I was robbed using Ticketnetwork. They charged $20 more than ticketmaster. I will never use them again. So disappointed that I got connected with them.

Anyone on this review site who says they are great obviously works for the company. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT purchase tickets from them. It is a total RIP OFF! Their website comes up first on Google and it is designed to look like other "legitimate" ticket selling websites. They are money grubbers through and through, looking for their next unsuspecting victim. Put them out of business... spread the word and do not purchase tickets from them. In short, I purchased two tickets to 5 Seconds of Summer. I was NOT told the prices listed were in US dollars. I was NOT told that it could take up to one year to receive the tickets. I was NOT told that I would be charged a "service fee" for each ticket! $36 per ticket for what service exactly? I phoned them! It is such a shame I spent a total of $429 on two tickets worth $79.00 each if that doesn't put it into perspective for you. I called them to get my money back and gee, what surprise, all sales final.
I am a mom on maternity leave attempting to spend what little I had to buy tickets as a surprise for my older daughter. It will take you a long while to get over the extreme disappointment buying tickets from them leaves, so do yourself a favour and don't.

The seats were not as described in the website. I had a blocked view and the tickets were very pricey for that selection. The players could it have done better in interacting w the fans

Got tickets and went to concert to find out everyone around us and their friends down on the floor paid $75 for their tickets. Not sure how we got to pay MUCH more then that?!
An 8.00 lawn ticket is listed at 23.00 and then you add a 6.00 fee per ticket and then I have to pay a 7.00 fee so I can print my own tickets at home. Holy crap how much money do you have to make?
DO NOT USE! Paid for lower level tickets and received bull $#*! nose bleed section tickets! Called them and they would do nothing about it and said all sales were final.

This is a bait and switch scheme and our tickets were ABSOLUTELY not comparable or better than what we thought we purchased. AND CERTAINLY NOT BETTER!
When we downloaded our tickets, we thought these would be our seats, but it turns out, when we got to Wrigley Field, our tickets were on the opposite side of the stadium, There were speakers blocking the view and they were not elevated to the same level as Row 4 in Section 28 - Maker's Mark Barrel Room. There was NO entry or access to the Maker's Mark Barrel Room or nearby bathrooms which is what these tickets indicated. In addition, the seats in section 28 are padded seats! The tickets we ACTUALLY received were NOT padded seats, and they were nowhere near the Maker's Mark Barrel room, nor was there any access to the bar or bathrooms there.
These tickets were ballooned in price - sure we realized this, but what we got was just unacceptable. The tickets we received were NOT BETTER, they were substantially WORSE than what we purchased.
We were very disappointed when the game was cancelled. We are Canadians and wanted to see the Blue Jays play. We would like a refund but we are not sure what path we take to get compensated.

Was very unhappy once I realized I fell for this scam through a 3rd party seller. Was eagerly anticipating seeing Wicked and liked the event on Facebook. Started receiving reminders about the event and ticket sales before the actual on sale date from the venue (which I didn't realize at the time). So once this Facebook link said tickets were on sale I rushed to purchase seats thinking it was awfully expensive for balcony and disappointed because I was trying to work with a budget. Had never purchased tickets at this particular venue so just assumed the price was typical of the location. Imagine my disgust when I printed the ticket and the face value showed half the price that I was charged per ticket. Too late I realized I was swindled by a 3rd party seller and actual tickets hasn't even gone on sale! If I purchased direct through venue site for the same cost I would have been able to get much better seats. In my excitement to purchase tickets for Wicked I wasn't careful in verifying the site I was linked to which was unfortunate. Will be much more careful in the future and never use any advertising link on Facebook or elsewhere again.
