I ordered our tickets on the 20th of march. And never received my tickets. Therefore at 4:15pm on the day of the event. Since I had driven 5 hours to be at the event and I had to buy tickets from another broker for triple the price of my original tickets... I am very upset with this matter. My 8 year old was devastated to say the least. T this was a very horrible experience and I will never recommend anyone to buy from ticketnetwork in the future
I took my sister to this event as a gift. We lost our one sister to cancer a year ago, and my sister has been struggling terrribly with the loss. My sister loves Theresa. This was her dream - to come to an event. Honestly, I was very disappointed with the event, as was my sister. Theresa spent a tremendous amount of time with the people she had connections with in the audience. It was repetiitve information - over and over. Waste of money and time.
Having purchased my tickets yesterday 8th June (Australian time) I was concerned that I would not receive them until the 6th Sept. I will be traveling from Australia on that day and do not arrive in the US till the 10th.
Is there any way I might be able to get my tickets earlier, say the 4th of Sept so I could relax before the game and not have to chase them up.

Hi Gordon, many venues don't make tickets available to events until closer to the date to protect the tickets from being duplicated. If you could give us a call at 1 888 456 8499, we should be able to change the delivery location to your hotel in the US so they will be waiting there when you arrive and you won't have to worry. I bought tickets to a World Series game in San Francisco immediately after the Giants beat the Cardinals for the NL Pennant. Soon after I bought the tickets through Ticket Network I started reading the reviews of Ticket Network, and I was alarmed at how many were negative; in fact, I thought perhaps we had been scammed. Our tickets came through within hours, but I was so concerned I called the Giants ticket office and they confirmed the barcodes on the tickets were valid. Were the tickets expensive? Yes. Was the "service fee" outrageous? Perhaps. Was the pricing clear? Yes. Bottom line it was my decision to pay high prices for two tickets to see a World Series game and it was worth it!
The 'Al Jarreau Experience' was incredible! He's not quite as spry as he once was but to the best of his ability he was Al in all of his glory. As career-long fans of his, we were honored to spend that time with him

Do NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! It is a joke. Then you try and contact them because they are the one on your credit card statement that billed you and they say I didn't buy from them. And, of course, you can not speak with a supervisor nor the owner. It is all confidential information. I see why this company is one big scam!
YES the shiw was awesome. I am upset because while ordering the tickets what I paid for was front row. Got my tickets they said row B.Not what I paid for.so I enjoyed my show... however I'm not happy with what I paid to be in the 2nd row

I purchased 4 tickets to a Detroit Tiger Game and not only did I get my tickets in plenty of time but the customer service department also sent via email directions to the park and restaurants, Hotels, Rental Cars info if needed. This was such a fantastic experience and I will most definetly use these services again and refer to my friends and family!
We were scammed! Thought the event was a live concert and when we really dug in found out it was a 'visual performance'! When I purchased the $1,000 yickets for my wife she cried because she was so happy to finally see Kanye is concert! She loves Kanye and what he's about. Anyway, tried to get a refund from ticket network and they said H**ll no! All this way from Boise Idaho, no concert and out $1,000. We didnt even go! What a bust!
Thought I was buying concert tickets for coachilla but they turned out to be shuttle pass tickets. I couldn't resell them so I was just out the money. Not only I couldn't go to the concert, I wasted my money on worthless tickets.

What a great time. I traveled 6000 miles from Italy for a vacation and really wanted to see my Vikings play while I was home. I was a bit worried about buying seats for this price on line, but once I got to the stadium I couldn't have been more pleased! Awsome seats and a great win for the vikes
SeatGeek indicated that TNDirect had tickets to a Bruce Springsteen concert in Row A. When I was directed to TicketNetwork.com, the ticket was represented as Row A-EDG. I never saw this labelling before, and even Google'd "A-EDG." Upon finding no indication of what A-EDG meant using Google I bought the tickets. When they came, they were row Y (the last row)! SeatGeek said that they are not affiliated with TicketNetwork.com. TicketNetwork.com said that the tickets were non-refundable. SCAM. SCAM. SCAM. Avoid both SeatGeek and TicketNetwork.com.

It also sounds like you purchased tickets from a listing where the seller was advertising tickets in a possible range of rows. In short, the seller, rather than promising to provide tickets in Row A, Row D, or Row F, promised to get you tickets together in any Row A-EDG of that section. Row EDG is an actual row in section 120 at the Consol Energy Center - the back row - which any reader of this post can independently verify. The seller was therefore saying they'd get you tickets together in any row in 120. They ended up supplying tickets in Row Y (7 rows from the back). We're sorry for the confusion with the ticket listing. Please note, if you ever have any doubt about tickets, you can give us a call and we'll be happy to explain any confusions for you! That way, when you order, there won't be any misunderstandings or surprises.
The process was easy and the fee was as expected; however, I was disappointed I had to print the tickets and couldn't download a digital ticket. I mean it's 2017, printing is a waste of paper, and digital ticketing should be a no brainer.

Tickets I received were better seats than I bought, but not what I ordered. I ordered seats in the shade but the tickets I received were in tne sun. We were not able to use and had to leabve after a few innings.

In your case, you sold tickets for an event in Las Vegas and accidentally provided the wrong tickets to the buyer. We have tried to re-connect with her, but have not been successful and must confess that the buyer may have thrown your tickets away, thinking them irrelevant, since the event had already passed. We're very sorry for the trouble, but, in light of the fact that the erroneous shipment was your initial error, we cannot hold the buyer accountable for the situation.
I throughly enjoyed seeing Pink. I didn't like that I spent almost $300 dollars to sit and be uncomfortable. I was in the 3rd level area and my wife and I had to shimmy into our seats. Yes, we are big people. Yes, we have been at the Moda center before. We had 2nd level seats for Kelly Clarkson and didn't have any problems with our seats. I couldn't move. The arms of the seat were on my thighs. Just sitting there made me want to cry.
It was my birthday and I could not belive Queen Bee was preforming. It was something impossible to describe. She was amazing! My favorite song was between the cow girl one, and Halo. I really liked Girls, too. I definitely can Not wait to see her again! Keep calm and Be yonce'!
