Three Bird Nest

Easy to navigate website and I love being able to use PayPal. One star off because I would love to be able to go back to a page, after viewing one single item, to where I left off not at the top again. Excited to try on my order!

I just received my outfit of the week from last week and I am in love. I have been eyeing this outfit but wanted to see how the clothes fit/quality of the clothing items before ordering more. I am super impressed!

The ads are very decieving -- the fabric looks of quality but it isn't. It's cheap and thin and the buttons are plastic. I wouldn't pay more than $20 for each piece if I saw them at the mall, but here was charged almost $150. What a rip off!

The shipping for my order was delayed for understandable reasons. I entered the chat on the website and was working with a customer service rep. I told her I was wanting an estimate on when my order would ship as I was going on vacation and was hoping to have the item by then. She explained the ship dates were a couple of weeks out (past my departure for my vacation) and offered to refund the order. I wanted to keep the order and thanked her for her assistance. The same day, I received an email saying my order had shipped! I am guessing the person who helped me in the chat may have had something to do with this - I was very impressed. Whether the order would have shipped or not, the service and response was wonderful. All my orders in the past have shipped on time and the service has been great!

Products are beautiful. Shipping time was reasonable. However, one of my items have already came apart at the seams after wearing it one time, and I have not even washed it yet. But the products are very beautiful.

Got my order in good time and love my outfit. Great quality of clothing also. Pants were a little long for me but I just cut them off! I just love them and will be ordering again in the near future. Sizes are tts also.

I love shopping at Three Bird Nest! The quality of products I've ordered has exceeded any expectation! Shipping is always fast and on time and I just love the style of Three Bird Nest. The sales & outfit of the week are also amazing!

I am always a bit leary of ordering online from a business I am unfamiliar with, but it was great experience. The shipment came quickly (to Canada!) and I am so happy with the quality of the products.

I love how easy it is to navigate the site. The quality is cute. The dresses I ordered are flirty, sexy and Fun. The bralette and ponchos I ordered fit and look awesome. I'm just not a fan lf the return process. I got used to Amazon sending me a QR code, so I don't have to deal with printing labels for returning items. So, I will have to remind myself about that. But overall, the shopping experience is fun.

Love the clothes and the site is easy to navigate. Just wish the back button would take you to where you left off in the search instead of the top of the page where you have to scroll all the way back down.

I was so excited to get my items and shipping was pretty fast. When I got the shirt it had a snag and when I wore it once it got a ton. I was t able to return it due to your return policy so that was a bummer since it's coming apart.

I wanted to exchange my overalls for a small instead of a medium but wasn't able to do an exchange. That's tough when you don't know sizes.

Happy with some not others but sometimes that's how it goes. :)

It started with a simple error where the coupon code didnt properly apply. I contacted support only to be informed their policies are in place to prevent any alterations to orders. (Changes cant be made and nothing is able to be cancelled, returns are for store credit only) so I was stuck paying full price and an unsurd amount for shipping ($17) and once it arrived (in a timely fashion, the only positive from this whole experience) there was a COD charge for another $40!
The original amounts all being in US dollars also had exchange rates added on.
Overall an extremely expensive experience for lackluster customer service.
I will never be ordering from Three Bird Nest again. Buyer beware!

I wish you'd bring the blue version of the lacelette bra back! I love your clothes and don't have a lot of extra funds for stuff like this but your clothes are my favorite in my closet and the ones I wear most often.

I thought I would give these clothes a try since I loved the look of a lot of them but the quality is not good, all the clothes I bought I can't wear out of the house. I also live in Canada so with the exchange rate and duties its very expense so won't be purchasing anything else.

I bought 10 items was disappointed with 7 of them, only the knit hats were okay. Used their sizing suggestings and the bralettes didn't fit. The "kimono" was nothing more than tie-dyed gauze - with it only having a back panel and sleeves is was more like a cape than a kimono. The romper was a cheap, see-through material that wasn't even the same style as what was online. Clearly, this is another example of a "boutique" buying product from an overseas sweat-shop and then inflating the price to fit the "boutique" image.

Stay away from this shop and go support an ACTUAL local business!

Extremely fast service/shipping, just the garment was wet inside the package. Not sure how that even happened. The clear packaging inside of the envelope was wet/moist and therefore the garment stunk horribly. I had to air it out.

Love the clothes. Wish you had all the clothes in available in Plus size instead of just a few select ones, the plus sizes are limited, but I do love the clothes, luckily the dresses in XL fit me great, I can't wait to order more!
