I was so thankful the weather cleared just in time for the concert. Quite lucky! I got there early and parking went smoothly (I was leary from past reviews I had read)! Sitting under the pavilion was nice & seats were pretty good. Its VERY ODD that the seats are not staggered for better visibility so you can see between the people in front of you. No, I had a very large man directly in front of me, which was discouraging! Steely Dan & Doobie Brothers were awesome! They played all the hits & everyone sang & danced in the aisles! Crowd was behaved, from what I saw. My friend bailed on me, so I had to go alone (didnt choose to get the ticket insurance either, but she didnt mind). Fun night, but hated it was on a Monday. A weekend wouldve been waaaay better, especially for those of us who live over an hour away!
The event was great, the purchase experience and seats were not. I wasn't informed of the service fee until checkout, which was sneaky. I also asked for disabled attendee accommodation, and wound up having to navigate two flights of stairs without rails to get down to the seats and back up again when the event was over.
There was rain during the concert so the sound guys in front of our section put up a tent over the mixing boards, etc. We couldn't see the stage and couldn't see the big screen. We would take turns walking out into the aisle to see around the tent! Was dissappointing.
Went to the show with my two grqndchildren ages 4 and 6. They were the poster children for excitement, especially when Alladin and Jasmine were on the magic carpet. They also loved the Genie. Excellent performance.

I got tickets to the Titans-Raiders football game on Sep 25. When I bought the ticket, the confirmation email clearly stated that the tickets were to be delivered on Sep 15th. Since I hadn't received my ticket on Sep 22, I contacted them for a refund. They refused to do so, claiming their right to change the date of delivery and telling me that their contract clearly tells me that the sale is final and that I wasn't entitled to any refunds. They sent me tickets 2 days before the event, making it impossible for me to sell them when the whole point of getting my tickets (for a premium) from them was their delivery date. Their customer service people are also a solid bunch of a**holes.

Well this is my first and last time I will ever order tickets through this website. I ordered tickets to a concert in section 123, I recieve tickets in the mail the day before the concert, but not only that but I recieve tickets to section 107. I called and they tell me the tickets have been upgraded. The tickets are the same price and same distance away from the stage, how is this an upgrade. Not only that but we specifically got tickets to that section because our two family members decided to also go, so they got tickets to section 124 right next to where we were supposed to be. I called the number and the guy tells me to call back and talk to whoever answers the phone the next day, which is the day of he concert. If I wanted tickets to section 107 I would have obviously bought them. And even if it was an upgrade like he said it wss, why didn't they notify me. Terrible customer service! Worst part that I paid for tickets to a section that I didn't choose to buy.

I bought two tickets to a Red Sox spring training game against the Pirates at their facility in Bradenton that I intended to use during a brief trip to visit a friend in Sarasota. When I printed the tickets, I was appalled to find that I had paid close to $100 for two tickets listed at $14 apiece. An absolute rip-off!
To make matters worse, I then broke my wrist and had to cancel my trip. There was no mechanism for me to get the printed tickets to my friend and no refund option.
I will never use TicketNetwork again - a total rip-off!

The process for acqiring the ticket was very easy, same as most online booking sites. The actual day was incredible. Perfect weather for a November game. Always a fun experience to attend a Steeler game at Heinz Field.
I desperately wanted to attend a sold out concert. I found great seats at an affordable cost on ticketnetwork.com It was only a few hours before the concert, I was a little concerned hat I wouldn't get to print my etickets in time, but as soon as I completed the order, I was sent the email, and printed my tickets and was on my way. Bought and paid over $900 for tickets to NY show. We live in phx so they said to have tix delivered to our hotel. They delivered sooo early we weren't even there yet so they got returned. Call them and they said sorry we will have them at will call. We get to the box office no tickets. Email with confirm # did not work. Spoke to numerous people there... on hold forever no straight answers. Luckily box office guy got us in. Will never use this company again. Buyers please beware! Do yourself a favor and pay a few dollars more for reputable ticket brokers like ticket lobster or tickets unlimited.
We love Third Day and are glad we did not miss this event. Matt Mahr was great too. I want to comment on the sound at this venue. We sat in the balcony and Matt's set was accoustic and great. The second set by Mark Lee was really hard to listen to. The bass overpowered all the sound. We could not hear or understand Mark Lee because there was so much vibration from the bass for us. We nearly left thinking this was going to be the case for the rest of the sets. SO glad we did not. The same bass player was playing for Third Day but the problem was gone. Seats were SO close together also. I do not like the large venues but this was pretty tight shoulder to shoulder.
BUYER BEWARE. CRIMINALS!. Arrived to the Disney on Ice show in Sacramento yesterday with our two, very excited 5-year old nieces. When we went to scan our downloaded tickets we were sent to the Box Office where we were informed that the TICKETS WERE A FRAUD. Businesses like this purchase tickets from the box office and one person will actually receive the tickets, but they're resold over and over and over again to others. The tickets are emailed to you and look very legitimate. According to the box office, these companies are free enterprise and there's no stopping them. We were only one of 4 others at the window with bogus tickets. So... so... so... sad to see so many sad and disappointed children, some crying and dressed in their favorite Disney outfit/character, because they couldn't and didn't have means to purchase REAL tickets to get into the show. These people are thieves and despicable!

I purchased the tickets in the
Section Main Concourse 118 Row 28, and received tickets in section 118 row 9. The difference in the tickets is the tickets I purchased was VIP and the tickets I received wasn't. To put things in perspective, we spent over well over $400. As a group on foods and drinks when they should have been free. Then we missed the opening and part of the first quarter trying to get the ticket situation straightened out. This was supposed to be a surprise for my father 82nd birthday and turned into a disaster.

Venue was great, acoustics/sound were awsome~ seating, sat in 3rd balcony, had to peek head over to see stage/performer. If I had known the auditorium better, would have purchased seating closer to stage. When performer moved to sides of the stage, was unable to see him. Unfortunately, no one in the audience was standing up.

It was the first time I attended to a Broadway musical (in the two previous trips to New York it was not possible) and I enjoyed a lot the experience.

I was just robbed and when I realized it; it was too late. When I called to cancel, It's like GOTCHA, and believe me they did. I was charged for 2 tics to Essense Festival for one night@ 250.00 per ticket when the seats was selling for 110.00 per ticket, add service fees of 50.00 and I was out of over 550.00. When I called to cancel the next day, I was told basically GOTCHA, and the rep had the nerve to tell me if I did call my bank it will be nothing they would do because I agreed to the terms and yes like a big dummy I did because I trusted these thieves. But fool me once shame on you, never again. I hope this experience I had will help the next person. DON'T DO IT!
Ticket network $#*!ed me over and wouldn't refund me. I didn't go cause i live in New York City and it glitched and got me tickets for a show I didn't want to see in $#*!ing Canada. They have a no refund policy, so I lost $80 on a $#*!ty show I didn't want to see. Will never be buying tickets from ticket network again. $#*!tiest company I've ever worked with.
Getting tickets for the Tampa Bay Rays game was super easy. Tropicana Field was our first stop on our stadium tour (other than Turner Field). The Tampa Bay Rays have a beautiful domed stadium to call their home. Everyone was ready to help us find our seats, which were AWESOME behind home plate, the ushers were very friendly, and thanked us for attending the game. We couldn't have asked for a better time. Thank you Tampa Bay Rays and everyone at Tropicana Field. Sorry the Rays couldn't pull off a win.
