I need to rectify this review. A few months after I wrote this review, one of my neighbors gave me my order. They had gotten in their mailbox by mistake. Honestly, I have to say that I was embarrassed to post it after a few months. My sincerest apologies to the company for any bad business that I may have caused them already lost sales. I'm changing my review to five stars. And by the way it's a superior product and I love the things that I received. And I will order again!

I have been trying to get ahold of them with no success. My order was wrong. I've been requesting a refund or I'd be just as happy if they would ship the correct bracelet. Terribly Disappointed, all it would have taken is a response.

I'm shocked at the bad reviews here because I've purchased from Third Eye Transcend at least 6 or 7 times, and I've been very happy with every order. The shipping can take some time, but the quality is gorgeous and the prices are reasonable. I've given these as gifts, and they're always well received. I'm attaching a picture of my collection, I've always been happy so I can highly recommend this company.

I love the mala that I purchased from this company. Any questions I had were answered quickly, staff is very nice and considerate. My product arrived within the stated timeframe and I had no issues whatsoever. I will definitely buy with them again! I already have a few new items in mind :)

I've bought many times from Third Eye Transcend, love their products. My last purchase was the pink wrap bracelet and it is just beautiful. I also get tons of compliments every time I wear it. Highly recommend this site!

I've bought many items from Third Eye Transcend. Received everything and was pleased to see all items were as advertised, shipping was delayed as were items I ordered from other sellers online, which I would expect during a global pandemic. I receive so many compliments on my purchases and inquiries as to where I got them, and I have no issues recommending this company to anyone. Enclosing a sample of some of my purchases.

This company represents their items are shipped from Canada & US. Only after they asserted that and I did not receive an item I paid for did they reveal my item was shipping from CHINA. It has now been over two months with no items received. They have twice lied and stated they would refund but then delayed again. They claim a 100% satisfaction guarantee but they do not abide by any of their written policies. I ordered and paid 02/06 and I still have no item. They are refusing a refund. Had to dispute via paypal.

We were honest with you that the package was lost, and we offered to send you a replacement package. As you stated, you didn't want to wait any longer and you requested a refund instead.

This was all done in a timely manner and as per your request, so we are disappointed to see that you left such a nasty review that is also false. Unfortunately we cannot control what others do, and we hope that this explanation once again makes you realize that we did everything you asked of us. The fact that a package can sometimes be lost is completely out of our control and we apologize that it happened to your order.

Lying customer support... this company is a scam - Stay away! No shipment, no tracking information. I might as well have thrown $80 out the window! Very sad that a company that pretends to be "mindful" is ripping people off right and left.

I wish I would have seen these reviews before I ordered my bracelets. Like many others, I basically threw $80 away. Deceitful, no shipping information. I will be filing a complaint and working with Paypal to get a refund if any. I should have just shopped locally and could have avoided this whole mess.

We are not a scam, we are simply experiencing delays due to COVID-19. We have updates on our home page, FAQ Page and Shipping Page. In addition, we also provide an update in the Order Confirmation email that comes immediately after you place your order.

If you were looking to purchase something that will arrive within a specific time frame, it is important to read the shipping times of the business you intend to buy from. If you wanted something quickly, then yes, shopping locally would have provided you with a faster shipping time.

It is unfair to claim we are a scam simply because it didn't arrive quickly, like you expected. We are very honest about our new shipping times and have it posted on many parts of our website.

This company has a wonderful looking website, but essentially they took my money and did not deliver the merchandise. I contacted them several times to get a refund, but they just kept stringing me along with promises that my product would arrive soon. They never intended to deliver my product. Stay away from this website. This platform makes you pick at least one star, but I give them a ZERO rating.

We are a legitimate business that does in fact deliver all orders, and we never purposely "don't deliver" an order. As you know, COVID-19 has slowed down everything, including logistics worldwide. Many logistics options were closed or drastically slowed down, and that's why your package took longer than usual to arrive. However, a delayed delivery doesn't mean we never intended to deliver your product, it simply means that the logistics problems we are experiencing are out of our control and are unfortunately slowing down our deliveries.

I don't know why there's so many bad reviews here. I've bought from Third Eye Transcend 5 times and have received everything. My most order was a little delayed, but understandable because of the coronavirus. Love love love!

I ordered over two months ago. A month ago, I started emailing the company trying to find the status of my package. I have been given the runaround, telling me it was "held up in transit," without any specific details. Most recently, they blamed the delay on coronavirus, despite my package supposedly being in transit weeks before coronavirus became a problem. I have emailed them numerous times, and the response is always "kindly asking for your patience" as though reading from a script. They don't provide any specific details as to where my package is. This company is not transparent, never provides a tracking number or any specific tracking details. I sent a final email this morning, assertively demanding they give me an update on my package, or issue me an immediate refund. This email posted below was the response I got in return. Stay away. They are stealing people's hard earned money.

They will offer you a cheap tapestry for 7$ but after the 2 weeks it takes to get to you... theres a card that says you're enrolled in their 14$ a month service... wth... charged me after I CAUGHT it and requested unsubscription... grrrrrr

Before you order from this company - be careful to read every word on the website - they hide their shipping and returns policy in the FAQ section. I ordered 2 bracelets then received an email that it would be 2 - 4 weeks shipping. I asked to cancel since they were birthday presents. I was told that they couldn't cancel my order and that if I wanted to return the items, I would not only have to pay shipping BUT customs fees as well. I feel that this is deceitful marketing. Who expects in this day and age to wait 4 weeks for a product then pay shipping and customs to return. Bottom Line - its been 2 months and I never received the bracelets.

I ordered 4 brackets a month ago. Big surprise! I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER! There is no phone number to contact them. I get the same lies on every email. " it's in shipping. It's on it's way. It's because of covid". Like many others... I wish I had read the reviews. Now I'm taking legal action against them. I have paid and they did not send so that is STEALING! Lesson learnt.

Although the covid caused a long delay, I was very happy with my purchase. The natural lotus garnet mala is delightful. I was not expecting such a good quality, it has weight, style and perfectly adjust to my narrow wrist since it is adjustable. Very happy with it and I always receive compliments about it. Also their customer service is very friendly. Highly recommend!

I brought one each for me and my best friend of the fluorite detoxifying bracelet. I waited nearly 3 months for it to arrive due to covid 19. People need to realise covid 19 has made an impact when it comes to deliveries. I'm very happy with my purchase and so is my best friend so I dont regret the purchase or waiting for it to arrive.

I bought a amethyst mala recently. I received it on time even thou the coronavirus delayed all mails. My bracelet is amazing. It came exactly as is shown in the picture on the web.
I truly recommend their beautiful jewelry. I am happy wear it all time.
I am going to buy other more.

I have ordered multiple times and absolutely love every single piece I received. I get compliments every single time I wear one of these bracelets! I have also ordered gifts and everyone has loved them. I was very surprised at the high quality for the price. The workmanship exceeded my expectations. I was expecting it to take a long time to arrive but I got my order very quickly.

I saw a picture of the bracelet I ordered on Facebook. To say the least, I'm very skeptical about anything I see on Facebook. As I look down at my wrist with this beautiful leather wrapped bracelet with the green stone, I can't believe the quality of this piece of jewelry. Love it.

I've ordered several wraps and Mala bracelets. LOVE each and every one of them! Shipping takes some time, and I'm still waiting on a partial order ( only 1 of the 2 bracelets I ordered was received), but the quality it Outstanding and I couldn't be happier!

It took awhile for my order to arrive but when I received it, its so Gorgeous! I immediately went ahead to purchase a gift for my mom and I can't wait for her to receive it.

I love how Third Eye Transcend handle their customers. I got upset due to a delay with one of my order but they kindly explained to me and assured me that it will be arrive soon. And now I got my beautiful neckalce. THANK YOU!
