I loved the Globetrotters but will NEVER USE YOUR SITE AGAIN when purchasing tickets. I had chosen two tickets ON THE FLOOR for a reason and when I got there, you had changed them to two rows behind the floor. I bought them on the floor so my nephew would be able to interact with the players. I did not buy two rows back for a reason. Again, WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN AND AM GOING TO BLOCK YOUR SPAM FROM MY COMPUTER
AVOID this company at all costs. We paid $40 more than the asking price because we thought it would be good to have Fed Ex delivery…. Well so much for that. They sent the tickets so late and in the cheapest FedEx saver service so the tickets were due to arrive AFTER the concert began. When I called TicketNetwrok, they told me - that's a FedEx problem, it's not our problem. Forget about their 125% customer satisfaction guarantee - it doesn't exist. They did not care for one second and actually got argumentative with me when I further questioned why my tickets never arrived. In the end, I had to drive one hour to the FedEx center and pick them up myself. Nothing to do with this company ever again!
UPDATE: To let everyone know, I did receive a $40 discount via check, this is true…. BUT I had to threaten to report this company to the FTC for internet fraud before they agreed to give me the refund, and it was me who suggested this amount because this company charged $40 more than the other 2 tickets that I bought directly from the venue (same seating). I felt that it was only fair that they give the difference; however their initial suggestion was to give me a discount on my next sale. Yeah right, as if I would ever buy from them again! The seller would be responsible if the package did not arrive prior to the start time of the event due to shipping negligence on their part. TicketNetwork is a horrible company. I purchased tickets for half my family for baseball game, I received email from TicketNetwork confirming tickets and purchase. I then went to another site to purchase tickets for other half of family because TicketNetwork did not have all that I needed in same area. More than 24 hrs later I receive email from TicketNetwork saying they could not fulfill the order, BUT they already took over $350 out of my account and I purchased more tickets near the tickets they confirmed I had.
When I called to find out about this I of course got a run around I called customer service on email but that was to TICKETNETWORK.COM, they only do computer work. TICKETTRACKER.COM is a separate company that sells tickets. NO ITS SAME COMPANY USING TO DIFFERENT NAMES. They said I agreed to the conditions when I bought the tickets. SO BEWARE CONSUMERS, DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE COMPLAINTS FILED AGAINST THEM AND I WILL BE ADDING TO THAT LIST.

Ordered and paid for tickets to Rock Of Ages in Oct 2012 for April 2013 show - 6 months in advance of the show. Confirmation stated that tickets would be not be mailed until closer to event. 4 days before the show, I still had not received the tickets even though I was told a week earlier when I called, concerned, that they would be mailed that day or next. On this 2nd call, I was told they would mail same day. It is now 3 days before the show and I am sweating it out hoping to receive the tickets in time (or at all). TERRIBLE SERVICE! NO WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS! They will get no repeat business from me even if my tickets arrive in time.
