniela Vazquez out of Austin, TX, and she was amazing. She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed very quickly. I searched for days and the Zebra DEFINITELY had the best rates. Delete that Jerry app people! Lol

Answer: The BBB does not consider them to be in accredited company they have received 11 complaints to the Better Business Bureau just in the last 12 months. Many complaints were involved in customer service was terrible cannot recommend them here and if zebra is then obviously they probably get paid every time someone signs up so they just do it and assured him that I got a good deal it's despicable
