Wish that the band would have played their old music. We had lawn tickets and there were a few people standing right next to us smoking marijuana. And the girl behind us kept bumping into us.
Beware of higher then value tickets. I was purchasing what I thought were discount broadway tickets. The site indicated the value of the ticket was $312 discounted to $154. After all the service fees were included the cost turned out to be over $200. There was also a pickup fee added to the cost. I was later informed that I was to pick up the ticket at the box office. I was shocked to see the actual face value of the ticket was $98. DO NOT PURCHSE FROM THIS SITE.
I checked availability of tickets on line and was impressed on how easy the access is. It is my first time to buy tickets online but yeah no sweat at all!
Great experience, except we are Temple fans and Temple lost! Staff at Raymond James Stadium were super friendly and helpful. Important thing was, we remembered to take the tickets with us!
I loved the venue and also the groups performing. However, the seats we purchased were overpriced. The value was just not good. Will be shopping for a better deal next year.
We ordered in section A of Van Wezel in Sarasota and got Section C when the sheet printed out. We called as soon as we got the printout of the seats in Section C and the agent told us that there was no Section A we could have clicked on and we could not cancel the tickets. They then removed the page we had used and replaced it with a temporary screen.
They misrepresented the location of the seats and when advised would not cancel the order.
A month ago I purchased over $700 in tickets for a concert this past weekend. When we got to the gate we were told our tickets scanned REFUNDED. This was very embarrassing to say the least. When we called customer service they asked for a written document on letter head from the box office that our tickets were VOID. That's Ticketnetwork's policy in order to get a refund. The only problem with that is THAT'S NOT THE BOX OFFICE'S POLICY! It's not their problem that ticketnetwork.com sold us bogus tickets. Their job is to not let people in with FAKE tickets. This website is a scam and I will never use them again...
Expectations were definitely met with our experience with Ticketnetwork. Tickets were delivered quickly and we encountered absolutely no problems at all. The concert was fantastic!

The tickets I purchased were not actual seats but spaces on a bench buried in snow! I would have appreciated knowing this before driving for hours through a snow storm to make this event! Refund?
I didn't give it 5 stars because I feel the fees per ticket is just too much. Other than that I received my email to print out my tickets within minutes of processing the order.

The musical itself, Phantom of the Opera musical in San Francisco was everything I thought it would be and more. I did NOT like the seats and they weren't even seats - they were stupid CHAIRS in area for the handicap. And your mark up for $40 seats were ridiculous. I did appreciate the customer rep's communication efforts during the transaction - the only good thing about this site.
THE CULT was absolutely Amazing! However, the vip ticket was the same as my general admission one. I do not think I will buy another vip ticket:(

Don't buy any tickets from these people. I purchased two tickets to the Rolling Stones concert from them through BigStub.com and they charged my credit card. Twenty four hours later a man called and said the person didn't have the tickets and that they had credited back my credit card. He said he could look for tickets for me right then if I wanted him to. I was afraid to say no because I was afraid of not being able to find any tickets anywhere so I paid $300 more to get seats. They charged my card $800 plus. Last night, I discovered that the same seats I'd originally purchased for $210 a ticket were for sale for $487 apiece on BigStub.com. I wrote to them, they haven't written back. I just checked my credit card and TicketNetwork of Ct. Has not refunded my money. They processed $517.50 the day I purchased the tickets and the refund should be showing on my card. It isn't. Don't buy tickets from these guys or from BigStub.com. Now I have to try to get my money back and I'm in California. These people are unethical at best.

We bought our tickets at TicketNetwork, and recieved them in an e-mail half an hour later, which was perfect, as we live in Europe, and therefore don't have an american post adress for us to recieve the tickets through conventional mail.

I misplaced tickets I had purchased for my husband to attend the Broncos/Detroit Lions game in Detroit. I contacted TicketNet and they went out of their way to have theses tickets reprinted - as far as contacting the original ticket holder. SO HAPPY!
