This site is outrageous. They charged me a $64 service fee for a ticket to Book of Mormon that I was purchasing for my niece. The total for a rear mezz seat was $406. On TheaterMania it was $229. TOTAL RIP OFF!
Was SHOCKED when I found out that the tickets I purchase had a face value price of $36 and I paid over $130 for each ticket because of the flipping fees you charged... un-flipping believable. Will NEVER use you again, will wait til the ticket booth at Sloan Park opens then book my flight!

I paid $360 for two tickets so that I could have my wife see what an amazing show Roger Waters puts on. Having seen him several times before, I knew his shows are very much multi-media and we didn't need to be near the stage as there would be large projection screens. I chose seats center stage, but at the opposite end of the Verizon Center. When I purchased the seats, however, there was no overt warning that the view of the stage and projection screens were obstructed by light rigging that hung from the ceiling. We could not see the center 1/3 of the screen or the stage. This caused us to miss the better part of the visual messages and effects that are so integral to this performance - GREATLY DISAPPOINTED AND I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
Great concert. The weather was perfect, seats were great, fans were partying and the music was unbelievable. Thomas Rhett stole the show on Saturday and we became new fans of Aaron Lewis. Lewis has that old time country soul that many are missing today. Dierks Bentley and Randy Houser had the whole stadium involved in their performances on Sunday. With the Swon Brothers opening, Luke Bryan closing and FGL rocking it out, what a day! And then the CAVS won. It was a night to put in the history books. See you next year.

November 22,2015 Collective Soul concert - I never received my (2) $522.50 VIP tickets that I bought on September 7,2015. I called at least 1/2 dozen times prior to the concert & was told they were mailed to wrong person. They offered Balcony seats due to their error. I didn't want Balcony, I paid for a VIP table.My Surprise Anniversary gift ended up A Bad Surprise. At 4:00 PM on Concert Day I was told they would REFUND 125% of my Cost to my account, Today is December 7,2015 & I still DO NOT have MY Refund.?
They won the game but for the price I paid for the tickets with both of my fav players injured and not being able to see them play was a big disappointment!

I purchased tickets for the Shawn Mendez concert in San Diego back in February when they were hard to get. I did not personally attend this One Direction concert - the tickets I purchased were gifts for my 3 grandchildren - ages 9 to 13. They very much enjoyed the concert. While I would like to purchase any event tickets myself on the day they go on sale, the current convoluted ticket purchasing system does not allow me or other regular event attendees to do that. We are usurped by professionals and corporations who greedily grab all few the tickets allotted to the buying public making event ticket purchasing right up there with the bad experience of purchasing a new car. The slickness of car buying has extended to the slickness of online ticket sales. I was fortunate to find additional tickets to this concert at 1/3 of the price I paid at TicketNetwork at a competitor's site and they were much better tickets - in seating location and of course the price. Unfortunately, it's all about greed today. Ticketmaster and concert promoters do not allow us to enjoy a concert at a reasonable price anymore. Concert and event tickets are now an extravagant indulgence and many ticket purchasers must sacrifice to purchase tickets for themselves or family/friends. It would be great if TicketNetwork took the lead and started to make changes to this abhorrent system where other ticket sellers could follow. I very much enjoying attending concerts and theatre events but ticket prices today prohibit me from doing so.
I bought and have a receipt for 5 tickets to TSO section 28U. When I downloaded the tickets a few weeks before the show I discovered they had been switched to 31U which was a SIDEview. Terrible seats.
When I called, customer service played it off as an upgrade. NO. Also, I was never asked if I accepted the "upgrade." The other 4 people with me hated the seats and complained to me the enter time. I have NEVER not received the tickets I purchased. Not happy and filing a complaint.
Wicked concert but tickets were to pricey for the distance of view, it was the second time seeing METALLICA in concert, seen them in 1992 and they were young and rowdy then, now their laid back and modest! Yet still they are as cool as ever!

They sold another person the same ticket and did not even to get to see the concert. When I contacted them no support what so ever they wanted me eat the money. I paid a lot of money for a concert I couldn't even see.
