The entire experience was just amazing. This was the BEST concert I have EVER been to; and I have been to allot of concerts. I would recommend using ticketnetwork to anyone. They did a GREAT job getting my tickets out to me in a timely fashion and answered any questions that I had.
Very Poor, and very dissapointed in my experiance. Rude customer service rep, and supervisor. The supervisor threatened me with a lawsuit if I left bad feedback about the company. Also the 18.75 service charge a peice for four tickets is rediculous. Then minimum shiping cost is starting at $25..
DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY... I ORDERED TICKETS FOUR MONTHS AGO AND WHEN IT CAME TIME FOR THE SHOW THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE TICKETS I SPENT $660 ON! We ended up sitting in the hallway on folding chairs with the employees! They only partially refunded my money!

I purchased tickets to the Pac 12 basketball tournament through their web site. The tickets were at a great price, however, it was as it seemed... too good to be true. After a couple of weeks as I patiently waited for my tickets, without notice, they refunded my money and informed me that the tickets I had purchased weren't available. I missed out on several other good deals on similar tickets that I could have been buying while waiting for these tickets I thought I had purchased.
Seemed too much like a bait and switch attempt. Bad people to do business. AVOID!
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE FOR TICKETS! They will list tickets that aren't really for sale at a lower price and then try to sell you different tickets.

The amphitheatre was the WORST venue I have ever been to. I bought VIP tickets, with Wait Staff service (so the tickets said) yet the 'suite' was horribly dirty; the bathrooms were dirty; we saw the waitress two times; there were no food options (pizza and popcorn); the drinks we served with very little ice and flat club soda. Ed Sheeren was amazing, but the venue was very disappointing.
I spent $400 on an anniversary present for my husband, paid more for ACTUAL tickets and then received E-Tickets that were printed out and express mailed (which I also paid for) to me! When I called to get the actual tickets I was told that they have NO CONTROL over their tickets... worst purchase ever- AND they would not exchange or refund... STAY AWAY
Quick. Pretty easy to do. I expect this to be a sellout so i got them before ticketmaster opened up the sales. I may have paid extra but not much. This is a small venue for Elton John.

Only problem was parking. I gave my daughter and son family tickets for the show. Total of 8 4 kids but two of them were 18. My one grandson said he like the bad words at the show.
Nice performance, enjoyed! We sat next to a couple that bought tickets that night and paid $15.00 a ticket. VERY upset that I paid $90. Way too expensive going through you. NEVER AGAIN!
