Stay away! We went to our concert and were turned away because they lost power. Later the venue put the show on anyway. TicketNetwork.com give money back if the show is cancelled and no reschedule so they told us that since it wasn't technically "cancelled" we were out of luck. They then referred us to who they got tickets from or back to the venue. If this is the case I could have gotten them myself from the 3rd party... or my tickets would have been covered had i gotten them from the venue. THERE IS NO REASON TO PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY. Save yourself the trouble and get them direct so they don't hose you for $200+ like me.
I decided last minute to go to the U2 concert in Nashville and so for a couple of days before the concert I was checking on Craig's List for tickets. Not a single person replied back to my email inquiries and so the day of the concert, with no tickets, I had pretty much decided to give up on it. Kept trying last minute offers on Craig's List, but still no replies. Finally an hour and a half before the concert, I'm trying to decide if I should use Ticket Network to buy a couple of tickets they had available. I was wavering because I didn't know anyone who had ever used them before, I was worried if I would get the tickets in time, and concerned that this site might be a scam or something. I finally pulled the trigger and decided to take a chance and bought the tickets one hour before the concert began. Within 10 minutes of my purchase an extremely friendly customer service rep called to confirm my email address before sending the tickets. Within 5 minutes of her call the tickets were printed and I was on my way to Vanderbilt Stadium. Got in without a problem in time to see the opening act, Florence and the Machine... then saw the greatest concert of my life... the U2 360 degree Tour! The service fees are a little ridiculous but still the overall price of the tickets were comparable to the face value. I won't hesitate in the future to use TN... and thanks to TN for giving me the opportunity to see an epic event!
They cancelled our tickets without even phoning us - we flew to San Francisco from Vancouver, Canada - spent all that money on flight and hotel and TicketNetwork cancelled our tickets because of their mistake.

I paid $300 a ticket months before the event. There were plenty of tickets available for far less. I would not expect to pay triple face value when many tickets were still available.
All was good but we did have one issue with 2 of our tickets would not scan which delayed our experience by about a half hour. Other than that it was all good.

The show started at 7:30pm, but I sat in an extremely long line of traffic from 6:30pm- 9:34pm just to be told there was no parking at the stadium. My husband and I were advised to park down the street and walk up. Upon entering the stadium at 9:46pm we could not find our seats due to people standing everywhere, so we found a good spot where we could stand and watch the screen in the rain. Just as we were getting into the show it was canceled due to lighting. So we enjoyed the show from 9:46 -10:05. I was a very disappointed but she gets 5 stars bcuz Beyonce rocks and I love her!

This site is an absolute tragedy VERY horrible customer service. I spoke to Patrick AND William Both of which where extremely rude especially Patrick who would not answer my questions and mocked me when I told him he was rude. They told me I shouldn't be playing with the phone and that I shouldn't by these tickets. William just hung up once I was connected. Once I started asking about how they get there prices so low the changed the topic to try to sell me computer software and got mad that I was getting off topic. DO NOT USE THIS SITE
First experience: Charged twice for tickets, therefore I had to wait over a week to receive my $600 back.
Second experience: You failed to inform us that our ticket purchase had been rejected even though we had paid and submitted the order 2 weeks earlier. I was forced to initiate contact three times (2 emails were ignored) when we had not received e-tickets. Then we found out 3 hours before the (sold-out) event that we had no tickets. The event was in New York, we are from Australia. This was an important part of our trip.
We have still not received a refund. I simply received an email saying this happens to 0.8% of customers. This is not good enough. I am appalled that we were not
Informed and you continue to hold our money. And to inform us only a few hours before the event (after I initiated contact) so we couldn't even organise different seats is terrible.
Then to top all of this off you sent me an email today saying "we hope you had a terrific time at your event". Well no, we didn't because your organisation does not communicate with its customers and you take their money without providing a product.
I sent an email of this nature to one of your customer service representatives and once again, have not received a reply.
So in conclusion, my experience has been awful. Thank you for ruining the opportunity for a once in a lifetime experience in New York.
I like yhe show so much. But for tickets price was too high. My friend got her's for 17 $dollars including service fee and she was sitting at the same spot as me and i paid 40$
