So my auto insurance has been canceled since July 16th without my knowledge because they failed to push the auto payment form through, so they never took my payment and they never told me!
Since then I have driven from Tampa, Fl to Boston, Massachusetts to Chicago, IL, all while not even having insurance! They didn't even communicate with me that the payment was missed!

Went through and answered all of the questions and entered all of the driver info for my household (3). After it was done "thinking", it presented me with 3 insurance companies (Progressive, AAA and Allstate) and it just had "Get Quote" buttons next to them. Now, I already have Progressive so that button is useless. I clicked on get quote from AAA thinking my info that I just took the time to fill-in would carry over... NOPE! Start over from scratch. Frustrating experience.
I was going to stick with the same car insurance company but I thought I'd take a look just to see. The whole process was really easy and I was surprised to find rates for cheaper than what I was getting. I ended up switching and saving $160 for the 6 month period!

I have been insured with another company for a while and it was breaking me every month. I called the Zebra through my Chime app and now I pay a fraction of the cost and better coverage and I have extras that I didn't have with the other company.So far so good!

I had called a couple of local agencies trying to get auto insurance and wasn't presented a whole lot of options, was told a Progressive policy for $110 a month (liability only) was the best option I had but Progressive wouldn't accept my bank/payment, then they tried to have me set it up on my daughter's account because they (Progressive) liked her bank. WTH? I looked up Zebra, was given quite a variety of choices and companies and found a policy covering the same basic liability for more than $30 cheaper a month. I will recommend your company to anybody looking to actually get a good deal. Thanks, Zebra!

This company has truly blessed me and my family with affordable insurance so that we can travel safely on the highways. I've had too make budget cuts due too the Covid-19 and had trouble finding insurance that fits our budget until I found to his company. Truly a blessing
Answer: The BBB does not consider them to be in accredited company they have received 11 complaints to the Better Business Bureau just in the last 12 months. Many complaints were involved in customer service was terrible cannot recommend them here and if zebra is then obviously they probably get paid every time someone signs up so they just do it and assured him that I got a good deal it's despicable
