We travelled by our own car with other tourists and guide in a tempo traveller and the experience was lovely. Even though we knew we were travelling during rainy season and can get stuck due to landslide (which we did 😅), the thrillophila team was very quick in guiding and replanning our stays. Will definitely plan another trip with you guys.
I wish I could tell you how much I loved this experience. However, I never received the tickets. In turn, my wife and I were not able to experience what should have been the highlight of our trip. We bought tickets well in advance to ensure we could see this attraction while in Barcelona. Sadly, we were turned away by the staff at the church since we didn't have the proper QR codes to enter. I tried contacting Thillophila several times via WhatsApp and a support ticket starting 24 hours before our scheduled entry. Sadly, no response or tickets were received in time. This was a terrible experience and it put a major damper on our trip. We will never use Thrillophila again. Hopefully, we'll be able to get our money back...

My family and I decided to get away from the city during Diwali this year, and took the tour to Auli via Mussoorie. We were a bit hesitant about booking online, but as the Thrillophilia reviews had suggested, booking the whole tour turned out to be extremely easy... Although we made our booking at the very last minute, our tickets came through very easily. We got an instant confirmation voucher as well. The tour itself was fantastic as the places it took us through!

I bought a ticket for an event. The QR code did not scan. I reached out to customer service and they ghosted me. The agent for the event said this happens ALL THE TIME with this company. They refused to refund my money after a week of haggling. Horrific customer service.

I got a real good package deal no doubt but the support from the OPS team which I heard is tremendous when you travel abroad is complete myth. You only get to hear one response from the Guest support Manager(Shivangi) that sir we can't do anything its with the vendor. If i want to add a upgrade still I have to do everything on my own by talking to people over there. God know why did I go through a Website I was suppose to recommend 2-3 people for thrillophilia but honestly I asked them to plan on their own would be satisfying the Managers will also come on call and give u false hope that they will call within 30 minutes that is Sonakshi but will never call you upfront. Best scenario that hotel was ready to give me upgrade they have spoke to the vendor but the Thrillophilia team was on call for no reason with the vendor or maybe faking it out to be on the call and at the end I had to get my upgrade on my own for which I was ready to pay extra. Overall dissatisfying experience with support as I can't image a worst honeymoon trip where I was just on call with everyone rather then enjoying its better to have a liberty to do things on your own. Will shortly submit the same review online as well in detail wherein they didn't even care what I was going through when my tickets were also not working rightly and I also know that none of this will matter and no steps would be taken but still I'll write it down.

Update: the service provider had the nerve to bribe me with a refund to take down all my reviews on social media platforms. Imagine the levels of unprofessionalism, being unethical and a fraud business they are. So much confidence to still fool people!
Worst service provider, nothing less than a service that's running scam & fraud. Refused to give me a refund despite there being a clear lack of ethics, communication and understanding by both Thrillophilia and their fraud partners. Perfect net of operations in blaming each other whilst paying the least amount of attention to the customer in question. Don't ever take their services, you'll find many alternate direct options at the hotels or even in lanes near your hotel.

A trip as full of beauty as adventure. My friends and I were looking for a few days trip in the mountains and some Thrillophilia reviews thankfully led us to this. We chose the standard package as it fit our budget best, and we got to select our tour and accommodation preferences accordingly. We received constant support on the team's end who helped us tailor the itinerary according to our interests. Our itinerary was absolutely packed, either with sightseeing tours or adventure activities. The hotels we stayed at were very clean and well maintained, with a friendly staff who was always ready to help us. The experience was overall pretty great. The entire tour went off without a hitch!

I booked this amazing 5 days Bali package from Thrillophilia……. It was a smooth and well-organized trip……. We had an amazing experience visiting the most famous places in Bali.
We got picked up on-time as promised and the car condition was good and the driver was also friendly. He shared many things about the famous place, culture, famous foods etc. We visited Lake Batur and Mount Batur which were very famous for trekking……. The meals provided in the package were also very delicious. All thanks to Thrillophilia for this amazing trip………..

Extremely pathetic and poor service — onground as well as off-ground. The sales staff just keeps sugarcoating with fairy in wonderland packages, maintains contact 24x7 till you confirm the booking. Once the payment is done, disappear as fairy in wonderland only. At the end, after a horrendous trip, the support staff keeps ignoring, 0 apprehension, lazy, keeps transferring your call to unlimited seniors till you get fed-up and dump everything on the operator's onground. 0 responsibility. Stupid third-party digital dogs hiding behind digital media eating up commission for pathetic service. 10 days since complained, hardly 2 conversations with nil results.
Such an unorganised trip which made me end up paying 6100 extra ( 1000 they charged etc, 600 taxi which was supposed to be included in the 16k package. 500 chair car. 2500 for room which I had to finally take for myself). Rooms which were provided to us in pipplekoti were way below standard, unhygienic and no quilts were provided. The weather was sub zero degrees and I am still unwell because of the same. It's been one week since the trip and I regret choosing Thrillophilia.
I have been a travel enthusiast all my life and have done several bookings online but never encountered such big frauds in the name of biggest travel activities platform.
I'm scared about the ethics this team stands for. Once you confirm your booking after falling for a "Best Price Trap" they will edit their activity information and cheat you by claiming that they have only provided the services that were booked by you.
Here's my experience: I along with 7 people booked a 60 ft deep (as mentioned in their activity info) scuba diving at Jumeirah beach, Dubai, Of course because of the best price trap for this much deep dive, but on arrival, moments before the dive we were informed that the dive will only be 4 meters deep. What will you do in this situation? Obviously you'll contact your booking agent which in this case was thrillophilia, the agent showed the fake concerns by stating that he is having a chat with the diving company and within 5 minutes the issue will be resolved, but guess what? You are all geared up in the diving suit but even after waiting for 40 mins they did not answer the calls. Pretty much stuck in the mess right?
But wait there's more,
Meanwhile the team edited the activity information from 60 ft. To 20 ft. And claimed that this was the activity that was booked and we do not provide 60 ft deep dive.
I know this is shocking but I humbly request to the team to not loot people's hard earned money by showing fake activities on your platform.

I booked this amazing 4 days Sikkim tour package from thrillophilia. Oh... Wow... what a trip it was... An enchanting & beautiful lake named Tsomgo or Changu was our first stop and then on the second day of the tour Baba Mandir was on the list. The first day we didn't have much we were dropped at the hotel to relax. We didn't relax & we went on some short hikes around the hill station. The second day was all about a beautiful scenic drive on the route that leads to Nathu La, although we only go till Tsomgo. We went to a small monastery called Enchey on day four which was quite peaceful and also to a nearby waterfall. Meals which were provided in the package were delicious and the stay was also very comfortable. Overall, it was an exciting trip of four days in Sikkim and we totally loved it. Thanks to Thrillophilia for this amazing trip.

I had one of the worst experiences with Thrillophilia & Rayna Tours. Their support is one of the worst I have ever seen and there won't be a single person who will attend your call during the trip.
I have booked 7 days tour with Thrillophilia and they hired Rayna tours to plan my whole land package. On the first day, they missed my first private tour to Ain Dubai. They kept me waiting for the whole evening and spoiled the first day of my trip. During the whole conversation, they didn't pick up my call and kept on tagging different people on WhatsApp group. Eventually, they canceled the trip and told me to plan it some other day. Reason they gave is that they were not aware of my flight timings. Refer the screenshots for proofs.
Then I have private pickup planned from Atlantis at 7:30 PM. They missed that and kept me waiting outside for 1 hour. Eventually, I have to take a private taxi to reach my location. For that, they promised to refund but till date their no response from them. Again they are tagging one person or the other during the whole conversation. But not even a single person is taking the responsibility for that. This was the worst experience I ever had. Check the attached screenshots.
For my last day, I have a private transfer to Miracle Garden. I requested them to drop me at Dubai Expo which is in the middle but they refused and started asking for extra charges for the same. Again I have to arrange a private transfer for the same and they didn't cooperate at all.
Honestly, their entire support is pathetic and they will simply spoil your trip doesn't matter how much you have paid them. I would suggest never to opt services from this company in future. ALL OTHER REVIEWS ARE FAKE SO DON'T TRUST THEM.

The tour has been a lot of fun, and the team's support has been outstanding. The hotel was really pleasant, and was really sanitized and clean... One of the nicest excursions I've ever been on, with many fond memories. The most memorable was the stunning vista of the rivers Zanskar and Indus from Sangam... The interaction with the soldiers was the highlight of the tour. It was the first time something had made an impression on me... The fascinating accounts of the adventure were inspiring. The journey takes you to some of the most beautiful sites in Ladakh.The grandeur of the mountains and lakes is so fascinating that our tour began in Leh, where we visited all of the gorgeous and spectacular destinations, including the Siachen Glacier, which was incredible... I'd like to express my gratitude to Thrillophilia for organizing everything so perfectly, indefinitely their feedback on Thrillophilia ladakh reviews gave the right idea about the whole trip. The accommodations, transportation, and meals were all excellent. Furthermore, the guide was a wonderful individual who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of the places we visited.
